At this age height increment is not possible.But you can increase your weight by balanced diet.Eat food more frequently with extra amount.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer supplement.Include more dense vegetables and fruits.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Take yogurt everyday.Add ghee,butter,cheese,cream,jam,jelly with food.Add extra healthy fat.Eat more protein rich foods like fish like tuna and other fish,egg,lean meat,soy milk,soy product,mushroom,almond,walnut,peanut,flax seed,sunflower seed.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Proper sleep and regular exercise for be fit and healthy.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Hi lybrate user. Your child is a little underweight. But the situation can be corrected. Do not worry. 1. Make sure that you give her deworming tablets every six months. You can give one immediately. 2. Give generic vitamin drops which has all vitamins and minerals regularly so that she does not miss out on any essential vitamins and minerals. 3. Increase protein in diet like eggs, chicken, soups etc. Also try different dals, kabuli chana, rajma etc. 4. Increase milk products, cheese, paneer, curd, lassi etc. 5. Add desi ghee to her food. 6. Feed her every two hours with smaller meals. 7. Never force her to eat things which you like. Give her things which she likes. 8. Give her fruits like banana, apple, chikoo + shakes also. 9. Give her dry fruits like kaju/ badam/akrot. 20 pieces daily. 10. Let her eat things like dates. Kishmish etc. Try this for a month and you can report progress through private questions.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. You should not be doing weight training for all the muscles everyday, cos after lifting weight, muscle breaks down and then protein helps to re build the muscle and each muscle group needs 48 hours to recover so you can divide your workout accordingly in such a way that there is a gap of 48 hours to workout the same muscle. You should do weight training in order to gain weight only 3 times a week and followed by protein shake after every workout session. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Natural remedies are always better and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi lybrate-user. I don't think the issue with you has anything to do with the aid. U r conscious of the fact that you have an impairment .though adequately controlled for. Relax.Chill. The issue with you is anticipatory anxiety. Yes anxiety is just a normal response to a real or perceived threat.in your case the interview n the interviewer. Pls Google rcpsych anxiety panic n phobias key facts to knw more. When anxious .our ability to focus. Pay attention n concentrate goes down. To listen properly one needs to be attentive. This isn't the first time you r facing anxiety am pretty much sure. Remember all the exams .vivas. Social situations you have faced so far. They also brought in a bit of fear .didn't they. Am pretty much sure you succeeded then n will now. Remember. Work is thy duty (preparing adequately n performing at the interview to the best of your abilities.
