Dear user. I can understand. don't worry too much about your weight. The worrying in itself could increase your weight. Be happy and don't worry. There are no short cuts to reduce your weight except having rigorous exercise regime 6 days per week and one hour per day. Your diet is pathetic. Reducing the intake will hurt your nutritional balance. Take care.

Banana is not to be eaten by a diabetes patient. Because it is high in sugar, gets converted to glucose very rapidly. All types of bananas are to be avoided. If your blood sugar level is very strictly controlled with fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml & hba1c%<6.8, then may be very occasionally one small banana may be taken. But best is to avoid. Thanks.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with desensitizing procedures or artificial enamel filling. You may consult me in person too. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
