For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get her vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings.

Pain in stomach could be due to indigestion, infection, gastric problem and can be managed easily. The picture given by you about back pain calls for immediate attention and needs x -ray of lumbo sacral spine to look for any pivd or spondylosis like problems. For the time being pl roast pure hing in ghee, make powder, mix turmeric, ajwain and black salt and take with warm water. On getting x ray reports further advise will be given.

My Legs calf muscles are paining suddenly since 2-3 days...Is there something to be concerned about?

Check the causes? Have you recently walked a lot Run/cycled, Pulled /pushed heavy weight. Do you sit with hanging legs. Do you suffer varicose veins. Do you have history of similar problem. Does your parents suffer from any cardiac ailment. Do you take any blood thinning medicine? If there is yes for any of it show to a Physiotherapist. Else apply moist heat pad. 8 mins thrice a day. You will be good. Remember stretching regularly solves many problems.

I am having a back bone and neck pain after wakeup from sleep. How can I get the pain relief ?
The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. Dear lybrate-user, the pattern of pain you r telling cud be of sciatica. But no worries ayuvreda and panchakarma has remedy for you. Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.\

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

I have femur fracture and operated 2 month back .almost 1 month done with physiotherapy my leg bends full 180 still I am not able to walk without the Walker support advice what to do.
