Do contrast bath2- 3 tines daily (specially going before sleep at night) follwed by application of vioilini) to maintain back muscles strength do these exercises after your pain goes away. These are: 1 prone Press Up: Begin by lying on your stomach with your elbows bent underneath you and palms flat on the surface. Keeping your hips and pelvis in contact with the surface, lift your upper torso off the mat with your arms, keeping your back muscles relaxed. Only go as high as you are comfortable. Perform 10 repetitions holding each one for 10 seconds each, working your way to 30 seconds. 2 knee to chest - bending your knees towards chest and other kbee straight. Hold for 30 sec, repeat same procedure with other knee. Repeatitions of all types of exercises will be same 2 isometrics- place below beneath your back muscles and press them till you count 30 sec with your knees bended .repeat atleast 5 times. Thses 3 exercises are enought to do for daily basis. U can add more after 10 days. Precautions: 1 avoid lifting heavy weights 2 avoid forward bending 3 any jerky mov to spine.

I am suffering from sciatica from last 20 to 25 days. The pain goes with medicines like combiflam but it still comes again in early morning.

Long term combiflam use may lead to peptic ulcer and kidney damage. Pregabalin/gabapentin/nortriptyline is a better option which act on pain pathways. Discuss these issue with your doctor.

I met with an small accident 2 days back. My left foot is injured, swollen and painful. I am applying neosporin ointment and have taken antibiotic too. What more can be done to cure it faster? unable to walk properly.

This is due to gas formation and avoid gs forming foods and take timely small amount of foods. You can also check for ulcer in stomach.

I have back pain. And throat pain body pains heavily past 10 days. How to prevent this doctor.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try. Check out whether you have any flu or any viral fever which might also be the reason for other pain.

Dear excessive weight gain ocurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Drink three litres of water daily. For reducing pain take 1 tab Nucoxia-MR

Avoid bending and lifting heavy weights, avoid travelling by bike, avoid sitting for long duration, do hot formentations over the back, learn to do mckenzie back extension exercises and core strengthening exercises, at home, twice daily, if pain does not reduce, then revert back for prescription medications.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Do hot fermentation twice a day. Get your uric acid (blood test) done. Avoid eating chilled and sour food items. Take gokshuradi guggul 2-2-2 amrutaadi guggul 2-2-2 rasnadi guggul 2-2-2 all these for atleast 6 months.

hi it's due to lack of exercises and vitamin D deficiency.... eat a good food and early mrng stand for 5 to 10 min in the sun..and do the general exercises if u have any doubts revert me back
