I am a 50 year old man. For the past 1 month, I have pain in my right shoulder which gradually stretches in the right hand and even till d fingers. What is it? is it something worrisome. 3months back I had pneumonia also but now its totally cured. My sugar is- fasting 104, after eating 144. Bp is in control as I regularly take medicine. Help would be appreciated thanks.

Dear, the most common causes of tiredness & weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Change food habits add in your food vitamines minirales proteins milk end milk products calcium etc. Do aerobic exercise and yoga will help you Pranayam will help you. Hello lybrate-user drink plenty of water avoid the following: junk food/fast food milk products chocolates ice cream avoid picking or squeezing your pimples, they'll leave behind pigmentation and scaring. For pimples here is your treatment plan: 1. Clindapene gel night time only 2. Benzac gel 2.5% morning only 3. Tab. Doxy 100mg twice daily after food 4. Tab. Rantac 150mg twice daily before food 5. Use acnoff soap / acnil soap to wash your face before applying the gels. Both the gels have to be applied over full face. All medicines for minimum 1 month after the pimples subside (for acne marks) kindly use 1. Ahaglow face wash twice daily 2. Kojivit cream twice daily after using the face wash over those darker areas @night only 3. Photostable lotion full face in the morning after washing with face wash. Take care.

Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - at an interval of 30 min upto three doses now.

The chest pain can be either Muscular,Neuralgic or related to your heart.Thee final diagnosis can only be made after a physical examination.My advise for you is to visit alocal heart specialit and get your ECG done immediately just for precaution.

Hip Pain - 3 Exercises That Can Help You!

Hip pain is a very common condition that might have a variety of causes. To determine the underlying cause, it is very important to find out the exact spot of the hip pain. Any problem of the hip joint can also result in pain on the groin or the inner portion of the hip. In some cases, conditions in other parts of the body such as the lower back can also result in hip pain, this is known as referred pain.

Symptoms
Based on the underlying condition, pain in the groin, thigh and the buttocks will be the commonly observed symptoms. Pain in the groin or the back can also spread to the hip. Performing any activity can worsen the hip pain, especially if the cause is arthritis. Persistent hip pain may also cause you to develop a limp.

Here are some exercises to relieve hip pain:

  1. Bridge: The bridge is one of the best exercises to strengthen the hips and the lower back. You start the procedure by lying on your back and then lifting the hips off the floor. Hold the position till you take in a few breaths and then relax.
  2. Cat cow: The cat cow is one of the best exercises to relieve hip and lower back pain. Get down on all fours and then keep a neutral pose. Slowly push your upper back to the ceiling and hold it for two breaths. Next, bend your spine like a cow with the neck and the buttocks pushed upward and hold for another two breaths.
  3. Plank: Plank is known as the king of core strengthening exercises and with good reason. Doing a plank activates all the core muscles of the body, including muscles of the shoulder, back and the legs. Start in a push up position and then slowly lower your forearms to the ground and hold the position. Remember to keep your tummy tucked in tight and stretch the legs backward. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Deàr lybrate-user young people like you should not have back pain but maybe your posture is bad and sitting for long hours can cause pressure symptoms and your disc is vulnerable. Apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly and take some rest and have breaks every half an hour. You should take on some fitness program to prevent further damage.
