Hi, you r running from rhenitis, it might b due to sinusitis, nasal polyp. Tk, homoeo medicine @ becillinum 200-6 pills, wkly. @ sang. Nit 200-6 pills, twice. Avoide, cold intake, closure to cold, dust, smoke, junk food, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol. Drink lukewarm water. Inhale steam twice. Tk, care.

Recently My fasting glucose came as 132 & PP as 145. My last year reports were fine. To confirm I took HbA1C which came as 7.8% & mean blood glucose came as 177.16. Hba1c 7.8% is a manifestation of poor contol you need it below 7 (6.5-7.0) try daily 45 minute strenous/ breathless type exercise small frequent diet and each meal contains 1/4 rice/roti 1/4 dal, fish 2/4 vegetable check fasti g and pp after 2 months if still uncontrolled neeed medication medication need to control, when your own system fail as you aging own system became less and less capable of control sugar. U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hello manoj, Please, increase fiber intake in your diet, through fresh green vegetables and fruits, oats, jowar, Barley, nachni in the diet. Exercise is specially walking helps to regulate blood sugar levels a lot. Avoid table use of salt and sugar. Eliminate alcohol, refined flour, processed products, bakery products completely from the diet.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Cucumber doesn't have any connection with uric acid. Don't work out heavily, it will increase uric acid. Do mild exercise and drink plenty of water.
