A healthy mind is a healthy body.Soto be fit you must have a fit mind.Follow blow sstep to be fit throughout life 1.Have a fixed routine in your life 2.Follow the rule Early to bed and early to rise 3.Light breakfast and dinner and mediumlunch 4.Avoid overeating,junk and fact food,cold drinks 5.Daily early morning consumption of large quantity of water 6.Avoid undue stress in life 7.Eat healthy ,think healthy Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hello 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

Yes, your bp is quite high. Which can result in these symptoms. Try to first control your blood pressure by taking a salt restricted diet and eating healthy and doing exercise daily. Also check your cholesterol levels. If it doesn't improve then consider medical management.

You should follow this diet chart to control & treat the diabetes. * in morning, drink 1-2 glass of luke warm water empty stomach & walk for 15 minutes to detoxy the body. In breakfast, take 2 chapatis of gram flour (besan) with a bowl of cooked vegetables (green leafy vegetables only) * in lunch take 2 chapattis of wheat flour with a bowl of cereals (dal) with a bowl of curd. * in evening, take a bowl of salads or a fruit like apple / orange / pear/ melon. * in night, take a bowl of boiled soyabeans with raw vegetables like tomatos/ cucumber/ onion. After dinner avoid taking milk & walk for atleast 15 minutes after dinner. * avoid food items like rice, potatos, banana, chiku, sweets, candy& chocolate.

Praveen Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you. Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc Your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal..its best for healthy fit... one or two fruit should be consume daily. pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit... U shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night.. consume high fibre diet.. ur diet should be rich in fruits and vegetables... Avoid junk foods...Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week preferable you can join regular gym or jogging in the morning

deep your body in a tub containing hot water and deep your whole body including your belly for 1/2 hr, rub your belly, it will help to dissolve the fat, and 1 hr morning walk daily and abd exercise will help. avoid oily, fried and fast food, sweets. thanks

Thanks for the query. Vitamin d rich foods are mushrooms, liver, cheese, and egg yolks. Vitamin d is also naturally made by your body when you expose your skin to the sun. Vit b12 is available only in animal foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products or fortified foods. For vegetarian it is dairy products. Hope this helps you.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

1. Kindly check your blood thyroid & glucose levels. 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have small frequent meals comprising of foods high in nutrient & energy density- paneer, cheese, milkshake, nuts, oilseeds, potato, thicker rotis/rice with ghee, peanut butter, egg, chicken, fatty fish, dry fruits, mango, dates, jackfruit, malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, jam/jelly, creamy soups. 4. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite 5. Avoid water with or just before meals 6. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment free of any distractions.

Both things are important for reducing weight...1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control..drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning..maximum intake of green tea and water..take high fibre low fat low sugar low carbs diet...dinner should be light maximum till 8pm..

Identify the cause for the illness is key. Cause varies from simple anaemia, mental fatigue to major cause like cardiac. Your age is concern look like neutritional or anaemia. Improve the intake of milk, fruit juice, resting hours esp sleeping hours. Take food in proper time do not skip meal. Do simple blood tests like haemoglobin, sugar for better suggestions or else consult your family doctor.

Hi, you should do light exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night take small and frequent meals.
