Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them. Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

It is due to hyper acidity. Avoid spicy food and heavy meal at night time. Regular exercise may help you and also homoeopathic medicine have good result.

First thing is adherence to suggested treatment strictly is a must. If still sugar control is not good then you may have to shift to basal analogue insulin like injection basalog once a day. Start with 6 units and gradually build the dosage with self monitoring of blood sugar. Insulin can be increased by 2 units every alternate day. But you have tell me present fasting, after food sugar levels plus hba1c also.

Hi, For weight gain you must include milk, eggs in your diet. If vegetarian then only1cup milk with 1tbspGRD powder daily and following homoeopathic medicine Alfa malt (medisynth) 1 tbsp to be taken twice a day. For 1 month. Let me know. Hi, I am a 19 year old male, I nd my girlfriend had protected sex on the most fertile day of the month, we did do some foreplay after the intercourse, that we did some kissing nd fingering etc, can it be possible that my sperm got touched on her vagina by mistake while fingering. As now its been 14 days since we hav had that intercourse nd now she is showing signs of pregnancy, like, headache, vomiting feeling (did not vomit yet), backache, pain on the breasts, darkened nipples (not the areola), itching inside the vagina, increased appetite, stomach aches at times. We r really confused on what it cud be, what could be the possible reason fr all these signs. How can we stop it. We do not want any family involvement, please help us to get out of it. We want to sort it out at the earliest.

You say you had protected sex with your girl friend and then indulged in post sex finger play. I assume that by protected you mean, youw ere wearing a condom. It is possible that at sex the condom is broken and it may have leaked. But very few realise this. After removal of the condom, no one checks for the condom to be intact. If you have removed the condom by your hands and used the same to do the finger play, it is possible that some semen that have coated your finger and have made her pregnant. But from the text you have sent there is no mention of having done a pregnancy test. Symptoms similar to pregnancy often occur in girls before menses, so one cannot rely on just the symptoms to diagnose pregnancy. Best would be to do a urine pregnancy test in a lab using the first sample of urine passed by the girl in the morning. If it comes positive, she is pregnant and you will have to seek help of a gyenc to do the needful but if negative, she may not be pregnant and wait of a few days may show her menses. If menses do not come, she may need to check the urine again 15 days after the expected date of menses. The first step would be to stop worrying if you are sure that the condom had not broken, and to do the urine pregnancy test.

Hi lybrate-user tips for healthy life 1. Always eat your breakfast 2. Keep eating at regular intervals of 2-3 hours 3. Make sure to have 2 serving of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables 4. In between your major meals have nuts or roasted canna or fruits 5. Have salad before your meals 6. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water 7. Limit the intake of processed food 8. Include pulses, whole grain and lean protein in your diet 9. Go for brisk walk for at least 30 minutes 10. Sleep for 7 hrs for good health.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello, Soya in excess can harm you,a daily limit of 20 to 30 gms is acceptable. Protein is abundantly available in the natural sources and can be taken in your regular diet,infact protein in every meal is very important. Mass gainers are of no use.

Mr. Lybrate-user, first thing is that ground nuts taken in small quantity, do not increase blood sugar level. They provide fair amount of protein and fats. There is hardly any carb. You have not mentioned the quantity of intake, that is important. About 30 g a day is fine. Plus having a tight sugar control is also very necessary. If your diabetes is in check, meaning fasting nearer 100 mg and pp between 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7, then it is good.

Hi It requires a lot of courage to accept that something has gone off-track. Appreciate yourself for taking this step. You have already started your recovery. Don't worry about time. Slow and steady wins the health race. Its good to take help of people whom you trust. You can also continue to search for online forums where you can find support for recovery... You can also try these steps. 1. Accept yourself the way you are. 2. A person is more than his looks and weight. Focus on your inner self. 3. Focus on your good qualities. 4. Focus on your work and studies. 5. Try to pick / follow a hobby. 6. Listen to music you like. 7. Read books you like. 8. Eat small portions of food you like. Try to balance carbs/fats/proteins. 9. it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Mr., if he has diabetes (high blood sugar) and high bp, then proper treatment with appropriate drugs should be taken. In addition he should take a restricted diet, that gives exact calories based on his ideal body weight (70 kgs), extent of daily exercise and blood sugar levels. He should exercise for at least 1 hour, brisk walking is a good option. That helps better sugar control and also in reducing bp. He should consume less salt in the diet and avoid papad, pickles and extra salt while taking food. To control sugar level he should avoid sweets completely, avoid deep fried foods, pastries, bakery items, farsan, high fat milk products and sweetened aerated drinks (colas). Should consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and permitted fruits about 100 g a day. If you are looking for specific drugs to be taken then please come in a private conversation with details like fasting, pp sugar levels, hba1c%, lipid profile, bp readings, amount of walking done daily and dietary pattern. Looking at those details I will be able to give specific guidance, thanks for the question.

For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Take Triphala powder 1 teaspoon daily with a glass of warm water at bedtime. Also ask her to follow her diet & Exercise regularly. Have early dinner by 7 pm.
