Dear lybrate-user, Coconut water is considered very good for Kidney function. Other fruits that will help: black grapes (sweet); pomegranate, melons, banana, oranges. The idea is to take a different fruit each day and not a mixture. Refrain from eating to hot or too cold foods. Stop consuming packaged, preserved, canned, stale and refrigerated foods. Regards.

Hi, You are carrying about 24 kgs extra on your body. Your organs have to work 25% more to support this extra weight. You must be doing the typical diet >> Hungry during day >> Overeating at Night. You need to change this routine. Eat one fruit / fruit salad / veg salad one hour before every meal. Drink lots of water. Don't stay hungry in morning or evening. Don't try to control. Just try to eat low cal food throughout the day and you will be fit and fine.

वैज्ञानिक नाम कोरियान्ड्रम सैटाइवम वाली धनिया हमारे यहाँ पाए जाने वाले मसालों में प्रमुख है. धनिया के उपयोग से आप अपने व्यंजनों के स्वाद को और बेहतर बना सकते हैं. धनिया में कई औषधिय गुण जैसे कीटाणुनाशक, विषहरण, एंटीसेप्टिक, एंटिफंगल और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण मौजूद होते हैं. इसमें ग्यारह घटक, छह प्रकार के एसिड, खनिज और विटामिन पाए जाते हैं जो इसे बहुत फायदे मंद बनाते हैं. आमतौर पर इसका उपयोग व्यंजनों में कच्चे या सूखे रूप में किया जाता है. सूखा धनिया संपूर्ण रूप में और पाउडर दोनों रूपों में पाया जाता है. यही नहीं धनिये के बीज का तेल भी उपयोग किया जाता है. आइए धनिया के फायदे और नुकसान को जानें.
1. त्वचा के लिए
धनिया एक्जिमा, सूखेपन और फंगल संक्रमण जैसे त्वचा विकारों को साफ करने में मददगार है. ये कई एंटीऑक्सिडेंटों से भी समृद्ध है जो मुक्त कणों से त्वचा की कोशिकाओं को नुकसान पहुंचाने से रोकते हैं. इसमें मौजूद विटामिन ए एक महत्वपूर्ण घुलनशील विटामिन और एंटीऑक्सिडेंट है जो बलगम झिल्ली और त्वचा स्वस्थ बनाए रखने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है.
2. गठिया से राहत
धनिया में पाया जाने वाला एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुण इसे गठिया के उपचार में उपयोगी बनाता है. कारण इसका उपयोग गठिया से राहत पाने के लिए भी किया जाता है. गठिया के के मरीज इसकी सहायता ले सकते हैं.
3. उच्च रक्तचाप में

4. वजन कम करने के लिए
वजन कम करने या उपापचय को नियंत्रित करने में धनिया मुख्य भूमिका निभाता है. इसके लिए आपको धनिये के बीज का इस्तेमाल करना होगा. इसके नियमित इस्तेमाल से आप अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं.
5. थायराइड में

If you have not heard, the reshape integrated dual balloon system has recently been approved by the fda. The reshape is the first non-surgical weight loss procedure for people with mild-to-moderate obesity.
Feel uneasy about the idea of having balloons in your belly? rest assured, balloons have been used in medicine--specifically heart and cardiovascular procedures--for decades.

The reshape is a dual balloon mounted on a flexible shaft that is inserted endoscopically in the stomach and filled with saline. It works by restricting food intake and slowing gastric emptying. Insertion is done during a 30-minute outpatient procedure and the balloon remains in the stomach for six months where it mimics the natural curvature of the stomach to enhance tolerability.
In the reduce clinical trials (n=326) looking at the reshape, the fda determined that the device was safe and effective based on a clinical trial involving 326 obese participants aged 22 to 60 years who had at least one obesity-related condition. One hundred eighty-seven participants randomly selected to receive the reshape dual balloon had lost 14.3 pounds when the device was removed at 6 months as compared to the control group, which lost 7.2 pounds on diet and exercise alone. The results showed a 2.3 times greater weight loss in the reshape group compared to the control group.
They had kept off on average 9.9 pounds of that lost weight at the end of the following 6 months. The remaining participants who underwent a sham endoscopic procedure without the insertion of the device lost on average 7.2 pounds after 6 months.
The dual balloon structure is designed to minimize the risk of migration or obstruction in the unlikely event of a balloon leakage or deflation. Comprehensive counseling and support services such as in-office sessions will be provided to patients during the six months of treatment and for six months after it is removed.

Who are reshape candidates?
It is intended for adults with a bmi of 30-40 kg/m2 who have one or more obese-related health conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, or diabetes and have had unsuccessful weight loss with diet and exercise alone.
Patients may experience vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, gastric ulcers, and feelings of indigestion once the device is in the stomach. Intestinal obstructions have been reported due to deflated balloons passing into the intestines and have required surgical removal. Death due to intestinal obstruction is possible and has been reported with other intragastric balloons.

Hello, There could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement.
