Hi, I am 28 years old I am suffering from obesity and I don't have thyroid problem but nothing is effective on me I also done so much dieting but its not work please give me some effective solution. My height is 5 ft 4 inch and now weight is 60kg.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

You can drink milk empty stomach once or twice in a day eat ghee butter dry fruits regularly according to the your hunger don't overload your stomach with heavy food or frequent meals 4-5 times in a day do not drink water before food avoid stress tension worry work load which may be reason for not gainging weight for more details consult privetly.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. 2 types of dates are available in stores. One type is with full juice, the other one is juice extracted and dried type which is a bit hard to remove outer skin. I want to know whether the dried ones give the same benefits like juicy ones as they are too sweet and may not be good for borderline sugar persons.

Hi Dates are sweet, whether it's dry or fresh. Dried dates are deliberately dehydrated to remove their moisture and increase their shelf life. It is rich in calcium, iron and fibre when compared to fresh juicy dates. However it's carbohydrate content is high and hence high in calories. Having 1 or 2 fresh dates once in few days can be beneficial but with a good control of diabetes.

I am 44 year old male. I was just 65 kgs till I joined a physio centre 3 months back. Now Im 75 kgs. Im doing 1.5 hrs workout as per their instruction. Is it advisable to continue?

Gaining 10 kgs in three months is not a healthy sign. Usually problem with Gym Trainers is that their maximum focus is on weights instead of cardio. Then they will encourage you to eat a lot since you are doing gym. So while you may burn about 300-350 cals in 90 mins at Gym You tend to overeat since you have been told that you can eat whatever you want. This free-for-all eating leads to excess weight which you are facing right now. What you can do now. 1. Restrict your diet. Gyming does not mean unlimited eating. Focus more on fruits/salads/water. 2. At Gym spend at least 50-60 mins on cardio eqpt like Treadmill/ Xtrainer, Cycle. 3. You can do three stretches of 20 m cardio and do Strength/abs/Stretches in between. 4. Your Gym trainers may not like this schedule. Just explain to them that you want to focus on Cardio from now on. 5. This will help you lose weight and stay fit.
