Hello, Since a week I have been getting dizzy spells and fatigue. My hemoglobin is low <10 n bp is 80/60. I consume home made food on time and exercise moderately everyday. Recently I have been getting red sticky vaginal fluid since few days & suffer slight irritation in the vagina. My periods are totally normal. So is low bp & haemoglobin affecting my health? Is the low Bp to be blamed for the current conditions?

We have good medicines for low hemoglobin and blood pressure. FOR LOW B.P - 1. Eat a diet higher in salt. 2. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating 3. Limit alcoholic beverages, Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. 4. Avoid heavy lifting. 5. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. 6. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. 7. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. 8. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. 9. Avoid straining while on the toilet. 10. Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time. Do revert for homeopathic medicines FOR B.P.

Any sorts of exertion will definitely increase the blood pressure to some extent. In between gymming you should get some rest and avoid doing vigorous exercises. Pls get your blood pressure monitored once in a while and try to shed some weight. Yoga is highly advisable.

Better not to check these, they are very popular but not helpful. They only create unnecessary worry. If you reduce sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods, take a balanced diet with ample rest and some activity, you will protect your health, these tests usually lead to too much exercise and very poor diet. Best wishes.

A detailed consultation would be required to evaluate this. You should do an ECG, blood for Hb and Thyroid profile test to rule out any organic disease. Palpitations may also be caused by anxiety or stress.
