Hello lybrate user, there are many reasons for hairfall, like nutritional deficiency, dandruff, stress, hormonal disturbances, gi problems. First watch your diet, increase consumption of fruits and vegetable, have 1-2 walnuts and almonds daily. Apply conditioner on hair ends only not on scalp.

From child hood onwards I never live in hostel after 10th my parents put me in hostel I was not able to adjust with the hostel environment. The food and rooms are very good but some feeling arise in my mind it kills me until I came out of the hostel it do not leave. It feels like very difficult to live and fear .so I returned home and did my intermediate in my village. Later for short term course (40 days) I myself asked my parents to join in hostel to crack eamcet exam even then I feel the same feeling I can not live one day even I returned to home the next day itself. So again I did my b.tech in a small engineering college near my village (daily service just 4 kms away frm house) From 3rd year onwards I started thinking of carrier and took GATE coaching weekend batches in vijayawada (which is 35 kms apart from my village) I thought I am matured as I did my b.tech and I am a 22 years old. As I got admission in amrita university coimbatore which is 1000 kms apart from our village I prepared everything and happily joined in college but I feel the same feeling which I felt in intermediate .again I returned to home I am not able to stay in hostel in my life like others my parents are worrying about me Some times I am thinking that my life is waste I can not do anything so better commit suicide. All my friends are staying out and no one is in my village .even then I am fearing to go out .please tell me is there any solution for this problem. Please help me.

Dear lybrate-user It happens with many students and this condition is called Homesickness. Homesickness like any other vaguely communicable disease won't go away over night but it does't mean that it can not go away what it requires is your determination. Consider few things practically-- from here if you will leave the college and will do job then also same thing will happen as you have done your B.tech it is less possible to get proper job and growth near your village, you cannot run from this situation again and again ,someday you have to face this situation. I am suggesting you few things try to this-- 1.Try to make some good friends. 2.As per many studies on Homesickness those individual who have girlfriend or boyfriend overcome from homesickness easily ,so you can try this also. 3.Involve yourself in some activities or join any hobby class although in starting you will feel that you are not getting enough time for studies but it will help you in adjustment once you will adjust then you would be able to study more effectively. 4.you can plan some short trips with your friend. 5.Share your feeling with any close friend. 6.Try to avoid social contact for few days as it will divert your mind from hometown's environment ,once you will adjust you can contact them. 7.you can take help of any counsellor. Good luck.

Hello I have fatty tummy and to get rid of it I extremely worked hard but I didn't see any change I had 70 kg weight when I used to work out I had a perfect muscular body except belly and reduce my belly fat I did every abs work out like cardio crunches an all In result now I have 58 kg weight I look skinny but still my belly looks at it was before I lost all my body fat and become a skinny from a muscular but still there is no change in belly it looks fatty So is it any kind of disease? Just by doing crunches and cardio you will not lose belly fat. You have to do intense weight training to reduce it and gain muscles. You also have to eat clean. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Avoid much oily and sugary items like fast food, packaged food, bakery items, cold drink, potato, rice, junk food etc. Eat balanced diet. Do not sleep in the afternoon and immediately after meal. Do morning walk daily. Eat much salads and green leafy vegetable to relieve the hunger.

His creatinine is in the upper limit of normal. It should preferrably below 1 mg% a) drink herbal/green tea (2 glass daily), drink 6-8 glasses of water (not excess), b) restrict salt intake, reduce protein intake like meat/fish/chicken/egg, diary product (cheese/milk/yogurt/butter), white bread, white flour, sweet/tea/coffee/ beer/wine. C) avoid strenuous physical activity/exercise (go for light exercise like yoga, walking instead of strenuous exercise like running/playing basket ball/foot ball), d) sleep well (7-8) hours daily e) avoid nephro toxic drugs like ibuprufen/ace inhibitor, cyclosporine, f) control diabetes/hypertension, g) do thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism, h) avoid potassium containing food like orange, banana, potato, brocoli, spinach, bean, peas dry fruits. I) take low potassium containing fruits like apple, blue berry, corn, cucumber, j) avoid excess salt/salty food, excess protein like red meat/ diary product. K) avoid phosphorous rich food like cheese/fish/pumpkin/soybeans. L) take cabbage, cauli flower, carrot cucumber, omega 3 rich food, raw onion, garlic, turnip, raddish, m) consult physician for medicine if the creatine level is still high.

Hi, Need to look into the matter. Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you got your investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back..take care.

HOUSEWORK VACUUMING

THE LUNGE:

Adopt a step position and posture as in the sport of fencing, with one leg stepping out in front .this way you can easily shift forward and back in various directions. As you step forward, you can reach forward with your vacuuming hand. Keep your pelvic 'bowl' level. Put your other hand on your hip or thigh to take weight off the low back and help you stay up. Attempt to change vacuuming hands every once in a while.

KNEELING AND HALF-KNEELING

These methods lower your center of gravity and automatically take some of the bends out of activity. Try the as alternative positions for a few minutes. They are really comfortable.

DUSTING AND POLISHING

Attempt kneeling or half kneeling when working on low surfaces. Prop your inactive arm on yourself or on the furniture to take more weight through your arms and less through your spine.

DOING THE LAUNDRY

Avoid overloading the basket. Avoid slumped or overarched alignment when lifting, loading, and carrying. Load with one hand while taking weight through the other. Use exaggerated good alignment when lifting and carrying.

DOING THE DISHES,

IRONING

CLEANING WINDOWS

These tasks are similar to each other in that they involve sustained standing in a slightly forward- bend position. Place one foot up on a box or chair or inside the cabinet under the sink to help level your pelvic bowl ; and/or tense the muscles of your buttocks and lower abdomen to maintain your pelvis stable, level, and firmly up against the counter. For one-handed tasks, prop through your 'resting' arm to take weight off the spine

MAKING THE BED

AVOID SLUMPING OR ARCHING OUT OVER THE BED.

Lean up against the bed and bear weight through one arm when reaching

TRY SMOOTHING OUT THE SHEET AND TUCKING:

The corners while kneeling on a pillow. This makes the job much easier.

Hello. The ideal weight should be between 58kgs to 66kgs as per your height. So, you are overweight! For weight Reduction: Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. How To Treat Deep Chest Cough With Homeopathy?

Come winter or even a slight change of season, and it is easy to catch a cold. With cold, it is quite normal and natural to develop a deep chest cough. However, it is to be noted that chest cough develops due to different reasons. Some are due to chest infections, while others are dry cough. Thus, for these different variations of cough, different homeopathic treatments are administered. Here is a list of some of the common types of treatments for curing deep chest cough-

  1. Pulsatilla: Pulsatilla is administered to those who have a sore throat, constant irritation in the eyes and fever. When fever is accompanied with cough and cold, it is important to treat all three symptoms, lest it might usher in a more serious disease. Homeopathy is often described as a holistic form of treatment. Through the medicines, the personality of the patient can be determined. For instance, Pulsatilla is administered on those who are soft, gentle, mild and timid and who have a fear of being abandoned and thus cling on to people.

  2. Nux Vomica: Those experiencing high levels of stress and falling prey to cough and cold with a sore throat and sharp pain while swallowing should try a dose of Nux Vomica. This is used to cure cough and cold, which block the nose, especially at night, making it troublesome for the individual to breathe. This might also cause blockage in the ear and sharp pains while trying to swallow food.

  3. Phosphorus: At times, one experiences an extreme bout of cough that is triggered through dry throat and coarse fever. This violent cough can be nerve wrecking at times and a relaxing remedy is preferred by the patient as soon as possible to soothe the irritation.

  4. Bryonia: This is the best medicine to treat dry cough that can be a symptom of a slowly approaching influenza. Such coughs occurs when an individual takes a high intake of cold drinks or due to sudden weather changes. The cough is followed by fever and dryness of the throat. It might also itch to a certain extent.

  5. Natrum Mur: It is the best treatment for a dry cough, which often causes a tingling sensation in the throat. This sensation creates irritation and often leads to sleepless nights for the patient. There is also presence of whitish mucus in such types of cough.

These are some of the most common types of homeopathic treatments for treating deep chest cough.
