Take diet which gives you sufficient amount of protein like pulses. paneer, milk. eggs, meat etc. Soyabean is a good source of protein for vegetarian people. Also take banana with milk and nuts. exercise daily.

Due to chronic constipation I have left hand side Inguinal Hernia since April 2014. I am wearing Hernia Truss/ Belt whole day due to Doctors have refused to operate my Hernia being a high risc case as I am a heart patient whose Angioplasty/Stent fitting already done in August 2013. Pl advice me that in a day for how many hours Hernia Truss should be seated by me without any side effect of continuous pressure on my belly & intestines. I am also fond of doing regular Yogasans & Prayanams. Pl advice that which Aasans & Prayanams by their specific names are prohibited & not suitable for my above hernia. Thanks.

1)Get a 2nd opinion about surgery,it can be done on patients who are fitted with stents by giving spinal anesthesia in place of GA,2) Constipation will make Hernia worse 3) with age there will be sagging of internal muscles and repair of tissue after operation will be delayed and sagging will lead to constipation followed by impacted stool ,followed by chronic intestinal obstruction 4) You are doing Yoga and Pranayam daily , it is good for entire body , get a CD/ watch TV programes to know more about yoga , 5)I can only suggest you Not to Do Asanas which increase pressure on abdomen 6) Eat foods rich in natural fibers like-every fruit! No juices.7)take a spoon of honey with warm water on empty stomach every morning on an empty stomach. 8) Do not become dependent on over the counter products for constipation, they can make hernia worse.9) take a decision and go for surgery ,10) Observe a fast at least once in a week with liquid diet only and no solid foods.11) all of the above should become your lifestyle modification. 12) do write back about progress of your case.

Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Revert me back. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. *. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time.*. Avoid fried and oily foods, nonveg, dry fruits in this hot season. *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.

Hello, if you are doing hardwork of more than 45 minutes everyday and still not loosing, the reasons can be: -your diet is still not balanced. -you have just started (may be a month back) -you are not burning enough calories or doing something wrong with the work out. Eat healthy and eat less (do not starve yourself ofcourse) /keep it up if you are working hard, you will see results soon after setting the diet properly. /it can take upto 90 days for weight to start reducing. /see your measurements change, not the weighing scale. If nothing is wirking out at all, go check your thyroid.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark circles : • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly . • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes . That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily . • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily . • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily . • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi ) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it . • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily .
