Hi lybrate-user, here is a sample diet chart for you. Early morning - Drink 2 glasses of warm lemon honey water early in the morning on an empty stomach. Go for fast walking or jogging. Warm Lemon honey water will reduce body fat and remove harmful toxins from the body. Breakfast – Brown bread with milk, oats or corn flakes, 1 bowl of boiled sprouts or fruit salad. But if you are vegetarian then you can have Upma, idli and skimmed milk and fruits Morning snack – Tea or coffee with some biscuits or almonds or walnuts. Lunch – Chapatis without oil, Brown rice, dal or curry, vegetable, salad and curd Evening snack – Tea/coffee with biscuits, or one apple, cucumber or nuts Dinner – Chapatis without oil, rice without starch or brown rice, dal or curry, vegetable, salad. But you should eat less than at lunch you have.

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. do gargle , take steam, take honitus cough syrup 2 tsf 2 times daily.. inform if not ok.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reason of weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar .we should avoid processed food. Dear Lybrateuser, - You can apply saffron (few strands) mixed with milk on face, also add a teaspoon of chandan powder to it, apply this pack to the face, keep it for 15-20 min & then wash off with normal water - for more benefit you can also drink a glass of milk with saffron.
