Foods that provide vitamin D include: Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. Beef liver.

Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water...and laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day...take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep...avoid milk...cold drinks....take hot water steam....

To raise the blood consume more of green leafy vegetables.carrot.....fruits like pomegranate...guava...papaya...u can take iron tablets daily....but it would be better to first diagnose the type of anemia and cause for it...for that u have to get lab investigations done first

Yes. 10-15gm of cashew nut is ok for daily eating. As it is high in calorie so should not take much.

I have been bite by an insect and a patch has been developed on that area of skin, what can i do?
Postinflammatory hyperpigmenation tends to occur commonly at sites of insect bites, but pigmentation and site needs to be seen. It usually subsides slowly on its own, but if persists beyond 2-3 months then consider consulting dermatologist.

Hello If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, Consult ENT doctor for further management

Try to find out the cause of it. It could be allergy, infection or local irritation. Sometimes the food you eat does not suits you.

For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and we need to improve your immunity by taking Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

Dear lybrateuser, - your bodyweight & build will depend on the type of diet you take & the exercises you do - take more of protein rich foods such as eggs, non -veg, fish, chicken, milk, dahi, paneer, soya products, beans, pulses, include at least one of these in each meal, also snack on nuts, milk shake in between meals - also include food & veg in your diet -avoid junk foods - do regular exercises, alternate them, do aerobic like jogging, cycling, swimming, rope skipping for 20-30 min one day, next day do weight lifting as this will help you in building muscles& bulking up -have sufficient water & other fluids - sleep at least 7-8 hrs at night.

Eating parotta is not bad at all in fact you can have daily provided there is not much of ghee or buuter which is not good for health.
