I am male 65 years, suffering from diabatese, frlast 15 years, sugar uder control, 100/160 with meidicnes, excercise, and diet controll, went under by passs 3 1/2 years back now on medicine amarly mp1, urimax0.4, ecosprin 150 mg, selcan xl, 25 mg, now suffering from neck pain, for last 15 days, cannot rotate beyound 120 degree and cannot bed backm feel pain on doing it not taken any medicine so far not due t pillow, pl let me know the reasona dn treatment for it ?

Immediately stop shoulder exercises, take rest, apply ice. Till shoulder pain goes off completely, do other exercises like cardiac and stretching. Always start with low weights and gradually increase weight. Do exercises under supervision of trainer properly. If pain doesn't settle in a week, review again.

Mr Ganesh Kumar, since you have T1 DM, I am sure you are on Insulin injections. By now you must have learnt that Insulin injections is the treatment for T1 DM. In addition to that you have to take a properly planned diet that provides exact calories based on your wight, physical activity (daily exercise) and blood sugar levels. Plus you will have to avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also refrain from smoking and alcohol. Do regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day. In short you have to adapt a modified lifestyle.Plus do self monitoring of blood glucose wit the help of a glucometer at home. This is essential to keep a track of your glucose levels in order to avoid severe hypoglycemia.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Bed rest, plenty of oral fluids and paracetamol tablets 500 mg 3 times a day for 2-3 days may be tried. However it is very important to keep blood sugar levels in normal range. For which frequent blood tests and monitoring of medications is must. Diabetes medicines should not be discontinued. If fever persists see your doctor for clinical examination, related tests, diagnosis and treatment.
