I am a 55 year old daibetic female, I want to lose weight in a month, present weight is 69 kg. Please advice.

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take ? of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

You need to get his liver functions checked because some time anti tb medicines may cause liver derangement and that can cause hiccups.

Hi, there is no such medicine which helps to reduce weight. I advice you, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Don't take tension. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.

Honey and Cinnamon in Water Required Things: Organic Honey – 1 tbsp Organic Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp Filtered Water – 1 cup Process: Take the cinnamon powder in a bowl. Hi lybrate-user rotis: rotis are one of the best food's for bodybuilding. Rotis are made from wholegrains that are complex carbohydrates and supply us with energy and fibre. Some households mix different wholegrains to get the benefits of calcium and other minerals. Potatoes: potatoes that are prepared with less oil or baked provide us with carbohydrates without the unnecessary calories. Potatoes also contain potassium, which prevents muscle cramps. Brown rice: it is a rich source of complex carbohydrates that energises us during weight training. Brown rice also contains iron, calcium and fibre that are necessary for building bones and cell growth. Bananas: this fruit is not fattening and the best vegetarian'snack' for building muscles. Bananas are also a rich source of potassium, which is good for sore muscles. Paneer: is a great post workout snack. So consume paneer as this will help in the recovery of muscles and promote muscle growth. Paneer also contains calcium and vitamin a. Calcium also helps to strengthen the bones, which are essential for bodybuilding. Milk: drink a tall glass of milk after your workout. It is a good source of protein, calcium and vitamin d. Milk also improves digestive problems and strengthens the bones. Cheese: fermented milk is far richer in vitamins and minerals. Cheese in general contains calcium, potassium, vitamin a and b and manganese, making it a perfect post workout snack. But cheese also contains sodium, which is unhealthy in large portions. Yoghurt: it is similar to cheese, but the nutrition value is different. Yoghurt is rich in protein, potassium, vitamin b and calcium and contains less sodium compared to cheese. Pulses: dal, chickpeas, soybeans, pigeon pea, moong and masoor are good sources of protein. These pulses are also easily available in the indian kitchen and are quick to prepare. Consume pulses as a post workout snack for muscle building. Muscle building with fats nuts: walnuts, cashews, peanuts, almonds and pistachios, are also good for muscle building. They also contain carbohydrates, protein and fibre in varying amounts. Coconut oil: this oil helps burn fats, so it is a great oil to cook with. Olive oil: it is monounsaturated oil that lowers bad cholesterol or ldl. Muscle building with protein beans: there are several types of beans and they roughly provide carbohydrates, proteins, potassium, fibre, calcium, vitamin b and manganese. Tofu: tofu is a by-product of soybean and it has high levels of calcium and iron. But this muscle building ingredient also contains potassium, protein and manganese. Broccoli and spinach: this vegetable is a superfoods with several health benefits. It contains protein, calcium, vitamin c and vitamin b.

Masturbation is creating self sexual excitement to have orgasm. It is common behavior and majority of males experienced this in early life. One way it is good to relieve sexual excitement. People usually continue in adult life also. It may be safe sex way to avoid pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases. In Some cases of sexual dysfunction masturbation is useful to know orgasm. It become problem when it disturbs your daily activity or one started doing in public. Masturbation is harmless expression till does not disturb others and daily activity. Sometimes individual feel small, loose and inactive penis it is mainly due to excessive masturbation.

To reduce weight you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses drink lots of water. Include more of fruits & vegetables in your diet. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

I am a 53 years old woman with a history of 26 years of Diabetes. I got myself tested for cholesterol recently and got Triglyceride levels at 146 where as the normal range was between 35 and 135. What shall I do to make them normal as well? Something in the diet or in medication?

Diabetesand triglycerideslevel control is governed by following the right diabetic diet. What to eat and what not to eat is important for diabetes control and diabetes cure or diabetes reversal. Few tips. - one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. - drink tomato juice with salt and pepper every morning on an empty stomach. - intake of 6 almonds (soaked overnight) is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. Hi Your fasting is slightly high where as your PP is good. Fbs should be kept within 120. Try to avoid carbohydrates. After 7 pm. Take in lots of salads instead and a protein drink before going to bed. This keeps your fasting sugars within limits. If it's still high then you need dose adjustment.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.
