You need not take any sulpplement if you are eating right. Muscle building will happen gradually with good diet and proper workout. For stamina n energy, you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre. Hydrate yourself properly and include enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not have long gaps between meals and do not skip meals at all. Have a good breakfast before you leave for work with source of protein in it. Workout for 45 mins daily be it brisk walk, any sport, swimming, gymming ,etc .Some exercise while sitting at the desk would be useful too. You might be benefitted by some weight loss. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult'

Hi, I want to build muscles. Suggest me the proper diet ,food to build more muscles.
You need to gain muscle mass and weight. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, full cream milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein sparing action have calorie dense stuff like ladoos, burfi, milk shakes, preferably homemade sweets and snacks to increase calories. Add additional ghee n butter to dals or curries or rice etc also. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. If you need me to help you out with customized online diet chart, please contact us for a direct consultation through Lybrate

How can I reduce my body weight which is the better way and I need a strong body.
You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it's going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (fruits, vegetables) which are not processed. Small and frequent meals are advised. Do not stuff, do not starve. Exercise regularly (like brisk walk for 30-40 mins) and have a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories .Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. If you desire to lose weight healthily, I would advise you to do it with wholesome diet and exercise. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult' As far as increase in breast size is concerned, it would be difficult with a weight loss regime but you can do some exercises for the same.
