You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (fruits, vegetables) which are not processed. Small and frequent meals are advised. Do not stuff, do not starve. Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss and do not believe in anything posted on social media unless it comes through an expert (with genuine degree in the field) and with scientific basis. If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight and do it with a wholesome diet and exercise. Focus on high protein, low fat diet and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Eat outside food less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have small and frequent meals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. You can not shed weight by adding protein powder and fat burners to your diet. Start by cutting out refined carbohydrates, bakery items, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on seeds, nuts,fresh fruits, sprouts etc. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Once you start yourself on this lifestyle change you will suddenly notice weight shedding off. Have them without seeds. Yes, preferably presoaked overnight. If not presoaked, you can also have them after boiling with milk which gives a unique flavour to milk, cures constipation and provides many other health benefits if had before sleep at night.
