I am trying so hard to reduce my lower belly fat, can you give me some pro tips to reduce my belly fat.
Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. You are very young and have normal weight (in fact its towards the lower end only) .You should not have tummy fat unless you sit down in the wrong posture for many hours in a day and eat foods which cause bloating. Erratic eating might also cause it. Try to have small and frequent meals, plenty of water during the day, exercise for 45 mins on a regular basis. Also take care that you get up frequently and do not sit for long hours. Correct your posture too. Bring discipline in eating habits as far as timings and healthy food is concerned .Avoid junk.
