Over the years, a sizeable number of people have expressed their affinity for brown rice as the healthier alternative to plain rice. Doctors are growingly recommending brown rice to all those, who are keen on losing kilos or keeping type 2 diabetes in arrest. Brown rice essentially undergoes less processing as compared to white rice, hence it retains all the essential nutrients. Brown rice contains the side hull and bran and consequently, it helps in replenishing the crucial body nutrients like proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber and potassium. Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you. Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal. Its best for healthy fit. One or two fruit should be consume daily. Pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit. You shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night. Consume high fibre diet. Your diet shuld be rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

You change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, milk etc. Go for gym also. You take 1 spoon liv-52 syrup 20 minutes before lunch end dinner will help to you.

Sedentary lifestyle and faulty dietary habits are a major cause of weight gain. Central obesity is a risk factor for diabetes & heart disease. Diet suggestions: 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ fried/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, chocolate, ice cream 3. Use less oil in cooking 4. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 5. Replace simple carbs like potato, sugar, refined grains (maida, white rice, noodles, white bread, biscuit) with complex carbs like whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, bajra, ragi, barley, oats, brown rice, atta bread) 6. Avoid sleeping or lying down within 1 hr of a meal Physical activity suggestions: 1. Brisk walk early morning daily- 45 mins + kapalbhati-15 mins + free hand- 15 mins 2. Low blood pressure is the medical condition characterized by a blood pressure below the set normal levels. This means that the patient has a systolic BP of 90 mm Hg or less. The patient could also have a diastolic BP of 60 mm Hg or less. Having either of these two conditions makes a patient hypotensive or having a low blood pressure. When the patient has problems with low blood pressure, he/she should consider these dietary tips to help keep the body fit and healthy: To treat low blood, a fresh fruit diet is suggested. The patient is only allowed to eat all fresh fruit meals every five hours for five days straight. The next stage would be to add fresh milk to the fruit diet and this is to go on for a couple of weeks. A balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, seeds, grains, and nuts is then worked into this routine for better health. Another way to treat low blood pressure with the use of food is to increase the person’s intake of protein-rich foods and vitamin B complex and vitamin C rich foods as well. Many of the foods that are prohibited in people with high blood pressure are often beneficial in those who have low blood pressure. The patient only has to make sure to eat healthy and use common sense to determine if a certain food item is safe or not to eat. Keeping oneself properly hydrated is essential in keeping low blood pressure away as well as in treating it. Since dehydration can cause low blood pressure, it is important for a person to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to help keep dehydration from happening. Take personalised dietary advice. Aromatherapy is an ancient practice that dates back to ancient times across many cultures. This is a practice where concentrated oils are used to treat many imbalances and disorders within the body. The oils emit a fragrance or aroma, through which many important molecules enter your blood stream which have a healing effect. The oils can be applied on the skin and the aroma is then absorbed directly into the body through it. They can also be used as an aromatic agent where you need to sniff them in order for the molecules to get inside the body and then be absorbed into your blood.

What kind of oils are generally used in aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy uses essential oils similar to the ones used for massage in many other forms of alternative medicine such as Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. These oils have the organic compounds within the plants or respective sources concentrated into a small dose so it can pass on the benefits of those compounds to you, healing your body. Some of the types of oils used in aromatherapy are –
1. Peppermint oil
2. Tee tree oil
3. Lavender oil
4. Frankincense oil
5. Lemon oils among many others

How are essential oils made?
Essential oils are made from natural ingredients such as herbs and resins of different plants. These can be extracted from the following sources of a plant, tree or herb:

Aromatic oils tend to be powerful as a lot of ingredients go into the making of a small quantity of oil. The compounds are separated through a distillation process that separates the oils from the other components.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals. Have chapatis or paranthas instead of bread & add seasonal fruits between meals. Water & fluid intake about 3 litres should be maintained. Also food should be consumed in a relaxed state, eating slowly & chewing well. Handful of nuts can be taken as evening snack along with milk shake or fruit smoothies.
