Getting adequate nutrition everyday makes a lot of difference in how we feel. Look for the reasons as to why don't you feel hungry. Is it due to some medication, depression,anxiety ,you don't like the taste of food .At your age teenagers opt for fast foods. Stop eating them and prefer nutrient rich foods. Have 5 small meals and make the food appealing. Do some light exercises and meditation, Start enjoying your life.

I am 23 years old. I used to be 78 kgs when i was 21 years old, but after my marriage i have gained around 20 kgs. I am now 98 kgs. I also feel anxiety and always lethargic. Yes you will definately lose your weight by following simple tips, 1. Drink water 10 glass/per day. 2. Have brisk walk atleast1 hour. 3. Have a sleep maximum 7-8 hours. 4. Dont eat junk food.

hello Bijay..1st main important thing if you feel low stamina low energy level then check your vitamine D and thyroid level.. 2nd thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism.. take high protein diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices.. include dry mixed nuts in your diet.. drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. always rest after taking meal.. avoid smoking if you do..

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Hi as your age is very less. If you dedicate you can lose weight fast start doing walking for 30-40 mins early in the morning have early dinner, don't sit for a long time keep moving sleep early. Eat non veg weekly once home made not outside, junk food. Do thyroid profile, lipid profile once -blood test.

Beans can be eaten as a snack or can be included in breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are several varieties of beans like red beans, black beans, soy beans, lima beans, lentils, and kidney beans. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hi harpreet here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise whenever you get time. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hi , there most certainly is! you could try strength training at the gym to help you build more muscle. Hypertrophy in the muscle would give you a fuller look. Hi, Today my wife had done sonography reports says" yolk sac seen measures 8x8mm, mild larger in size" Cervical length - 3.7 cms & fetal heart beat seen what it means, our doc had prescribed folic acid tabs & advice to get checkup after 20 days. Weight gain is due to imbalance between calories consumed and calories utilised. When you consume more and utilise less, you put on wt. Besides this there could be other causes for wt gain like thyroid problem, improper life style, improper diet , lack of exercise and sleep and low vit d levels. We need to find the reason fr wt gain and treat accordingly. It would be a combination of proper diet plan, excercise and correct any associated cause.
