There are no specific timings to eat any kind of foods. But yes its best to have fruits on empty stomach for increasing the absorption of all present vitamin & minerals. Yes you can have bananas. It wil definitely help you increase weight but just eating that would not help you alone. You need to manage your days total intake. What you eat, how much and when is more important.

Hi, Your body is a gift of God. I know these days finding time is difficult. But you can pull out 30 mins daily in the morning somehow. Make it a habit for life. It will make your life better and make you fitter. Apart from that cut down your daily oil and sugar intake. 4 teaspoons oil and 4 teaspoons sugar maximum in one day no more. Eat more fruits drink more water. Avoid outside food. Right now your weight is Ok, it is not too much but weight gain happens slowly. Today you can build healthy habits which will last you forever. Hello, A simple whey supplement can also give you a problem incase if your body doesn't need it. I would constant stress on if the diet is natural and correct,supplements are of no use.

Hello, if diabetes is is not in proper control and patient has persistent hyperglycemia, then kidney function is severely affected. That is probably the reason for his high creatinine level. So primary need is to have a stricter control on blood glucose level. Secodly his protein intake also has to be around 0.6 g per kg as creatinine is high. There is need to give a relook at his anti-diabetic treatment, diet and extent of daily exercise. Thanks.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
