I am not able to gain my weight even if I am having my food properly. I am having right amount of calories per day.
Yes, you need to increase the quantity of food you eat, but at the same time you have to make sure You are eating healthy. Eat five to six meals a day. Avoid skipping any meal. Increase your portion size. Choose foods that are higher in healthy calories. Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast. Whatever you eat at breakfast is better absorbed and utilized by your system. So don’t forget to take a handful of nuts everyday along with good quality protein, like toned milk and boiled eggs. Maintain a 2 hour window between each meal so that you can feel he hunger and eat better quantities. Avoid junk foods, they provide high calories but at the same time trans fats also. Diet to be included for weight gain: -­‐ Peanut butters and cheese makes a calorie-­‐dense yet nutritious spread for your sandwich -­‐ Milk (Add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) -­‐ Egg whites or Banana -­‐ Soaked Almonds -­‐ Vegetable stuffed paratha -­‐ Groundnut chikki / Dry Fruit chikki -­‐ Roasted Soyabean / Almonds -­‐ Sprout salad -­‐ Chapati - Upma / Daliya khichdi / Poha -­‐ Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottle gourd/ ridge gourd/ brinjal etc.) -­‐ Dal / legumes (soya bean / moth/ mung etc.) -­‐ Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) -­‐ Include food rich in carbohydrates and protein -­‐ Butter -­‐ Potatoes -­‐ Soya beans -­‐ Chicken We do special treatment using Homoeopathic and 100percent Organic Supplements which helps in weight gain and increase the appetite, which gives wonderfull results for the same. Hello, homoeopathy has the best answer for your query. You can lose weight with the help of homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects. This involves correction your metabolism. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. I want to loose my weight. My doctor suggested zero fat a sachet or capsule. I consumed this for 2 days . I got pain in my hands muscle and felt shivering. Pls suggest whether I can take this sachet or tablet.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Like any too good to be true fat burner, these are just tall claims made. Most fat burners in my experience have majorly not worked. Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Keep in mind that some fat burners or pills have no scientific evidence or testimonials. Most people have experienced little or no difference at all after using a fat burner. Like any fat burner there are chances of side effects due to poor nutrition. Even if you do lose weight it's almost loss of muscle mass and not so much of fats, which could easily show as a weight loss on the weighing scale. You are young. Give your body a chance to lose weight by natural and healthy ways.

Hi Lybrate user, can you mention your height, weight and age for proper growth you have to - 1.Eat healthy food 2. Exercise regularly 3.Avoid smoking, alcohol if you’re not gaining weight, you’re not eating enough. Wake up earlier, eat breakfast, and then eat 3-4 more meals a day Eat a whole source of protein with each meal – meat, chicken, fish, eggs, etc Blended food digests more easily than solid food. Make weight gainer shakes by mixing oats, milk, banana, peanut butter in your blender.

Hi according to your height your ideal weight should b 54 to 56 kg advised: 1. Avoid rice, sugar, alcohol, fast food 2. Walking daily 45 mins 3. Drink 8 to 9 glasa water per day (if possible then lukewarm water) 4. Flax seeds powder 2 tsf morng - 2 tsf eve empty stomach with 1 glass of lukewarm water 5.

Alcohol in any form is a stimulant and can become habit forming. So it is your choice wether to take it or not (or to take in moderation occasionally based on your personal likings ). Since a healthy diet is important to keep yourself fit and strong, it is better to depend upon the health benefits of healthy food (especially fruits and vegetables) than alcohol. If you maintain a healthy lifestyle - eat homemade food -a balanced diet with more of natural/ organic food products, and exercise everday then you would get natural sleep without any effort.
