this can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test done so to know the exact cause. Take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

After 1st ruination in morning feels burning sensation. Nausea ,legs ache very much. In evening also after sleep head is rolling (chakar) leg ache occurs. Feels very week. After sleep feels heads weight is increased even if unable to move and open the eye.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath.

I have very poor personality. I feel shy while talking to girls. I literally can't speak anything. Even I can't speak in audience on presentation. I have limited friends. Due to busy lifestyle I can't give maximum 2 hr per day to improve this problem. I am not good at sports as well as at studies. How I can improve myself? Also I'm watching porn from 4 years and masturbating. I'm thin and veins are visual on my hand. Pimples on face and at upper chest. Sometimes hands are shaking. I feel weakness. From a month I started eating soya beans for protein and egg but no significant results are seen. If any medicine you want to consult ?

You are loser not because of being busy but you are obsessed with sex and at very early age fall into pervert ism. Even you did not let develop your body how could expect good at games and before girls you as confident. You live in just dreams come out of this live reality try to build your body again it will take time but thats worth it. First of all keep clear your stomach do not let constipation. Take healthy food, lots of salads do yoga, do not watch porno movies, and see to ayurvedic doctor for treatment you might be as you wish.

Am not breakfast person. And it's old habit. I can't have oats for sure. I leave home to go to work at 8 am and hardly get time to make an extra time for breakfast. I do away mostly with half cup chai n chapati. Please advise. what should i do?

Hello. Breakdast is an important meal so dnt skip it. You can have milk and cereals like wheat flakes. Cornflakes. Oats is also gud. Also you can have a brown or multigrain bread sandwich. Eat vegetables and salads as much as possible. You can also have a fruit in the morning or carry it with you like an apple which is very healthy. And go fr sprouts on bread toast or so. Will be a healthy and nutritious. Time saving breakfast.

For increasing your weight through healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

For few people, there will be easy tendency to put up wt, if once they ignore diet conttol ir exercises. Try taking lemon juice with honey&a pinch of dty ginger powder, motning n night after food. In homeo also, you can try few medicines ehich will help for your better wait loss.

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. My blood report reveals high LDL and Low HDL levels, though the overall reading is within range of 200. My diabetologist has Prescribed Atorvastatin 5 mg. When I take that I feel a lot of discomfort. Get constipation ,back pain and less urine outflow. Are these the side effects of this drug? Is there any other safw drug without any side effects? There are definite side effects of hyperlipidemic medicines in allopathy. If you want '0' side effects, you need to resort to Ayurveda/ herbals. However depending upon other related issues of your health, a plan has to be made to integrate medicines initially. Herbs also keep side effects of allopathy at bay without counteracting.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
