Mere bhut sare patients mujhse keto diet ke bare me puchte hain. To me aaj pura brief me apko meaning btaungi ki keto diet hota kya hai, keto diet krte kaise hain. What is the benefit of keto, do’s and don’ts of keto. To first start krte hain what is the means of keto. Keto ke andar carbs ko band kar dia jata hai. Yanike carbs 5%, fat 70% and protein 25%. Is chart ke jariye aap ache se smjh skte hain. Ye aap chart dekh rhen honge. Jiske andar 70% mene fat bnaya hai. 5% mene carbs bnaya hai. And 25% mene protein bnaya hai.

Yes, carbs sirf 5% jata hai body ke andar, diet ke andar, 70% jata hai fat and 25% jata hai protein. To kaisi hoti hai ye keto diet. Ab isko brief me smjhati hun me. Jab normally way me hum carbs khate hain, to hmari body ke andar glucose turn ho jata hai. Kuch glucose burn ho jati hai or kuch glucose fat ke rup me hmari body me store ho jati hai. Jo storage hote hain vo as a fat me turn ho jate hain. Jab hum keto diet krte hain, Jab hum apna carbs band kar dete hai, to us time pe ye storage keto, jo storage fat hota hai vo keto system me chala jata hai. Yanike ab jo hmari body ka fat hoga, vo cells ko band krega. Yanike usi fat se jab hum keto diet krenge, carbs band kr k to jo hmari body se fat hoga vo break hone lgega. Quki iske andar hum fat se hi energy ko turn krte hain apni body me. Quki aap socho ki isme cheese butter kyu nhi rhega, quki hmara carbs to band ho gya. Ab hmari body ko energy chaiye, brain ko chalane k lia energy chaiye. To vo hum energy lenege, cheese, butter, paneer se. Iske andar milk and curd bhi band hota hai. To ye hai keto diet ke benefits. Ab keto diet krte samay hume 3 chizon ko dhyan rkhna chaiye. Quki hmari body me jab carbs kam hone lgta hai to multi-vitamins ki kami hone lgti hai. To hume multi-vitamins jrur lene chaiye. Apple Cidar Vinegar - Know Its Benefits!

We often wander around spending huge amounts to look for solutions to our health problems. We seldom realize that we can find them in our own house in the simplest forms. Apple Cider Vinegar is one such ingredient that can be your rescuer from some of the most common and persistent health issues that we face today:

1.    Keeps blood sugar in control
Studies show that people who suffer from type 2 diabetes and do not consume insulin can have lower glucose levels in the morning if they take two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar before bed. Some studies also reveal that consumption of a mixture of this vinegar and water before having a carbohydrate-rich meal can lower sugar levels.

2.    Helps in weight loss
The acetic acid present in the apple cider vinegar controls the appetite and in turn increases the metabolism of your body. Studies also state that the vinegar reacts with the body's process of digesting starch which ensures that not much calories enter the bloodstream.

3.    Relieves you from a blocked nose
The potassium content in the vinegar helps to thin the mucus and the acetic acid in it kills the bacteria which cause the blockage. Consuming one teaspoon of the vinegar in a glass of water can be your way out from the sinus drainage.

4.    Whitens Teeth
Apple cider vinegar would do the magic to you if you are having yellow and stained teeth. Before you brush your teeth, all you have to do is gargle your mouth with the vinegar. It helps kill the germs in your mouth and also banishes the stains on the teeth thus making them look whiter.

5.    Helps fight dandruff
The acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar makes it a tough for the yeast causing dandruff to grow. Mix; cup of the vinegar in equal quantity of water and spray it on the scalp. Wrap a wet towel onto your head and leave it on for a minimum of 15 minutes before you wash off your hair.

6.    Reduces Cholesterol
It is believed that Apple Cider Vinegar contains acetic acid which helps reduce bad cholesterol. Although most researches are carried out on rats and cannot be completely reliable when it comes to humans, certain Japanese study show that half an ounce of this vinegar each day resulted in lower cholesterol levels in people.

All in all, apple cider vinegar may not prove to be a complete cure to your health problems, but like they say, precaution is better than cure. And when have ever any home remedies caused one any harm?

Suffering From Poor Sleep - 5 Things To Eat!

A good night's sleep is very essential for the body and mind to recharge and be ready to function to its full extent each day. Though the constant change in lifestyles have removed the fixed sleep hours, it is still advisable that for a healthy lifestyle, about 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep is essential. Studies reveal that about 60% of the UK population is sleep deprived, getting 6 or less hours of sleep. Further, studies have shown that there is a good correlation between a person's food habits and the sleep pattern.

While some foods are good at inducing sleep, there are others which help you reduce the fatigue that sleeplessness brings in. The following is a list of foods with the most significant benefits outlined:

1. Fruits
- Cherries: Cherries contain melatonin which controls our biological clock. Often used to combat jetlag, melatonin improves sleep duration and quality of sleep.
- Bananas are loaded with potassium and magnesium, which are very good for cardiovascular health and cognitive functioning. They are believed to induce peaceful sleep.
- Mangoes help by boosting the immune system and providing a good sleep.
- Blueberries - they are believed to reduce oxidative stress and muscle cell inflammation

2. Milk: A glass of warm milk incudes sleep. Add a pinch of cinnamon and see yourself sleep even better. Scientists believe that tryptophan and serotonin do the magic. Not just milk, even other dairy products like cheese improve your sleep.

3. Fish: The salmon, sardines, and tuna are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and also contain vitamin B6. Both these are believed to improve cognitive state and are believed to induce a restful sleep.

4. Nuts: Be it walnuts or pecans or cashews, all nuts contain a soothing effect. They are a good source of tryptophan, which is an amino acid responsible for sleep. This releases melatonin and serotonin which regulate the biological clock and manage sleep patterns.

5. Herbal tea: For instance, chamomile tea and valerian tea act as a mild sedative and encourage a healthy sleep. The whole act of brewing the tea with the aroma wafting through the air is believed to promote a soothing effect too. Green tea is also considered to be a sleep-inducing agent.

It is always advised to maintain a lifestyle that allows you to recharge your body with the required amount of sleep. The benefits of a good night's sleep cannot be denied or hidden.
