I AM 18 year old. And due to physical growth problems I look like a 15 year old guy. I have low bone density, small height. I just want to know how it could be cured ? Please don't give suggestions like to "eat properly" I know they're not gonna work anymore. Suggest any medical treatment. Like one which I know is growth hormones therapy. Please suggest me some more.

I myself am not a morning person. Take out time whenever you can, evening or night is also fine. Your body will adjust accordingly. Just make sure you adjust your diet according to the exercise time. Do not eat any thing 2 hours before exercise. Try to eat light food after work out. Brisk walking will be good.

Don't use thyronorm to reduce your weight. It can be dangerous. Discuss your problem in video conference.

Brain Metastases - How Stereotactic Radiosurgery Can Help?

In many patients with brain metastases, the primary therapeutic aim is symptom palliation and maintenance of neurologic function, but in a subgroup, long-term survival is possible. Local control in the brain, and absent or controlled extracranial sites of disease are prerequisites for favorable survival. 

Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a focal, highly precise treatment option with a long track record. Its clinical development and implementation by several pioneering institutions eventually rendered possible cooperative group randomized trials. A systematic review of those studies and other landmark studies was undertaken.

Most clinicians are aware of the potential benefits of SRS such as a short treatment time, a high probability of treated-lesion control and, when adhering to typical dose/volume recommendations, a low normal tissue complication probability.

However, SRS as sole first-line treatment carries a risk of failure in non-treated brain regions, which has resulted in controversy around when to add whole-brain radiotherapy (WBRT). SRS might also be prescribed as salvage treatment in patients relapsing despite previous SRS and/or WBRT. Get up early and do some pranayam and meditation. Go to a park for jogging and make friends . Eat healthy , balanced diet. Drink lots of water. Do whatever you enjoy. Think positive. Whatever is happening in your life is best for you. Talk to your parents, friends, joke with them. Take life lightly and enjoy every moment. Take some multivitamin. When your body is active you will automatically start enjoying your ligfe. All the best.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Food is the fuel your body gets its energy from. A healthy, well-balanced diet keeps your body healthy and energized, raising your stamina. Try to eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean meats. For long-lasting energy, we also recommend having up to a third of your diet be composed of starches and carbohydrates (whole wheat varieties are preferable). To keep your body steadily supplied with energy throughout get energy by eating several smaller meals throughout the day rather than one or two large meals. Snack on fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and other lean proteins between meals. Carry high-energy fruit and nut mixes with you during times of extended performance, such as hiking, cycling or cramming for final exams.
