If you are trying to gain some kg, eat some lean red meat. Steak contains a lot of protein and iron. Foods like ground beef, pork chops can also be eaten.

Hi, lybrate-user I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet PlanBreakfast – green Juice.Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. Suggested supplement Microfruit tab after breakfast Cytofresh tab after breakfast Lipolyzer tummy tab after lunch Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after dinner.

Hi I' m a 17 year old guy. Currently I weigh around 53 kgs. And height is 5' 4. I workout in gym 6 days a week. Suggest some advice for improving physique.

Gym practices six days in a week are not advisable, reduce to three days and do some light daily exercise like morning walk. 1-amla powder 100gm + kala namak 15gm mix thoroughly take 5-6 gm daily at bed time with water. 2- capsule shilaji 500mg twice in a day with water. Continue for three months.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Good that you thing about your health. Start brisk walking in the morning. Do some exercises or you can consult to a physiotherapist for an exercise programe according to your health. If you dnt have time to visit a physio you can call for home physiotherapy treatment. Some abdominal exercises are must as fat accumulates at the abdomen first. Avoid nonveg, oily food, junk food. Take small diets.

It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. •Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. •If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

I feel much heavy body from few week and my weight grow very fast what will I do for control it.
Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

There is no such medicine which helps to increase weight. I suggest you. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Overeating is not the solution for weight gain. You shoukd take alfafa tonic thrice a day for one month and daily one glass banana shake and one glass mango shake. Revert after 15 days.

Do not take andjura mass v. Avoid it. Drink one cup three four times boiled water in sips. Avoid heavy food.

Frequent snacking and consumption of carbonated drinks is not leading to obesity alone. A survey conducted by Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS), which is running mobile dental clinics in northeast district under the National Health Mission since May, has revealed significantly high percentage of oral health problems in people.

While tooth decay and gum problems are most common, affecting nearly 54% and 62% of the population screened, dentists said they also detected oral precancerous lesions and cancer in some people.

"Tooth decay is most common in the age group of 15-35 years. We found most such patients indulged in frequent snacking. Consumption of carbonated drinks was also common," said Dr Vikrant Mohanty, medical officer in-charge of mobile dental clinics. MAIDS runs six mobile clinics offering treatment such as extraction, filling and cleaning and creating awareness about oral health. Mohanty said every time one eats, acid is produced by the bacteria on the surface of the tooth. "Frequent snacking, particularly fast food items, that have sugar content, leads to loss of minerals from the tooth due to higher acid production."

Avoid food having high glcemic index like sweet, rice, idli, dosa, carrot fruits like banana, mangoes, also food having high glucose load like icecreame. You can use brown rice intead of polish. Eat in binges. Do regular exercise and meditation, check your sugar and follow up regularly.

Hello.... Fir lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight....... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Apple is good for reducing fat...... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa alfa tonic ( two spoons twice a day ).. This will reduce weakness..... For more advice you can consult me....... Good luck.......
