Hi, dear Lybrate user, there r certain anti diabetic norms to be taken into account to remain fit & fine, please follow, # go for a brisk walk in d morning. # go for meditation. # take,plenty of water,to eliminate toxins. # take, tea & 4 Marie biscuits in d morning. # 3 slice- breads with 1 cup of milk in breakfast. # 3 breads, 1 small bowl of pulses,green leafy vegetable or, 1 small bowl of rice with 2 breads in lunch. # 4 Marie biscuits with 1 cup of tea in d evening. # 3 breads, pulses, curds,green leafy veg in dinner. + 1 cup of milk ,finally at bed time. # 100 grams of fruits, apple,carrots,papaya,grapes 50gm can b consumed. all d best, take care.

Hello. Hyperpigmentation is a common, usually harmless condition in which patches of skin become darker in color than the normal surrounding skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin. Home remedy lemon= contains citric acid that helps bleach the skin, making it a popular home treatment for hyperpigmentation. Raw potato =works very well to help lighten hyperpigmented skin as well as other spots and blemishes on the skin. Homeopathic medicine will give you best result. Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

At times the body gets used to the diet and exercise routine. Also reduction in food intake which you may feel is a healthy way can drop your metabolism. Also lack of sleep and stress are major reasons for fat gain. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Some amount of breast pain or discomfort is normal in premenstrual phase. Nothing to worry. If it's bothering too much, consult your gynaecologist for a checkup and you may be required to put on medications for it.

Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Hello, Fatigue is a symptom of an underlying disease and is described in many ways from feeling weak to being constantly tired or lacking energy. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours.

You have to eat vegetarian food. Eat properly. Eat green salads, butter, chees. Ghee. Dates in proper qauntity. Eat 3 to 4 soaked almond in the morning, also take figg or any dry fruits. Eat wheat iteams more like chapaties. Use protin powder in the milk in twice a day. Do not use maida items. Drink more water in whole day. Do not skip your breakfast. You have to take your breakfast. Lunch, dinner on time.

Hi you need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Reduce your meals but avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Have an early dinner by 6: 30-7: 00pm if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least3-4times a week. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited.

Dermoid cyst needs to be operated before rupture, as it may cause infection and/ or serious problem once rupture.
