Hi, I am 18 years old and my weight is around 78 kg please tell me what can I do for maintenance my weight? Please advise.
I am having very rough hair. It's very hard and curly also. It feels like metal wires. I can't even comb it properly. I have tried many shampoos and hair spa many times. Can you please help me what should I do to make it little soft?

I have knee pain for couple of weeks. My Ortho prescribed me Supradyn, CarniQ, Shelcal and Etoshine. He advised me to avoid walking and sitting in floor but I couldn't as I just got married last week. I still have the pain but when I observed, is painful when an in office than at home. Could this be because of a vitamin d deficiency? What should I do then? It's painful only while walking and not at normal conditions.
