What should I eat after morning running and what are fat burning foods should I take.
After morning run take break for atleast half an hour. Have 1 bowl soup of barley. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Doing daily yoga and exercise will always keep you fit. Take calcium supplements for few days. Do not start any exercise now. Let your pain subside. You can take pain killer for 2 days. Take dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water.

Weight gain is typically first step in beginning of many chronic diseases. So, you are rightly concerned. Faulty lifestyle (diet, lack of exercise, poor sleep pattern and stress in daily life) lead to weight gain especially around belly. The reason is not excess calorie but hormonal imbalance. You need proper diagnosis and then specific plan to tackle that. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Okay...Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,push ups,sit ups,squats,plank.Don't use sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat watery vegetables,fruits,unrefined foods.Include more fiber in diet.Take protein rich foods.Add small mount of fat in cooking.You can use coconut oil in cooking for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.
