We are married for 4 years. We both are healthy, We had done treatment for my wife broad ligament fibroid in March 2016 After discharge we were advice for 6 month rest for pregnancy, we just come to know that my wife Right Tube is blocked, it was not informed by doctor at the time of discharge and even we made many visit to hospital after that but nothing has been told to us, Doctor told that both tube are ok. In discharge summary it was written Left Tube Spill + and RT Tube spill not seen. What does it mean? We’ve been trying for pregnancy since last 4 month but we are not getting any success, we consulted other gynecologist too, we did all the test including T3/T4/TSH, Rubella Igg, Semen Analysis, all are normal, Doctor had given Mychiro & Metformin and same my wife is taking since last 2 month, her last 4 LMP was on 22 Oct/22 Nov/22 Dec and 2 Feb’17 but in march as of now it is not come. What shall we do? Are the above described medicine is ok, her LMP Is late due to these medicine. Last month we did Hysterosalphingography but it was not successful due to back flow of dye. Now we are hopeless she also lose her weight from 73 to 69 kg in last two month by walking, exercise,dieting, avoid eating outside ,we contacted every alternate days after her LMP for D10 to D18, Now Social pressure/mental pressure are also taken place, my Parents are ringing the bells of every Temple, now the situation is as per Indian custom some Puja/path is going on. please advice how to get successful for Pregnancy? Hoping to have a view of yours on concern's, kindly come across to the same. Seeking positive reply from your end.

Hi, According to the HSG report, there is no RT and LT spillage seen. This confirms tubal blocks. During previous month's HSG, back flow of the dye was noticed. Again it confirms tubal blocks. Due to this bilateral tubal blocks, chances of conception is difficult. It is better to consult a good gynaecologist for further treatment. If you are ready for IVF, it may be a better option.

Step 1 – peel as many garlic cloves as you want to use (3-4 bulbs is good for a seasonal supply).

Step 2 – slice them thinly and then place them on a plate.

Step 3 – turn the oven to 175 degrees and heat the garlic cloves until they are completely dry.

Step 4 – once they are completely dehydrated, grind them in a blender or with a mortar and pestle.

Step 5 – strain the mixture so only the powder remains.

Step 6 – store in an airtight spice jar between uses.

Side effects of garlic powder

There are some dangers of consuming too much of this powder, as well as potential risks for people with certain medical conditions. The most common problems include gastrointestinal distress, problems with bleeding disorders, bad breath, muscle aches, and dizziness, among others. I am 35 years old man. I have a history of low b12 and vitamin d3 deficiency. I have a tendency of high body best. whenever I do exercise or do any activity I start feeling heated. Eventually after couple of days I get heat boils on my forehead and shoulders. I am not sure what is the cause of body heat. Is b12 and d3 causing it?

No B12 and D3 is not the only reasons. You may take homoeoapthic medicine. Carbolicum Acidum 200 1 dose. Report after 1 week. It is advisable to take medicine with proper cosultation.

I am a type 2 diabetic patient for last 6 yrs and is on medicine like Janumet 50/1000, Diamicron Xr. But I have not reduced weight. I am 96 Kgs. Inspite of Morning walk(brisk) and medicine I am unable to reduce the weight.How to do that?

You have not mentioned whether you are controlled or not.If you are controlled ,reduce the dose of diamicrron xr n make jaumet xr twice a day.

I do regular workout at gym but I have a big problem with my belly can you suggest which is the best fat burner I can intake in order to get faster result. I want a slim body. What diet I must follow. Please note I am a heavy diet guy I eat 8 to 10 chapatis in evening and rice.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. You should do abdominal exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.

Sir from last two to three years that my stomach not become clean in 1 time .I go 3 to 4 times for motion and also after that it not become clean. I have try lot of ayurvedic treatment and do everything like exercise balance diet but no effect also the pressure for motion is not happen at morning.

I am 32 years old, I am filling very weak after evening no energy in body please suggest the medicine.

If you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
