Dear friend, lemon juice. 5 ml, honey 5 ml with one glaas of water (200 ml) early morning empty stomach is useful. But few more things are also required to reduce weight. For you I feel some physical exercise and low fat diet will be more effective. You may ask if any questions about this.

Mr. lybrate-user, Fasting blood glucose means checking blood glucose level 8 to 10 hours after dinner. Normal level is 70 to 110 mg. This is true for every body and all age groups. Thanks.

Vitamin b 12 and d deficiencies do not have any effect on day to day activites and pain associated with it. The deficiencies are rare and are not a cause of worry. Your gastric pain and pain in heel seem to be unconnected. Gastric pain could be peptic in origin and your family doctor can treat it without much investigations. Pain in heel needs a closer look. It may require an orthopaedic consultancy, but let it be decided by your family doctor. So see a physician.

I got married on 25 Feb 2016 since then I have vaginal problem. I have rashes inside of my vagina and I used surfaz, clobeta gm, cream. But didn't feel good. Even I used new force kit.

Please show your gynecologist and get examined physically to find out what kind of rashes it is. It could be viral or bacterial or allergic. Unless one see the rash it is difficult to prescribe. If you get examined and take proper medication it will go off. Meanwhile you can use some vaginal wash.

It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Have fruits with a high vitamin A content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin E and C contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

Hello lybrate user your weekness and other compalints are result of low haemoglobin level. Just start some haematinic tablet or syp daily. Also eat beet, palak, methi and khajur fruits. It help to increase hb level and as your hb become normal other complaint will reduce gradually.

Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. Take your time, and be patient. Over time, you will start to gain strength. Don't rush it. Make sure you have 1 recovery day a week. Pay attention to your core, as it will help you build upper and lower body strength. Try yoga once a week to strengthen your core muscles. Organic foods are best because you get all the nutrients out off your food. Also performing exercises with good form slow movements start of rep 2 seconds end of rep 4 seconds. Changing your workout every month can be good because your body can't be to used to exercises if you don't change your work out, your body will never change. Spacing meals out as well if you're looking at getting massive have 5-7 meals a day one every two hours. Experiment with a vegan diet as animal-based foods, while they contain protein, are also high in fat and cholesterol. Plant-based foods do not contain cholesterol. Try to measure muscle before and after to make you feel like you've achieved well. Give yourself a break about a day or two after the long and hard workout. If your muscles are sore, then this is good and means your making progress. Don't push too hard. You don't want to overdo it! if you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity is good.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Dear, for proper growth of body follow these simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process, so you need to have patience!! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.
