You may not need vitamins if you properly salad and fruis. Yes for vit b12, and vit d3 you take tab. Nerve up and control your diabetes tightly.

Hello lybrate-user to reduce belly fat include a variety of whole grain in your diet in form of oats, ragi, barley, jowar and whole wheat foods. This can be added in form of chapatis, dosas, idlis, cheelas, porridges. Consume 4-5 servings of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads. Also make sure water intake is 2-3lts per day. Regular physical exercise of 30 minutes per day is essential & food consumption should be slowly with proper chewing to avoid over eating.

Hello..... To decrease fats follow these:- Avoid carbs in diet.. Eat healthy diet.. Fiber is good for you..... Include salad in diet twice a day...... Drink lots of water...... Drink green tea 5 cups are must..... Prefer skimmed milk...... Avoid junk food and fried things.... Avoid cold drinks..... Avoid sweets and all bakery products....... Avoid too much non veg it diet.. Prefer lean meat.. Avoi yellow part of egg........ Take whole wheat grains like oats, barley, ragi , brown rice..... Avoid white rice, potato, mango, banana, cheeku and other more sweetened fruits.... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat more fast...... Start regular walk... You can join gym..... You can do skipping, jumping, running, cycling, aerobics, cardio exercises...... Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

For weight loss few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. I have a thyroid problem since July 2014. My T3 & T4 is normal but my TSH level is high in 2015 it was more than 150 after taking medicine it came down to 72 but now I done my thyroid test it is same for the 7 months and I am not able to concentrate in anything feeling very tired and lazy please suggest treatment.

Do not do crash dieting. Proper exercise which includes both strength and cardio should be done. I would also suggest you free exercises of abdomen like crunches and bends and lunges. If you want I can give you paid diet plan which will be balanced in all ways and you need not stay hungry.
