Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Add more calories in your diet chart. 2) Take lots of protein, carbohydrate, fat in your meals. 3) Eat lots of energy dense foods. 4) Lift heavy weights and improve your strength. 5) Don't drink water before meals. 6) Take milk and milk products. 7) Add cream to your coffee, tea, fruit dish. 8) Use bigger plates. 9) Take 6 to 7 meals whole day. 10) Get qualityful rest.

Hye. Weight loss is not about a particular food, it's about your whole lifestyle. Eating the right foods at the right time is crucial. If you skip meals or follow fad diets, eat a lot of junk, whether you eat rice or not, you will surely gain weight. So, set a routine. Eat smaller more frequent meals. Eat as much as your body needs, not less, not more. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Diet -
Metabolism is sluggish during rainy season so there is loss of appetite compare to other season

Pl consult cardiac physician immediately as you have pain radiating in your left arm. As a first aid during the pain press your both sides of your little finger nail 20 times. Hello, His BP has to be closely monitored and so his sodium levels. I think the physician whom you consult should be either change the medicine or the dosage golf the medicines, due to flactuating sodium levels. He should avoid any sort of stress and anxiety. Over exercise can also harm. Seek a second opinion.

My micral urine is 183.5, creatinine-serum/plasma is 1.0HBA1C is 5.5, Fasting sugar is 131mg/dl and post prandial sugar is 191 mg/dl, also I m a diabetic patient last 7 years and now my age is 39 years. I take tablet semi Reclimet 1/2 before food day and night, I take tablet Surbex Gold after food for and for pressure I take Tazloc 20 after food. An albumin test checks urine for a protein called albumin. Albumin is normally found in the blood and filtered by the kidneys. When the kidneys camera. Gif are working as they should, there may be a very small amount of albumin in the urine. But when the kidneys are damaged, abnormal amounts of albumin leak into the urine. This is called albuminuria. If the amount of albumin is very small, but still abnormal, it is called microalbuminuria. This is what you said as micral test. You can ask privately for personal guidance. Albuminuria is most often caused by kidney damage from diabetes. But many other conditions can lead to kidney damage. These include high blood pressure, heart failure, cirrhosis, and lupus. If early kidney damage is not treated, larger amounts of albumin may leak into the urine. When the kidneys spill albumin, it can mean serious kidney damage is present. This can lead to chronic kidney disease.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

The amount of her protein intake from egg whites should be part of her overall protein daily intake. . "Roughly 3.5-4.0 grams of protein per egg white would be 21 to 40 grams of protein per day Divide the body weight in half for the daily grams of protein.

Reduce intake of carbohydrates and fats, increase intake of fluids and proteins, and go for a walk of at least 45 min a day 5 days a week. There is no easy way to reduce weight.

Because of very busy schedule eating breakfast at 6 AM. & dinner at 9 PM. No lunch. Taking coffee 3-4 time. No smoking &no alcohol. Please advice is their any issue in my schdule

Your eating schedule is an unhealthy one. Irregular eating habits affect the body metabolism, making the body at risk to various illnesses like high BP, diabetes, obesity, gastric problems etc. The human body works smoothly with regularity & irregular eating patterns may disrupt its normal rhythm. When you eat at irregular times, the body goes to a stress mode. Do not skip meals; eat heavy breakfast, lighter lunch & very light & early dinner. Sometimes skipping meals & sometimes overeating is not good for health. You eating breakfast at 6 am & dinner at 9pm are long gaps between meals. Do not give such long gaps. Besides the above three main meals, eat small healthy food in between like fruits, salads, fruit juices, soup etc. Avoid junk food & drink plenty of water. Make a routine for your meal timings as comfortable to you, & try to stick to the meal timings. Have the major meals at the gap of 5-6 hours. In between, at the gap of 2-3 hours take some small snacks in the daytime, & avoid eating more at night time. Take coffee twice only. To stay healthy it is very necessary that you eat a balanced diet to nourish the body. To achieve a balanced diet, include a wide variety of food from the following food groups, in-order to provide all essential nutrients to the body: 1. Protein containing food like poultry, eggs, sea food, nuts, beans including soybean 2.Diary food like milk, cheese, yogurt; these are rich in calcium, vitamin D & potassium. They also contain protein. 3. Variety of fruits & vegetables. These are low in calories & rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. 4. The grain group, which consist of breads & cereals like rice, oats etc. These are high in fiber, protein & other essential nutrients. 5. Oils including vegetable oils, low fat oils, mayonnaise etc. Also make required changes in diet according to age, health status, body needs, activity level, climatic & seasonal changes etc. A properly balanced diet will not only keep you healthy, but will lower the risk of various illnesses like obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc.

7 do's and don'ts of jogging

Exercises like jogging give great benefits during the cold weather, provided they are done in the correct way. Jogging not only keeps you active throughout the day by increasing your energy level but also helps you in maintaining your shape even if you consume some extra calories when the weather is relatively pleasant or colder than usual like it is during winters. Read on to find out the do's and don'ts of jogging.

Do's

1. Wear thin and loosely woven clothing
Opt for clothes made of thin synthetic material while jogging. This is because this type of material is beneficial in absorbing the sweat from your body. Additionally, you can wear an outer layer of nylon, to ensure that you remain protected from the wind and precipitation, besides maintaining the heat balance of your body. Never wear cotton while jogging as it does not absorb sweat and leaves you with a wet feeling.

2. Cover your hands and feet properly
The heat possessed by your body escapes mostly through your hands and feet (as much as 30% of heat is released by them). So, make sure to cover your hands and feet with running gloves and socks during jogging when the cold is mild, and with mittens when the temperature further decreases. Wear wicking sock liners underneath your woollen socks to soak the moisture generated while running.

3. Maintain your regular fluids intake
Irrespective of the type of weather, your body loses fluids in the form of sweat while jogging. In addition to this, the chilly air of the winter increases the chances of dehydration. So, keep yourself hydrated during, before and after jogging by drinking enough water or sports drinks.

4. Warm up
It is necessary to stretch out a bit before jogging to wake up your tired muscles. So, before starting your daily jogging regime make sure that you get a bit of physical activity.

Don'ts

1. Stay in damp clothes
Getting wet from rain or sweat while jogging on a cold day, increases your chances of developing hypothermia by decreasing the body temperature further. Immediately change your clothes if they are wet and turn on your heater to warm yourself.

2. Overdress
Never dress in a way that makes you feel warm and comfortable before starting to jog. This is going to make you feel warmer as your movements increase, and, in turn, results in more sweating or discomfort.

3. Forget to cover your head
It may be an astonishing fact, but your body actually loses 40% of its heat through the head. So, never make the mistake of leaving your head bare before stepping outside to jog in the winter. You can wear a hat, woollen cap or a scarf during this time to protect your head.

Caution: jogging at a slower pace is a low impact exercise as compared to running. Research has shown that jogging at slow speed is better than running because of lower impact on foot, ankle, knee and hip joints. However if you have any medical conditions then you should discuss with your medical practitioner to know if jogging is safe for you.
