Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

For your height of 5' your weight should be about 55 Kg. Your BMI is 34 which falls in Obese category. You are carrying about 40% (24 Kgs) extra weight on your body, hence your legs have started paining. You need to urgently get on to a fitness program. ¶ Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. ¶ Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. ¶ Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. ¶ Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. ¶ Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. ¶ Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  ¶ Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. ¶ Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. ¶ Love yourself and respect your body.

Butter whether it's white or yellow, has a high fat content which is not good for health if eaten on a daily basis, having excess may lead to issues related to cholesterol. Kindly consult privately for detailed diet thanks.

I am taking Galvus 50 mg BD and 250 mg Metformin BD. GI is good but PPBS crosses 140 sometimes. I take the dose half an hour before lunch and dinner. Can the morning dose be taken before breakfast? Also, what should be the time gap between the dose and the meal?

Yes you can take it 20 minutes before breakfast also you can take 20 minutes before meals I will suggest few points please do regular morning and evening walk take salads and fruits more as vitamins minerals and fibres in them are good for health don't fear about sugar content of fruits can add tab dibecon by himalaya 1 1 as a natural antidiabetc to your regular treatment.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Do regular exercise and streching. For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Dear Mr Wind Ashle.....Going gymn doesn't mean you have to grow fat.....I understand that you are wanting to get bulky.....If you are opting for protien supplement then i would suggest you to take whey protien.....Take 40 grams of whey protien at early morning before breakfast......take another 20 grams of whey protien just 30 mins before you start exercise.....take another 40 grams of whey protien 30 mins after exercise.......try to maintain a ratio of 1.5:1 between your chest and waist....for example if your waistline is 30 inches then you should try to make your chest 45 inches.....once you attain the aforesaid ratio between chest and waist you will look handsome

I am very slim my muscles does not growth. I eat so much but unless I am not able to complete my health.
Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.
