Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

You should have 73 kg.Do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Eat small amount of foods more frequently.Do not skip meals.Maintain a proper timing.Take skimmed milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplements.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No spicy foods.Use small amount of healthy fats in cooking.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take fruits specially citrus fruits.Use extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat more protein in diet.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.

Not eating is the main reason why you gain weight. Avoiding food and crashing your diet causes metabolism to lower. This leads to accumulation of fats. The idea is to eat sensibly and right. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Take protein rich food milk products, seeds, pulses. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals.

Hye. It's possible you have tried to crash diet to lose weight leading to muscle loss, making you look puffy in the face. Try to work out, eat right and healthy. Toning will make your face appear more lean. Even if genetically your face structure is a certain way, exercising it will help it to appear lean. Try to learn some facial exercises.

The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Natural Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted. Love yourself and respect your body.

Hello general weakness will be treated if you follow these things: 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Surgery is not good. You can reduce tummy in natural way. Go for swimming, skipping and running. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Drink more water in a day. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times.

Kindly check your thyroid levels. If you are suffering from hyperthyroidism, your doctor will suggest you the medicine accordingly. Otherwise no medication is needed. In order to gain weight, you need to increase calorie intake via small frequent meals rich in nutrients & energy. Include cheese, paneer, thick fruit/nut milkshake, fruit lassi, nuts, oilseeds, potato, thicker rotis, stuffed paratha, premix, malt, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, jam/jelly, egg, fatty fish, chicken, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. Eat more amount of food at one meal. Drink 3 litres water daily. Avoid junk/empty calorie foods.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. 1. Mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 2. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 3. Use mild herbal shampoo. 4. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide me daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. If she has t2 dm then she must start appropriate treatment with anti diabetic drugs oral or insulin injection. If she has already started the treatment then it is good. Please understand diabetes occurs due to either deficiency of insulin secreted by islets of langerhans beta cells. So it can only be controlled by drugs, diet snd exercise. There is no cure. She also is overweight with a bmi of 27.72 kg/m2 ideal weight for her is 37 kgs. To achieve good control you have to aim at fasting closer to 100mg and pp should be 150 to 160 mg. And hba1c% <7. Drugs, diet and exercise are important aspect of treatment.

1. Breathing exercises: mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and yoga postures are also recommended. Breathing exercises: mind has a very close relation with breathing. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I have very poor personality. I feel shy while talking to girls. I literally can't speak anything. Even I can't speak in audience on presentation. I have limited friends. Due to busy lifestyle I can't give maximum 2 hr per day to improve this problem. I am not good at sports as well as at studies. How I can improve myself? Also I'm watching porn from 4 years and masturbating. I'm thin and veins are visual on my hand. Pimples on face and at upper chest. Sometimes hands are shaking. I feel weakness. You are loser not because of being busy but you are obsessed with sex and at very early age fall into pervert ism. Even you did not let develop your body how could expect good at games and before girls you as confident. You live in just dreams come out of this live reality try to build your body again it will take time but thats worth it. First of all keep clear your stomach do not let constipation. Take healthy food, lots of salads do yoga, do not watch porno movies, and see to ayurvedic doctor for treatment you might be as you wish.

Physical exercise. Drink more water in a day. Do things which your heart feels happy. Schedule your work in a day and try to complete them before you go to sleep. Add more protein in your body along with omega-3 fatty acid. This will keep you helathy. Let me know for more info.

Dear lybrate-user, for a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana.
