I have belly fat both side. How to loose belly fat. Now I start morning running at least 2.5 km for this I go for fast running or slow running?

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Hi lybrate-user have more of vitamins and minerals in your diet, this can be done by having more of raw fruits and fresh fruit juices in your diet. Have lots if vegetables. Increase protein in diet by having more of milk, eggs. Pulses, chicken and fish. Exersice for half an hour daily.

. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. Hello Mr. lybrate-user I am glad that you are concern about your health & for this you want to loose your weight. According to your height & weight your weight should be in the range of 59-63 and as I have calculated your BMR, you should start a diet chart of around 1500 calories. Reduce intake of carbohydrates in your diet & increase protein content. Have salads before lunch & dinner. Focus on green vegetables instead of starchy vegetables. Take 5-6 small & healthy meals in a day. Take light dinner & start doing Exercise on daily basis. Keep this routine on daily basis & make this habbit as a part of your lifestyle. Hi lybrate-user, eggs are a complete source of nutrition and has high protein content. Boiled eggs are suggested to those who want to lose weight as it has the least calories as compared to omlette or egg bujiya. However eggs can be eaten by those who want to gain weight and those you are gyming also as it helps to provide energy and build muscle. Eggs alone will not increase your weight. You need to increase your daily food intake also. Have 5 -6 meals daily after every 2-3 hours. Eat bananas or banana milkshakes.
