Daily morning walk...brisk walk for 30 min is good enough... Take light easily digestible meals like khichdi ..daliya etc...and fruits like papaya.. Pomegranate in diet

No, I would advice you to stay away from any herbal powder since you are feeding your baby. It can be harmful to both you and the baby. Stick to natural food to increase weight.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi to lose weight diet and lifestyle modification play a very important role. Have a balanced meal by including complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, jowar, bajra, nachni, have more protein rich foods like sprouts, eat more fruits and vegetables and soups, not to forget about walks daily thanks.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. You need to do exercise. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed. You may drink supplement.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Normally you require extra calories for you and the baby together. Have good light exercise, Your usual food, more of leafy vegetables, milk, fruits and supplements of Multi vitamine with minerals, Calcium tablets and if hemoglobin is below normal Iron Tablets. But see your Gynecologist for check up Immunisation and follow up visits as advised. Best Wishes

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

It is not necessary to do exercise at the same exact time. Morning to midnight, anytime is best time. Body will benefit with any exercise. However creating a disciplined daily morning routine of exercise helps you stay on track and it becomes a lifelong habit and it is easy to follow.

Dear lybrate-user, Here are tips to increase potassium levels. Eat atleast two fruits a day, as fruits are good source of potassium. Include 200 ml og curds a day. Include green leafy vegetables on a daily basis. Include dal on a daily basis. Dark chocolate, coffee, jaggery, mushroom are other food that can be included to boost potassium. Prevent yourself fron diarrhoea and do not take diuretics, as they increase the excretion of potassium. Take care. Warm Regards, Uma.

How long you are having cough. If more than 1t5 days, then need xray chest, cbc esr and sputum afb to know cause. Increase exercise and decrease calori intake to loose weight.

1.Go for regular brisk walk for 30 minutes daily or practice yoga/pranayama etc 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet a)Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, b)avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato,. c)include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable, legume. d)Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi, chickoo,sapota, seethaphal jack fruit,grape etc. e)Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. f)Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. g)Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. h)Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and HbA1c three monthly 6.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Sudden weight reduction signify some thing. If he doesnot have any specific problem and complaint, get his blood sugar both fasting and one and half hour after foo, and CBP with ESR done and basing on the result further investigation will be needed to search for the cause of weight loss and becoming thin. If he has any existing medical problem or complaint and if these tests are already done, come back for futher guidance.
