Good to know that you are keen on losing the excess body weight. But your description about your condition is incomplete in many aspects including any tests done and any medicines you are already taking. Just saying I want to reduce my fat cannot help a dietitian give you a scientific advice. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss.

I am 22 year old, after doing yoga workouts, when I twist my hips and stretch my chest backwards, I get some cracking sounds like how we crack our knuckles. Is it harmful or not to worry about thing? The same way is cracking knuckles harmful?

There is nothing to worry about but excess of exercises may be harmful for you. Take nutritious food and calcium supplements. Whole body massage will be beneficial for you.

Mr. Lybrate-user, increased uric acid in blood is due to a metabolic aberration, where an enzyme is lacking which breaks down purines. Therefore, only certain medications which help in excreting uric acid are helpful. Plus taking restricted diet, avoiding high purine containing foods like red meat, organ meat, certain fishes like sardines, trout, herring, scallops, salmon, haddock and mushrooms and mussels. You can take eggs, milk proteins and other vegetable proteins. Also avoid alcohol, sweetened aerated drinks and fructose corn syrup containing products. This is not a curable condition. As regards cholesterol diet restriction and exercise and yogasanas will definitely help in controlling it effectively. Thanks.

hello... firstly eat healthy diet. include all green leafy veges, salad ,fresh fruits in diet... drink lots of water and fresh juices. include good fats in diet.. olive oil, peanut butter , boiled eggs with yellow part , roasted chicken, full cream milk, curd , nuts etc.... do these things..... for proper treatment consult me privately.....

You may do basic exercises like situps, pushups, squats at home and can have very good physique.. without joining a gym.

My weight is 98 kg. My age is 45. I have been on medication for 8 years from reputed psychatrist. After starting medication my weight has put on. Is it true depression medicine viz flunil 25 mg. Sulfitac 50 and zolfrash. This medicine are cause of overweight. Or what else would me cause and solution for weight. My work has been very daily routine has been very heavy and busy. Though accepted excercise has been less. Please suggest.

You should drink lemon+water syrup every day in morning. You should do regular exercise. You must take control on eating fatty food. Obsession with negative thought will reduce and you shall look normal.
