Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Quit smoking or drinking if any Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight consult me privately for customized diet plan as per your needs.

I have come to know that 2tsp powder of alsi (teesi) once daily with a glass of water for six months/one year or so can cure diabetes permanently. Is this a correct one feedback. Please confirm, if yes. Please suggest alternate herb (s) which can surely cure diabetes.

No nothing can cure diabetes, but it can help you lose some weight which may improve your sugar control. 1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hiccups are brief and involuntary contractions of the diaphragm muscle.Irritation of the nerves that extend from the neck to the chest can cause hiccups. causes: - eating too fast and swallowing air - chewing gum - smoking - drinking too much - anxiety and stress. - gastritis. Remedy: 1.Put 1 teaspoon of honey, stirred in warm water, on the back of your tongue, and swallow it. .Honey could potentially tickle the vagus nerve to make the hiccups stop. Bonus: Honey is also a known infection fighter and cough soother. 2.Eat some powdered chocolate drink mix right off the spoon. Swallowing the spoonful isn't easy and should cure the hiccups. 3.Breathe slowly and deeply into a small paper bag/ plastic cover. (Stop if you feel light-headed.) This increases the carbon dioxide level in the blood and makes the diaphragm contract more deeply to bring in more oxygen, which may stop the hiccup spasms. 4. Slowly chew a teaspoon of dill seeds. This traditional cure may work because swallowing the seeds stimulates the vagus nerve to make the hiccups stop. If the hiccups dont stop with this simple home remedy, then please do consult a doctor.

Sure you can have revitalising daily .but make improvements in your diet too like eat nuts like 4 PCs almonds n 2 PCs walnuts n can have 1 tsp of flaxseed daily .include fruits n veggies. drink plenty of water .

Hello Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.
