Hi, obeasity, being common nowadays days due to irregular life style, - can be reduced, by opting - certain natural norms in life. Go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton. * opt staircase, instead of a lift. * tk, oats with green tea in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch. * consume salad, fruits whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza. Hello..... Weight gain is due to unhealthy diet and sedentary life... Firstly eat simple food.. Avoid junk food and oily things and spices because they increase fat deposition... Prefer healthy food and also include Salad in your diet...... Drink lots of water.. It also regulate weight...... Prefer skimmed milk and tbeir products....... Avoid cold drinks.. Prefer fresh juices........ Avoid regular tea.. Start green tea.. It also decrease weight.. Take 2-3 cups daily....... Start morning walk... You can join gym or start yoga......... I am 50 years male diabetic patient. I am on glyciphage 1mg. O. D. At morning fasting. Since2 month. My wt 61kgs. My bp is normal. My last pbs fasting 12.03. 16 is 129mg/dl. And random pbs is 122, 136 113 respectively on 08. O3/28.03/09.04. 2016. Please advice regarding management for tight control.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the sugar levels given by are well in control. You have not mentioned hba1c%, that should be <7%. If that achieved then your sugar control si good. Please check that. Restricted diet plus regular exercise along with drug treatment will give you good control keep it up, with regards.

This is very good question, actually synthetic vitamins is not easy to get absorb in my opinion so better to take natural supplement like nutrilite products and good diet.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. I am 28 year old guy, in 2013 when I was preparing for competition exam I was attacked by anxiety due to which it effects my sleep and I was consuming libo tyrp 10 mg. Doctor advised me for this you have to quit your drinking habits as it rise the anxiety problem. However from 2016 jan I suddenly realize that I no more want medicine now as I can sleep without it. My question is though I am not taking any medicine for 6 months and my sleeping problem is also recovering. But sometimes when I drink than next day I feel restless or become uneasy . Should I quit drinking forever , and is my anxiety problem is finished.

Dear lybrate user, I think you need to find out what is causing this anxiety. It is not about appearing for competitive exam, it is probably fear of failure or not living upto the expectations; that is causing this anxiety. Please understand your strengths and skills. Have faith in yourself. I think this anxiety is caused because you consider yourself weak to face any challenge in life. It appears that you are trying to take help either from the medicines or from your drinks. Both are not advisable. Both these habits have their own side effects which will harm your body and your future as well. Behaviour therapy will help you to get rid of your anxiety and drinking. Please consult a counsellor. Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
