In this age and stage some teens tend to put on weight due to lack of activity and eating junk food. First thing you need to do as parent is to identify the cause. You haven't mentioned the cause here. I have seen some teens put on weight due to Excessive Rich food at home Or Excessive family outing-eating. So first check these aspects. If these are okay, then check where exactly is the excess calories coming from. Many a times. The exam stress can cause weight gain. Best is to consult a dietician in your town who will be able to find a solution. There is no medicine for weight loss. My experience says that weight is not just a physical issue. It has to be tackled at all levels for a positive outcome..

When you get acidity use cold milk without sugar (milk kept in fridge these days not with ice) or have vanilla icecream 1-2 scoop or have 12 watersoaked almonds any of this will help from getting relief from acidity to reduce start your day with lukewarm honey and lemon water take as much water as you can avoid spicy, oily, sweets etc

Hi, Good day to you doctor. My kid is about 4 years and 3 months. My kid is boy baby. He is very very active and I should say extra active in playing, speaking and in terms of thinking as well. He is taking food properly on time as well. But the problem is he is not at all putting up weight. His weight is around 14 kgs only. It is a good thing that your boy is active and otherwise healthy. His weight may or may not be fine for his age. But most important thing is that he should regularly gain weight as per expected. This you can get in your vaccination card where you will find a growth chart.  you can plot his weight against her age at regular intervals like say 3 monthly and see whether he is gaining weight normally or not. Normally a kid of his age should gain approximately 2 kg per year.

Change your sedentary life take rest from your work go out it will ok. If serum electrolytes r abnormal then there may be pain or cramps in legs so avoid drinking tea n coffee instead take lemon juice or orange juice or mosambi juice.

First for few weeks do stretching and warm up exercises and do it on alternate days and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.

To prevent gastric reflux, never go to bed to sleep immediately after taking lunch or dinner, go for walk, or sit & talk with others or watch tv but don't sleep, it will cause reflux of gastric acid, you can sleep after 2hrs.& take meal at fix schedule.

plenty of fruit and vegetables – aim for at least five portions of a variety of fruit and veg a day some bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other starchy foods – choose wholegrain varieties if you can some milk and dairy foods some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein – try to eat at least two portions of fish a week, including a portion of oily fish just a small amount of foods and drinks that are high in fat or sugar.

Try to increase it 5- 10 kgs more. For this you should eat a balance diet. More protein more carbohydrates and more fat. Daily requirement canbe increased 25%. If you are taking 3 roties take 4. Take 2-3 bowls of dal 2-3 serving of vegetables and rice per meal. Add a calorie providing fruits like banana mango chiku and also ground nut and other nuts. Take proper amount of water salads lemon. Do exercise to increase your muscles. It will increase your appetite also.

Can't say for sure but could be due to neuropathy due to diabetes or any other cause. Kindly elaborate on your symptoms. Include vit b12 rich food in your diet. (like meat fish) or take over the counter available suppliments. Include exercise in your routine. Focusing on your back also. But never involving too much bending and lifting weights together. These are few things coming to my mind with your limited history. You can get back to me if you want more information on d same.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Maybe your natural structure is slim. But you can try. Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Use more pulses like udad. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar twice a day. Don't take junk food, oily, spicy food.

Hello, 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, once in aweek, morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
