I have a call center works and my weight is 85 now and I am 23 years old now how can my weight loss.
Call center work profile needs you to work in shifts. Irregular sleep pattern along with sedentary lifestyle & poor diet leads to obesity as well as other lifestyle diseases. For weight loss, these tips will be helpful: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. In between balanced main meals-(comprising of a whole grain, whole legume/egg/fish/chicken, low fat dairy, whole fruits, vegetables, salad); include healthy snacks in between- coconut water (w/o cream), whole fruit, roasted makhana, roasted chana (unsalted), nuts & oilseeds, soup, stew, buttermilk, salted lassi, green tea. 2. Drink 2- 3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have early & light dinner. (day shift) 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep 8. Exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Cut down on total oil consumption. 11. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 12. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch continuously.

Hye. In the long run your body will start depositing unwanted fats. There is daily breakdown from within because the body is not getting any fuel to start the day. Your body is managing to survive the torture right now, but eventually it will start to give up and it will lead deficiency of nutrients further moving to obesity, diabetes, ulcer or cardiac problems.

Start your day with different nuts like walnuts, fig (aanjeer) raisins etc take protein enriched diet means add protein in normal chapati for eg. Instead of plain chapati take paneer stuff have sprouts take 2 litre of water with honey (1 tsp/glass)

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Hello. Many young athletes have same issues like you have. Tummy is the toughest part to reduce. But not impossible. Exercises which include the lover abs are needed but. Most most importantly a diet control is highly needed for this. Carbs and fats are lovered the most and proteins should be maximised.

Diabetes can be healed with proper diet n if one follows it seriously can even low the disease amount of your tablet. Having sweets is not at all good for your health. Sugars are already naturally present in d carbs you consume. Hence to get rid of your habit of consuming sweets, initially limit your quantities n slowly stop at all. Artificial sugars to be avoided completely. Include lot of fibre before every meal to keep your sugar levels in balance. Flaxseeds, cinnamon tea etc r known to cure diabetes. For a detailed menu plan for diabetes, revert back.

My haemoglobin, mcv, mch, haematocrit levels are low and rdw level is high. Do I have iron deficiency anemia. Also my eosinophils level is 1550/cumm. Do I also have hes.

Dear , thanks for the detailed description. We would love to have the exact figures of your hb, mcv, mch, mchc, and your rdw. However from the data given we can safely assume that you have microscopic and hypochlorite anemia. Which has 3 principle causes 1. Iron deficiency. 2. Thalassemia 3. Sideronblastic anemia. Please do a reticulocyte count and a peripheral blood smear also. Hes is a rare diagnosis. Most probably your high absolute eosinophil counts are due to intestinal worms.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. Take your time, and be patient. Over time, you will start to gain strength. Don't rush it. Make sure you have 1 recovery day a week. Pay attention to your core, as it will help you build upper and lower body strength. Try yoga once a week to strengthen your core muscles. Organic foods are best because you get all the nutrients out off your food. Also performing exercises with good form slow movements start of rep 2 seconds end of rep 4 seconds. Changing your workout every month can be good because your body can't be to used to exercises if you don't change your work out, your body will never change. Spacing meals out as well if you're looking at getting massive have 5-7 meals a day one every two hours. Experiment with a vegan diet as animal-based foods, while they contain protein, are also high in fat and cholesterol. Plant-based foods do not contain cholesterol. Try to measure muscle before and after to make you feel like you've achieved well. Give yourself a break about a day or two after the long and hard workout. If your muscles are sore, then this is good and means your making progress. Don't push too hard. You don't want to overdo it! if you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity is good.
