1.Do regular exercise 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato,.include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable, legume. Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi,chickoo,sapota,seethaphaljack fruit,grape etc.avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 5.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 6.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly 7.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight. Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items.

Please note that you need to check if she is having worms. If so that needs to be treated first. Try giving her foods little by little at a time ever 2 hours intervals. Give her milk daily 2 glasses and banana. Also give her five phos 2 tablets twice daily for next 3 weeks nd give a feedback.

You cut down the blood sugar levels in many ways. The first method is with exercise. Make exercise your habit and do it for at least 30 minutes per day. Yoga meditation aerobics walking cycling jogging dancing etc all includes in the category of exercise. Now with the dietary requirements you need to have a good idea that what all foods are essential to you at your this condition. According to me, I suggest my patients a dietary plan. You can also follow the same. *have dinner as early as possible. *restrict intake of rice preparations for dinner. *include fruits into your diet especially pomegranate dates dry grapes juice. *strict stop smoking and alcohol intake. *follow a regular diet weekly. *restrict intake of non veg daily. *have oats with milk daily once. *have food prepared with millets and wheat. If possible you could also follow some natural remedies. Some of them are *intake of gooseberry juice with turmeric powder after your breakfast. *intake of water boiled with the stem of tinospora cordifolia. (instantly decreases the blood sugar levels) *have cucumber juice in empty stomach. Last not least make up your mind. Build confidence and trust in your own actions that you can completely overcome this diabetes. All the best.

To gain weight you can do muscle building exercise along with balanced diet.Eat plenty of food more frequently.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Eat extra protein in diet.add more oil in cooking.Eat nuts,seeds extra.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take stress free rest.

Diet to Prevent Pimples

Your diet plays very important role to cure acne/pimples. There are many other factors also, which are responsible for the growth of acne but the major one is your diet. Treatment of acne by cream, gel or ointment is not enough. They only suppress the action of the sebaceous (fat) glands temporarily. You can cure acne for a lifetime with proper diet and water intake.

Acne is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous (that is fat) glands and hair follicles usually found on the face. Acne is characterized by the presence of blackheads, pimples, small superficial sebaceous cysts and scars.

To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. To begin with-

  •     Take fruit diet once in a week, which consist of fresh juice, fruits, coconut water and vegetable (green leafy).
  •     Warm water enema should be taken daily to clean the bowels and constipation.
  •     Take a balanced diet with an alkaline base, which consists of sprouted cereals, whole grain cereals and vegetables.
  •     Vitamin a, e and b can be used to treat acne.
  •     Green tea and walnuts help to keep your skin pimple free.
  •     Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day is good for emission of toxin from the body.
  •     Always try to include low-fat dairy products in your meal. These are a good source of vitamin a.
  •  

Some natural remedies to get rid of pimples:-

  •     Apply hot fomentation to open up skin pores and then rinse skin with cold water.
  •     Sun and air baths by exposing the whole body to sun and air are highly beneficial.
  •     A hot Epsom salt bath twice in a week will be highly beneficial in all cases of acne.
  •     Healing packs made of grated cucumber, oatmeal (cooked), carrot and lemon juice is effective for acne.

Hello, it's quite natural due to obesity your pulse is not palpable. U, should go for reducing your weight, first. Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. *go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

It is good that you are being patient to loose weight. My suggetstion is not to opt for amy medicine. Try natural ways to loose weight (exercise+nutritious & balanced diet +healthy lifestyle).

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes.
