The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

When you go to gym try to spend 40 minutes only on Cardio equipment like Treadmill / Crosstrainer / Cycle. That is where max weight loss will take place. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5.
