You have to eat very well by eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and proteins. You need to do weight training exercise as well. Drink a lot of water.

1. Homeopathy is a scientific and proven system which originated in Germany. 2. Different medicines are mixed in pills or powder or tabs. Different doctors follow different approaches. The aim is the same. 3. It aims to cures problems from the root instead of temp solutions. 4. Homeopathy does not have the financial power to advertise as much as other forms of cure hence sometimes people may be skeptical about it. 5. It works .. its effective.. its economical.

It is difficult to suggest a diet for you since I am not aware of your food habits and patterns. However I will attempt to give some general tips for weight loss. 1. Aim for fitness and weight loss will follow. 2. Eat low calorie fruits / foods / salads one hour before every meal. 3. Cut down drastically portion size. Order less, take less, eat slowly. 4. Drink lots and lots of water through out the day. 5. Do 40 minutes intensive exercise daily. 6. Cut down all colas, juices, liquor from your diet. 7. Stay active and take a fitness challenge and work towards being fit for life.

Hi eat small frequent meals at regular intervals. Include high calorie foods, protein rich foods like pulses and sprouted legumes, milk and milk products, soy and soyfoods, dry fruits and nuts in your diet. Strength training under supervision is advisable. Take proper rest. These tips will help you gain weight.

I suggest you natural medthod of making good health when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Tips to Deal with a Patient Recovering from Brain Surgery

Undergoing Brain Surgery can be a very traumatic experience, and it is common for many patients recovering from brain surgery to face depression, spells of dizziness, confusion and weakness post the surgery. It can be very critical that family members and friends talk to the patient and be empathetic towards them.

It takes approximately 12-18 months for the brain to heal after a brain surgery and slowly and gradually the patient will regain all his normal functions and get back to his daily routine. However in that time they need the complete support and understanding of their families, as well may need help from therapists. This will help the patient in gaining back their independence as well as confidence in their abilities.

Here are some tips that will help you deal with a patient recovering from Brain Surgery:

  1. After brain surgery, a person may feel disoriented and have some speech or understanding disability for a while. Family members and friends are advised to take pause when talking to the patient, so that he/she can easily understand the conversation. Speaking slowly is not recommended, as patients may recognize it and have an emotional outburst or feel hurt.

  2. Caretakers and family members should also keep reminding the conversation topic at different points to the patient, so that it is easier for them to participate in the conversation.

  3. Family members should also not react adversely in case of emotional outbursts, instead show love and patience to a person recovering from brain surgery.

  4. Caregivers should make sure that the person recovering from brain surgery gets enough sleep and rest to recuperate.

  5. People interacting with someone recovering from brain surgery should understand that the person's ability to learn and remember will improve daily, and any lapses in attention by the patient are not caused by any act of obstinacy. Your care and understanding will be essential for a person to recover.

  6. Family members should also make sure just to give enough care and not smother the brain surgery survivor. It is essential for them to regain their confidence and a sense of competence.

Family members should take the patient for a neuropsychological examination--after treatment, 6 months later, and a year later to see if they are recovering properly. Caregivers should watch out for emotional outbursts, like rage, uncontrollable laughter, withdrawal and depression. In case of such symptoms it is advisable to take the patient for a check up with medical practitioner. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Oils that are physically refined and local to you and used as per traditional cuisine is fine. The idea is to use oil in moderation as per requirements of body. Just because foreign oils are promoted by the west does not make them healthier.

Instant energy is achieved from carbohydrates and not proteins. Proteins take hours to get digested and days to get assimilated. You can take high glycemic index foods like corn flakes to get yourself started!

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

After delivery wear stomach belt per day how many hours should i wear ?please help.

Hello, it is not advisable to wear stomach belt at all as it would further lax your lower abdomen instead of tightening it further. You should be doing lower abdominal toning exercises instead of using short cuts lie belts. They don't help.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.
