Hello, Follow a healthy routine throughout to optimise weight loss. eat at regular intervals,small and frequent meals will help to a very larger extent. Avoid junk and oily foods completely. No bakery products at all. HYdrate yourself well.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

lipids should be seen as a whole. the hdl and triglycerides are also important. all said lipoprotein a is also a strong cv risk marker and kept below 50. avoid fried and junk food and do lifestyle changes. fish oils containing omega 3 acids are most beneficial

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, Since you have a medical history of IBS, it would be actually hampering the weight gain issue. So instead of focussing on increasing weight at this age, try to include a nutritious diet in your daily schedule. Try to include mire of a rice base diet which is also bland in texture. Fibrous foods which promote gut movement should be avoided. Spicy meals should be overlooked and dairy products like cheese, whole milk need to be avoided.

Please give me good suggestion to acquire it.
Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello, In last month till my period date. I have many pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore nipples, back pain, fatigue etc. But yesterday (2 days prior to due date) I have my period. I don't know why this happened. Anyone please advise me. First day I had only spotting of pink and brown. But next day I have red flow. Thanks.

It's ok if you had a period. Until and unless the urinary pregnancy test is performed one can't say from symptoms that pregnancy is positive. So next time count your ovulation time that is 14 days before next date then try for pregnancy if you are planning to have a child.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to increase your protein intake in diet, such as milk, pulses, grams, etc. On top of that, you can also start taking protein powder too and start going to gym or swimming. These gym and swimming, both helps to increase weight as well as height too.
