How to increase weight with proper diet and also I wanted to to decrease pimple in our face.
Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same it means there is some hormonal imbalance,,,I.E. Thyroid profile

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

You may take more protein diet. Like paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, soyabean, milk, tofu etc. Do take out some time for exercise too.

Do exercising means sweating only Means to lose belly fat if someone is doing exercise then it is must to sweat. Because when doing yoga there is no sweating.

Sweating related more to climate & weather. In winters we do not sweat much inspite of heavy exercises. Fat & weight loss should be the major concern & not sweating. Yoga is one of the best forms of exercises which leads to fat loss, muscle toning & relaxation as well. You may use a weighing machine to keep a track of your weight.

Hello lybrate-user it is great that you exercise for 30 minutes a day. When 30 minutes a day becomes easy to exercise (which means you have gained more endurance), you need to increase the exercise time to 45 minutes a day. Along with exercise, it is important to pay attention to what you eat as well.
