If you don't like ghee then you can take butter,cream,cheese,cake,pastries,chocolate,jam,jelly.Add extra healthy fat like olive oil,canola,coconut,refined vegetable oil.Take fish like tuna,whole egg,meat,yogurt etc.These will fulfill your body need.

Due to low weight you fill week. Add in your food carbohydrates protines vitamines minirales eggs milk. Increase weight up 60kg.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Ever wonder how the dishes you order are served within minutes? most of the hotels keep the food half cooked ready and store it with some chemical stabilizers. On order they re-cook it quickly and serve. The canned food is another option they use. Most of the vegetables are stored in a can by using chemicals. That's why they can serve any vegetable even in odd season. Butter, cheese, oils are stored by adding chemicals. So whenever you consume canned food, you eat chemicals, some of which are potentially toxic also. 

Best thing is to eat freshly cooked food without using any chemicals. Avoid hotel food, bakery food or ready cooked food. Preservatives are bad for your health.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplements, they are slow poison which will harm your body, television ads and gym coaches will never tell you the side effects because they want profits. To gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Buy shilajit satt from patanjali store put 2 drops in hot milk and eat with 2 bananas everydayin morning. Eat lots of almonds, paneer, 2 figs, green seasonal vegetables and drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you drink no water after eating your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Yoga can also help you for weight loss. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Most calorie dense foods are # Nuts/Dry fruits.-- Almonds. Cashew. Peanuts etc # Full fat Milk, Cheese, butter, Ghee # Sugars in all forms. Let's say you have Sooji Halwa made with Desighee & Dry fruits. It will give you a lot of good nutrition + some weight too.

Dear lybrate user, for gaining weight take good diet is advisable. But before that your digestive system must good to digest food and elimation of vitamins, minerals etc sholud be used body and ultimately it helps in weight gain. Take more green leafy vegetables, rice, potato, sugar, sweets, fruits, fermented food, ghee, oil, ice cream, clod drinks etc food which contains high calory. Avoid too much physical as well as mental work. Don't supress the natural urges of urine, stool etc. Don't take opposite diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Manage the stress and anger. It is necessary. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can help you. Take protein rich diet more.

Dear user, you can take whey protein supplements. Whey protein can help gain muscle but only if you exercise daily. Some good whey protein supplements are optimum nutrition, iso pure, muscleblaze, muscle pharm.

Yes you can have but it's a myth that tea can help to loose weight. It suppress your appetite but do not take it after meals as it impairs nutrient absorption. Don't take more than 3-4 cups/day.

Dear, Whatever you are eating now, you should probably double it.  If you eat three meals a day, instead eat six.  You need to be eating every 2-3 hours, and each meal needs to be the size of a normal meal.  This is going to be difficult for a few weeks, because you’ll often have to force yourself to eat even when you’re not hungry.  500 extra calories a day = 1 extra pound gained per week.  Whatever you’re eating now, add an additional 1000 calories (spread throughout the day), and you’ll put on 1kg a week. Not just any calories though…Eat a lot of good things – You need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are GOOD calories. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats…which brings me to my next point:Protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts.  Eat lots of this stuff, all the time.  Pasta, brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal, etc. will help you put on weight, but a lot of that weight will be fat.   Every meal should have vegetables and fruit.   If you just eat protein, your body will resort to using it for energy rather than building muscle.  Unless you’re eating tons of good fats (almonds FTW), good carbs (fruits and veggies), and protein, you won’t be gaining weight. Please follow below mentioned tips. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don't drink water before one hour of meals and don't drink water after meals for one hour. 4) try to take liquid diet only. 5) avoid oily and spicy foods. 6) take 10 ml jinger juice and pinch of salt+5 ml ghee+20 ml lukewarm water before and after meals for 15 days. Hi thanks for your query. You must have to prepare well balanced diet chart. Take high calorie foods. Add ghee, butter 2 tsf daily, dry fruits 50gm, banana, eggs, milk 400ml, fish 2 pc. Chicken/1mutton/week or reasonbly. Take some salad dressings, soup, pulses, spriuts add, plent of green vege & fruits mainly banana 2 pcs, grapes, coconut etc. Oil 50gm whole as cooking sunflower/mastard. Sleep tightly daily min 8 hours, fresh foods, no processed, frozen, back dated, always warm. Rice little more, no stress. Timely meal taking very important.

Dear users, no medicines have any proven effect to increase breast size. To increase breast size, following are the options massage your breasts daily for about 30 minutes. It may increase your breast size a little, but results are very unpredictable. Breast implants are time tested and successful option for increasing the size of breasts. These are saline or silicon implants which comes in various sizes and gives a long lasting increase in breast size with a very natural appearance and near normal feel.
