Stress, lack of sleep, thyroid, sugar, eating too much carbohydrates and frequent eating the erractic diet and lack of physical exercise and a sitting job/ work are a few common reasons behind weight gain. Usually males have a tendency of weight gain at the belly area. 1. Take sprouts, fruits, less of the sugars and carbohydrates in your diet. 2. Do not take any slimming product. 3. Do lots of yogasan - chakrasan, sarvangasan, mandukasan, shalabhasan, kapalbhati pranayam (slowly) and anulom vilom. 4. Soak 1 tsp each methi daana and black pepper overnight in water. Add 1half tsp dry ginger and 2 tsp saunf. Boil in 4 cups of water and reduce to 1 cup. Drink empty stomach. You can take this in the evening as well. 5. Dear make three days routine of exercise say on first day you can do yoga second day choose cardio n intense work out third day aerobics exercises. Repeat then in next three day this will braek your monotony as well as keep you fit and healthy.

Hi lybrate-user Are you tired of fad diets? It’s time to change your diet pattern and work towards your goal of losing weight. In between crazy work schedules, meetings and parties, it’s almost impossible to resist a rich chocolate pastry or creamy ice-cream after a meal. The trick is to find healthy alternatives and nutritious snacks instead of fatty and sugar-rich diets. You can definitely make realistic and healthy switches in your daily life. These effective health tips will help in beating all those extra calories. 1) Have a healthy breakfast everyday: Our bodies fast overnight when we sleep and need nourishment as soon as we wake up. If you have a healthy breakfast, you will feel less hungry during the rest of the day. 2) Focus more on eating foods that give nourishment, not calories: Eating healthy and including physical exercise in your schedule will help you achieve your ideal weight. 3) Make sure your refrigerator always has some veggies and fruits: Whenever you feel hungry, it is advisable to snack on fruits and veggies. So, stock carrots, apples, strawberries, musk melons and more of such amazing food items that are healthy yet yummy. 4) Have unsweetened beverages not diet soda: Diet drinks make your sweet tooth crave for more and also add to your waistline. For few people, there will be easy tendency to put up wt, if once they ignore diet conttol ir exercises. Try taking lemon juice with honey&a pinch of dty ginger powder, motning n night after food. In homeo also, you can try few medicines ehich will help for your better wait loss.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption(if u consume) Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hi. Thankyou for the query. Firstly you must understand that you cannot just start running. You need to do some warm up exercises. If you have never worked out or run before you need to first start with basic walking and gradually move on to running. After that also you need to stretch and cool down. Most importantly your pre run and post run diet is very crucial. A heavy meal or being empty stomach for long before run will hamper your progress and affect health.

Bowing of legs mainly occur due to deficiency of Calcium & vitamin-D To prevent further bowing of legs • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot . • Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily , sunlight has vitamin D . • you can take vitamin D supplement to increase your calcium level . • Massage your legs with luke warm oil daily for 5-10 minutes for proper blood circulation. • Practice the leg muscle exercises for the strength of leg muscles. Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result. **Take alfalfa tonic , 2 tsp twice daily before meals to gain weight.

Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you. Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal. Its best for healthy fit. One or two fruit should be consume daily. Pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit. You shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night. Consume high fibre diet. Your diet shuld be rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Per day requirement of salt is about 0.75 teaspoon. Anything above it will be harmful. Colon is nothing but Large intestine and our digestive system is efficient enough to push out waste products without any additional salt or such stuff. Yes, as a good habit for good digestion and expulsion of waste, its good to have lot of water and fibrous fruits and Veggies. Rest the body will take care.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones.
