Apart from taking treatment for your illness and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Aloe Vera juice by itself will not help you lose fat you need to eat clean and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Your weight should be around 70 kgs. Start a well balanced diet consisting of good quality proteins such as curd paneer eggs chicken or fish and also include an hour of exercise. Decrease your carbohydrate intake. Add more fibre to your diet. Your protein intake might be low which results in hair fall.

Early morning:

Have a glass of warm water with a dash of lemon. And afterward, you can take a cup of tea but without any sugar in it. You can have 2 marie biscuits. Your total calorie intake till now will be 91.

Breakfast:

Having same breakfast daily could be quite boring. So here are 2 ideas for breakfast.

First is to have an omelet made of 2 egg whites along with 2 slices of brown bread. Total - 250 calories.

Or you can have 2 sprouts dosas with a cup of onion and tomato chutney. Total calories -220.

Mid morning snack:

It is best to have a cup of green tea and a bowl full of fresh fruits. Total - 40 calories.

Lunch:

 You can have brown rice vegetable pulao, raita of cucumber and onion and mixed veggies salad. Total calories -305.

Another option for lunch is to have sambar, lady finger veg, 3 medium sized ragi balls, and salad. 

Evening snacks:

You can either have coffee or green tea but make sure not to include sugar in it. Additionally, you should have some sprouted green gram sundal. Total - 105 calories.

Dinner:

Dinner should be a light meal. So make sure not to eat too much. You can have a veggies salad along with 1 medium bowl of thayir pachadi and millet khichadi. Total calories count - 335

Bedtime:

You can have a cup of milk and 4 soaked almonds. Total - 95 calories.

The entire diet plans given above counts for 1191 calories which are sufficient enough for a day. If you consume more calories then you will probably be gaining weight instead of losing. So try to stick with this plan.

Before you begin with the diet plan, make sure to include exercising in your routine too. It is essential to have at least 35 minutes workout daily to keep your body fit and healthy. Only eating healthy food is not sufficient to lose weight. You can include anything that you find interesting in your workout regime like walking, jogging, swimming, skating etc.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Always avoid heavy foods and 15days once that causes indigestion when you take heavy food at take these medicenes at bed time with 1glass of water 1. Triphala churna 1spoon with 1glass of water.

Preventing infections by stronger immunity is always better than treating them after it emerges. But do you know one important thing - if your infection is treated by modifying the host factors rather than merely focus on microbes, not only that you will get a speedy and healthy recovery but also get immensely protected from all sorts of infections in near future. If you are managed this way, if you get any sort of infections, the moment you start the above intended scientific approach in ayurveda, you are" protected" from the first minute itself and recovery is fast. Most of the infections, no matter what ever be the virulent virus or bacteria or parasite or any pathogen will get reversed in not more than three days for sure. 

I get patients who treated for unresolved respiratory infection, urinary infection, skin infections and occasionally cases of dengue, malaria and typhoid etc. Also my own kids aged 15 and 8 years are never introduced any paracetamol or antibiotics or any sort of chemical drugs. Every one of them is treated by this approach and get well amazingly fast. Even the patients often are surprised how it happens, but the reason is this: it is not the microbes that are to be feared, it is" the nature of individual body response' to them that has to be entirely focused upon and attended appropriately. Infact who is also unaware of this! how unfortunate for the world!
All sorts of infections are reversible at a cost of less than 1/10 of what is spent today by people (but still worry going) without any reason for worry. If government of india attends the proposal of sbeba, there will be revolutionary improvement in national economy and mandays.

Hi, For weight gain you must include milk, eggs in your diet. If vegetarian then only1cup milk with 1tbspGRD powder daily and following homoeopathic medicine Alfa malt (medisynth) 1 tbsp to be taken twice a day. For 1 month. Let me know.
