avoid all high calorie food and drinks. take plenty of fruits,vegetables,coarse grains and nuts . only dietary restriction will not help much if not combined with exercise . simple 30 minutes brisk walk is good enough.

Sir you need to have customized diet plans as per your medical conditions. For the time being - you can have add isabgol in your rotis have triphala soaked overnight in water - early morning add fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet avoid fry spicy junk food do 30mints of exercise.

To reduce weight change food habites. Avoid to oily end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad. You take Ķeva slim tea (take 1 /12cup of water add 1/2spoon tea boiled for 5 minutes filter end) take 30 minutes before lunch end dinner for a month than consult me. Walk fastly as possible. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Ideal water intake is 1.5 to 2 litres per day. Although in hot weather, it should be a little more to compensate for the losses of water from the body.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi you are over weight weight is loos by decrease intake means food intake and increase out put means increase physical activities. Calculate calories intput and out put take following remedies 1. Barleys soup at the time of lunch nad dinner 2. Have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3. Exersise atleast 45 min 4. Eat all fruit-vegetable [ex. Lauki, parval, bendi, karela, 5 fruit=muskmelon, watermelon, papaya your weight will come down.

Get yourself examined for tb and thyroid. If these are normal improve your die as follows: add 10 gms of butter to your diet. Take 25 gms peanuts and 25 gms green beans or masoor beans, sprout them and add to your breakfast. This will give a healthy rise in weight. Your weight will also naturally increase as you age. At that time be sure that it does not exceed 66-67 kgs to remain healthy.

I am getting fat day by day. Specially belly and chest. My food intake is normal. I take bed time or coffee sometimes, brtfast is rare. In lunch I take 2-3 chappatis with veggies (rice sometimes) and evening tea sometimes and the dinner 3-4 chappatis with veggie.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products, avoid fast, junck, spacy food for good health. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. Young genretion forgets to walk always on bikes. You take hemol syrup 2 spoon after lunch end 2 spoon after dinner for one month than feedback to me for further advice.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, gout, 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7. How to know if you have an anxiety disorder?

Anxiety is a very normal emotion, which gives rise to feelings of nervousness every now and then. An anxiety disorder is a serious medical condition in which people experience a high degree of distress and mental trauma, which causes difficulties in leading a normal life. People suffering from this medical condition experience high levels of anxiety and nervousness almost all the time. Here are the symptoms that indicate you're suffering from anxiety disorder.

1. Excessive worry - This condition persists if you worry about the day to day activities a bit too much on a regular basis. It is identified when you start taking too much stress about very petty things, which tends to affect you in an adverse manner. A noticeable sign of excessive worry can be too much fatigue.

2. Sleep problems - Problems falling asleep at the right time and problems in maintaining a sound sleep are two signs that indicate you have an anxiety disorder.

3. Irrational fears - This symptom is not generalized; instead, it is specific and subjective in relation to a particular thing or situation. The fears that are experienced under this category are sudden and unexpected in nature and there is no fixed rationale behind these fears.

4. Muscle tension - Muscle discomfort and pain is one of the leading physiological causes of an anxiety disorder. The pain felt is chronic and pervasive, and is very common among people facing situations of anxiety. If you are exposed to constant periods of anxiety, you will experience fatigue, muscle pains and unwillingness to work.

5. Chronic indigestion - Problems related to the digestive system are also a sign of anxiety disorder. In this case, you may face constant digestive problems accompanied by a common disorder called IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). IBS refers to an anxiety situation in the digestive tract, which is characterized by stomach aches, cramping, bloating, gas, constipation, and/or diarrhea.

Apart from the above-mentioned symptoms, other symptoms of an anxiety disorder include stage fright, self- consciousness, panic attacks, memory flashbacks, perfectionism, compulsive behaviors, self- doubt, and such others.
