Hello lybrate-user Basically you need to eat more calories and need to do some kind of exercise to absorb extra calories to gain weight. But be consistent as like losing weight gaining also require some time. Following points you need to take into consideration while increasing your calories 1) No fast food 2) No cheese 3) Avoid fried items 4) include dry fruits especially raisins and dates 5) include any kind of milkshake daily in your diet. 6) you are non vegetarian then include chicken soup made out of leg piece. 7)you can have Ashwgandha (ayurvedic herb) to increase weight! Hello By just taking weight loss pills one can not lose weight but yes along with pills if you alter your diet and include any kind of exercise you may achieve the desired result, Yes these are side effects of these tablets.

Hello if you want to grow your muscle mass than you should do weight training and increase your endurance you should increase your protein intake in the form of animal products, dairy and dairy products or in the form of protein supplement. You will surely achieve the desired result.

Hello you can take any multivitamin and multi-mineral tablet of any brand as they are more or less same.just consider three points. 1) skip products marked for stress,weight loss,heart health or other health conditions. 2)Pick a brand that packs no more than 100% of Recommended Daily Allowance. 3)Multivitamin and multi-mineral tablets are not a replacement of a balanced diet.

Hello you should take balanced diet which includes whole grains, dairy products, nuts, fruits, vegetables and little pure ghee along with protein supplement. Your stamina is low because may be you are not taking proper diet and doing proper exercise. Your nerves are visible because you are underweight that's all. Don't worry.

Hello first of all you need to increase your total calories intake and include one physical activity. Please avoid junk food as it is observed that this kind of food is nutrient deficient and can be the reason of not gaining weight. So try to eat home-cooked food increase the portion size in every meal, take fruit juices, take mango or banana milk shake specially after doing exercise. Sleep for at least 8 hours or can take afternoon nap if you have time, don't take stress. Take chwanprash on the regular basis, if you follow you can see the difference in one month. Good food source of protein are egg, chicken, fish, oatmeal, daal, legumes and nuts.
