Sitting for long hours leads to neck and back pain if you don't maintain correct posture. Always sit with proper back rest and avoid bending or peeping forward. Incorporate low level aerobic exercise of arm neck in the daily routine. Streching of your neck muscles will help with the pain and tiredness.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake.

Include food rich in good calories. Salty peanut butter on bread. It gives you approximately 192 calories plus it is extra high in protein. One serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat, cholesterol and cheese calories. One banana contains approximately 100 calories. Hi U can eat semi solid diet easily digest and divide on your meal 5 to 6 time and avoid fat and cold items exm. Curd, cold drink, child water, banana. Sample diet chart early morning- 1 cup tea + biscuits breakfast - 2 boiled egg/ poha/upma/dalia/rice kherr mid-morning- 1 cup soup (moong dal/ mix veg,) lunch - moong dal khichri + veg + fruits / dalia + dal + veg evening _ steam cook sprouts/ tea + biscuits mid evening - mix veg. Soup dinner - same as lunch.

Hye, thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. Creatine is only taken when your workout intensity is very high. Randomly taking supplements can be harmful and a waste. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before you decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine. Whey is an easily absorbable protein supplement but it can help only if you are working out well.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hello, firstly try to reduce your weight by a diet plan and exercise. You can try yoga/any other for of exercise. Try cutting out carbohydrates and saturated fat ie reduce the amount of rice consumption by adding wheat. Eat less amount of red meat if you are a non veg. Fish is very healthy. Steamed, baked items are healthy. If hungry in between take a bowl of salad or fruits. Cut down on sweets. Get your cbp and thyroid profile done, so also your lipid profile.
