Hi masturbating is a natural process done by any one female or male. And sexual desirement is like hunger, which is full fill by masturbation when opposite partner is not there. But excessive masturbation is not good. Sometime it convert into habit and after that it make addiction so it should be in limit. According to ayurveda when you do mastarbaation that time you west your shukra dhatu [sperm], shukradhatu is resultfir shaurya, lusturness of your body, daring, budhi, intelligence when you will est it this all work of shukra dhatu is get decrease so that not only fairness effect but also lustur is effect. Masturbation is need but it is in limit do not do as addiction.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

My diet is good, and always eat healthy food but m looking thin, what the best way to gain weight.
The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Mild yellowish urine is absolutely normal. Going to toilet after drinking water need to be investigated with routine urine and stool examination.

Hi docs, known fact that breakfast should consist fibre, protein,fats, vit. minerals etc all of them right? So considering this I prepared my breakfast like this ----> after having lemon water ,green tea and banana ---> breakfast: 2 carrots, 1 beetroot, 1 cucumber, 1cup oatmeal (boiled with water, fistful of legumes/pulses/lentils ,(any protein food whole night soaked n boiled in d mrng) and an omega 3 capsule (ON company). So am I eating right breakfast? Is there anything I could delete or add? Thanks a lot.[[ veggie juice m having at brunch ]]

Hi Sandhya, every thing is fine. Just relapse your Omega 3 supplement with some natural sources ( like soaked Flex seeds (10 gm) or 5 Soaked Walnuts - along with breakfast or after 45 minutes. As we can't rely over supplements for longer periods or our body's ability to get it from natural sources get reduce.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hello after 6 months, normally there should be no problem with past surgery. The pain can be controlled by anti-inflammatory medicine. However get a checkup done to rule out any problem with the stitches.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 67 kgs. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Dear lybrate user with the limited amount of information provided it appears that you are having gastritis. The first and foremost treatment of which is life style modification like regular exercise, diet modification as advised and liberal fluid intake. Try having small frequent meals, avoid tea/coffee/carbonated drinks, avoid chilli, stop smoking and consuming alcohol if you do. Hope this solves your query. Try with these life style measures first. Losing weight weight is not a single day process.Try these- Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Eat small amount of food.Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat watery vegetables.Take whole fruits more.Use unrefined foods. Take extra protein for weight loss.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Include more fiber in diet.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning then do exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,plank,push up,sit ups.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.
