Hello avoid rice, potatoes, sweet, sugar, glucose, pumpkin,juice, banana,mango,chikku, maida products, extra salt.take high fiber diet.take plenty of water. Take one fruit daily. Do walk daily.don't skip your breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals.

Avoid sugar, sweet, papad, preservative foods, potatoes, rice, pumpkin, fried foods, junk foods, oily foods, maida products , juice.take lemon water without sugar, tea without sugar, coffee without sugar . Hello ,take high fiber diet. Have small and frequent meals. Don, t skip your meals. Do stretching exercise alternative days. Take Luke warm water before and after meals. Take green leafy veg, plenty of water, plenty of fruits. Take aloe vera juice with Luke warm water.

hello sir take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals.take soy milk , paneer, tofu, egg, shakes. don't skip your meals and breakfast . take atleast 2 times milk. don't do runing and any force ecercise.

Hello Doctor, I am female 30 and have 39-40 kg weight. I have been skinny since childhood. I don't fall sick often like fever or mc issues. My bp is constant low & have sometimes white discharge. My body temperature is all time high 98F. My breast is not fully grown. And, I sweat a lot. I have severe hairfall have gone through thyroid test - T3 = 133 T4 = 7.6 TSH = 4.09. Is it normal range? Is it possible that I can gain muscles in a safe way? My hands & upper body part is too skinny. Need quick result as I need to get married. Kindly, suggest me diet routine & medicine for quick weight gain at least 10 kg in 5-6 month.
