To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

There are many normal or abnormal causes of dark yellow urine. Commonest is insufficient water intake, hot weather or sweating etc. Hence you should take about 3 litres of water daily in summer conditions. Urine infection, jaundice etc may be some causes. But there will be associated complaints hence you should see your doctor for proper clinical examination, related investigations of urine for any abnormalities and proper diagnosis.

Hello, Increasing tummy size indicated greater risk for metabolic disorders like diabetes, CVD's. Excess intake of sugars, alcohol consumption are two main reasons for belly fat. start having high fiber foods like vegetables and complex carbs. Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. While the modern day diet is becoming more and more full of fats, sweets and empty calories, it is becoming devoid of nutritious vitamins and minerals. The fibre content is also decreasing. One tends to stack up on junk food in an effort to take a quick bite while on the go. At the same time, physical activity is on the decline. One has increased access to vehicles and the need to walk or cycle is almost not present. Even for commuting short distances, one uses cars or two wheelers. All these things are readily contributing to this epidemic of obesity. When it comes to getting rid of the excess fat, one needs to work conscientiously and consistently on both the counts mentioned above. One’s diet has to be altered so as to include more and more natural fruits and vegetables. Processed food and junk food should be cut down to the minimum. A daily exercise regimen needs to be adopted. Exercising for 30-40 minutes for a minimum of 5 days a week is necessary. Homeopathy helps by regulating the metabolic system of the individual. Hi I understand your concern. You can consult a physician first to check your balance of hormones and any absorption issues. Start having wholesome foods like roti, rice, lentils, sprouts milk n it's products, soyamilk, sattu, egg, chicken and fish. Try to take Carbohydrate & protein in every meal, do less of cardio activity.

No medications can bring back virginity. Actually your hubby should not be bothered about your past sex life, but many Indian men have this wrong notion that they should marry virgin women and they should break the hymen. I am not sure about your would be hubby's mentality on this. If he is so, there are various ways you can feign virginity and get bleeding like thing during sex. Also he can be educated that hymen breaks even with vigorous exercise, sports, stretching and so on. All the best

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals, do all things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective. You have to reduce 3-5 kg of weight for normal BMI. Thanks.

Any non-impact exercise is a good option. So swimming can be a good option. Also be aware of what you eat. It should be a balanced diet. Cut down the calories slowly and replace them with fruits and vegetables. Mild Yoga exercises can be beneficial to improve the posture and also give pain relief. Hello. My grandfather (75 age and diabetic) was suffering from frequent motions from last 3 weeks. Whenever they eat something like cereal, any other foodstuff, they develop urge to go restroom. Normal antibiotics taken like ofloxacin with ornidazole. But condition still not much better. Case history: suffered from hyponatremia about 1.5 years ago. As he has been suffering with frequent motions and cereals are not digesting, then give him foods which are easy to digest and will help him in getting rid of loose stool too. *First of all add curd to his diet as it is a rich source of probiotics.
