Fat reduction can not happen fast, as you have to follow a good nutrition plan and exercise well to achieve results. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Apko nasso ki dikkat hai jo diabetes main ho jaati hai. Kuch dawa doctor se likhwaye. Ek dawa jiska naam cap neugaba m hai shayad aapki sthiti main sudhaar kar sakti hai.

Live all types of food out side. Take simpal home made food with green vegitabales, salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Take 1 calcium tablet or capsule with milk after dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, best for you cycling. Massaje narayan taila (mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) both legs, knees. For more medicinal advice

I want to reduce my weight from 80 to 65.in the time of 2 months. Im suffering from cold and cough since last week days.
To reduce weight avoid eating all kinds of packed food. Eat food made with very less unrefined oil, very less white sugar (<10 g per day) and avoid milk & milk products. Increase intake of fruits (2-3 whole fruits daily), salads (1 plate before lunch and before dinner). Do 30 mins of brisk walk and exercise every day. All the best.

Day by day my weight was decreasing so what to do to increase weight and what is ideal weight in the age of 19.
58 - 62 is the ideal weight for females. To increase weight: a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients.

U avoid sexual activity take proper treatment of PID wash your private parts with fitkari solution with water 2-3 times of day for ayurvedic medicine to me.

Or all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.
