Relying upon the lab report, if the deficiency of vitamin D is detected, Injection Vitamin D 3 lac to 6 lac units can be given. Good exposure to pre noon sunlight helps the body to prepare its own vitamin D. Vegetarian diet generally does nit contain this vitamin found in animal fats.

Hi Sir/Madam, I am 35 Years old Height 5' 8' weight 72 kg, My BP was constant above 150/110 for more that 3-4 Years ,I didn't took any medicine as every where I have heard that there is side effect of the medicine but at last I took Ramdev Muktavati stating 2 -2 tab Day and night for two days then 1-1 tab Day and night for next Two days now taking 1 tab at night for last 2-3 days and the BP is around 130/87-90 but I feel tired kindly suggest is it ok with medicine and whether there is any side effect of the same medicine and what should I do.

Ok user don't worry. First of all don't take any medicine in sec if it is harming your health. Leave that. Health is more important don't take any risk and don't take your life ruthlessly. Take 1/4spoon dalchin powder with water. Drink more and more water walk more have fruits and vegetables more. Don't take any medicine. Cover your head under sun. Most important don't take any stress. Eat well live well take care.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Athlete's foot breeds in locker rooms, swimming pool changing areas, or any place that combines dampness and a lot of foot traffic. I mproperly cleaned instruments used in a pedicure (either at a commercial salon or at home) can also lead to infection. The fungus can even contaminate bed sheets and spread to other body parts through rubbing and scratching. To control the spread of infection, keep bathroom surfaces clean and don't share towels The best way to prevent athlete's foot is by wearing sandals or shower shoes when walking around a locker room or pool. Keep your feet clean by washing them with soap and water at least once a day, and keep them dry the rest of the time. Put clean socks on every day, and change them more often if you sweat a lot or get them wet. If going barefoot is the problem, then wearing socks and shoes would seem to be the solution. But socks and shoes largely contribute to the proliferation of athlete's foot once you have it: They create an ideal environment for fungi-dark, damp, and warm. Give your feet a chance to breathe. Take your shoes off while at home or wear sandals or canvas shoes that allow air to circulation. Foot powders also can be protective. Apart from any antifungal substances they might contain, they work to reduce friction between toes and between the foot and sock. Less friction means less sweat and a drier, less fungus-friendly environment.

Leftover Rice Can Make You Slim

Rice, when chilled overnight can contain up to 60 percent fewer calories than when freshly cooked — potentially dropping from 130 calories per 100g to just 52. But you need to cook it in the right way, according to research presented to the american chemical society.

When the water is boiling, before the rice is added, pour a little coconut oil into the pan — about 3 percent of the weight of the rice you’re using. When cooked, leave in the fridge for 12 hours to hugely reduce the calories.

This exciting phenomenon is down to the way starch in the rice changes when it is heated then cooled.

When cooked rice is eaten, its starch is turned into the sugar — glucose — by the body and converted into fat if not burned off.

However, when rice is chilled, its starch becomes what is called ‘resistant starch’, which the body cannot digest. This means it is not included in the calorie count.

The coconut oil stops the cold rice from sticking together, and also seems to produce more resistant starch in the rice, further reducing the number of calories.

In anxious women some sedatives like i/v calmpose injections are given or a short anesthesia. The test is not painful, rather an awake woman tells us about shoulder pain when dye is injected (good positive sign) but we take no chances as an anxious woman can move while doing the test. It takes less than 5 minutes to inject the dye through mouth of uterus with the help of a tiny but special pipe & radiologist clicks pictures from abdomen to see the dribbling dye if tubes are open.
