What you need is combination of proper nutrition, fitness appropriate exercise, meditation and sleep hygiene. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do this on your own, then find a consultant who can help you for extended period of time. best wishes.

May be you are not liking the food served in the hostel. If there is a option, you can shift to your home food else you can have foods that can be prepared on your room with less effort. Try having milk, lassi, nuts, chana to improve your weight.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini rasa after meals…. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. Hi, What's your height? Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Your bmi is 35. 6. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop diabetes also and need bariatric surgery. Dear with out workout it is not possible to loose weight. Do one thing do 15 minutes daily with 5 minutes run and work out 3 days a week at least 45 minutes. And have a good diet.

Work out. Diet burning more calories than consuming results into weight loss. But it is not as simple as it sounds. You need to make your own diet plan, with 25% less calories than normal. Make a work out routine and include cardio. Take protein instead of carbs. You can loose 1 to 4 inches in a month depending on your body type. Weight takes more time to go down but you should not loose more than 3 kgs in one month. Generally people are able to loose only one kilo if they do not do any crash diet or hire a gym trainer, which is actually better. For a sudden weight gain, diet alone can also work.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
