Hi, losing weight is simple. The right diet with a combination of exercise is the only way to do so. Eat healthy, eat small meals frequently, and eat low calorie high nutritional food. Start an exercise of 45 mins a day. Pick something that you enjoy whether it be yoga, walking, zumba, aerobics, swimming. Enjoy the process of getting transformed into a fit and healthy body.

Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi Kirthika Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi welcome - I can see your age & advice you not too go right now six packs rather concentrate on studies. If you are adult at leat after 20 years then can manage time & do it by spare some time. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hello, Walking will help you to reduce symptoms of most rheumatic arthritis and hypothyroidism. In both the cases, the more ideal weight you maintain the better it is. You should not weigh more then 53-54 KGS, Body demands good 20 KGS weight loss. Eating balanced meals and eliminating refined and processed products will surely help. Optimising fluid intake will help you. Having plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will also help.

Drink plenty of water. Your kidneys need it to move waste through your system. Get plenty of antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants can help protect your cells from the damage heavy metals can cause. Vitamin C and E are especially powerful antioxidants for protecting against the oxidative damage from heavy metals. Get enough fiber. Fiber helps move food through your system, reducing the risk that you’ll absorb the heavy metals. Get enough glutathione. It’s an antioxidant that helps protect against heavy metal toxicity. A 2004 study showed that it glutathione (GSH) protected the liver when exposed to things like mercury and chromium. Good sources of this nutrient include fresh (not cooked) fruits and vegetables, particularly asparagus, broccoli, avocados, squash, and spinach. You can also try supplements of N-Acetyl Cystein (NAC) and alpha lipoic acid.

First of all you have to apply a tight bandage on the abdomen as abdominal splint to hold the muscles together and make sure there is no pressure on the abdomen like even lifting a small baby can put pressure on abdomen your sitting standing moving all movements have to be care full make sure you are not constipated and yiu don't strain while passing urine or stool second thing is learn exercises from a physiotherapist particularly for this problem and last of all it can be corrected with surgery for which you need to consult a surgeon.

Can't say for sure but could be due to neuropathy due to diabetes or any other cause. Kindly elaborate on your symptoms. Include vit b12 rich food in your diet. (like meat fish) or take over the counter available suppliments. Include exercise in your routine. Focusing on your back also. But never involving too much bending and lifting weights together. These are few things coming to my mind with your limited history. You can get back to me if you want more information on d same.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.

My daughter 16 years old, she declared type-1 diabetic when shy was 12 years old. She is taking Insulin 4 times a day. Before Breakfast 10 units of Human actrapid , before lunch 8 units and before dinner 6 units and after dinner at 10 o' clock Lantus 16 units. But sugar is still not controlled. Fasting is more that 250 regularly and after food 310 and above. She is taking very controlled food as per advised by doctor. Please advice us what to do. Can we change the insulin ?

Hi she is taking the best regime of insulin. The only option left is now to go in for a insulin pump. But please meet a doctor or a diabetic educator who can guide you for insulin adjustments. You should know carbohydrate counting and insulin sensitivity factor (isf) to adjust your doses and take corrective doses of insulin. As for fasting try increase the dose of lantus to correct the fasting. I hope lantus is taken at fixed tie everyday. Try to do some exercise like walking lightly after dinner. All the best

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
