You should not loose weight your height requires 55 kgs and you are already at lower side so gain some weight instead of loosing. At least till 52 kg you should gain. But you can maintain your figure and should not loose.

Alcohol is a direct source of increasing blood sugars. That is it easily gets digested and increases the blood sugar levels in the body. Therefore alcohol intake further only worsens the blood sugar levels in diabetic patients. It would be better to avoid alcohol intake to help managing sugars and therefore prevent the development of any diabetic complications further.

do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide me daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. Hi, thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

One of the well known natural fruits that is ideal for dieters and to reduce weight is peaches. • Make it a point to consume at least one peach every day. • It just contains 68 calories and does not have any fat. • You can substitute carbohydrate rich vegetables with the peach fruit and this will help in reducing your weight.

Diet:-: single fruit diet for weight loss and detoxification! -- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 10-14 days. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Surya namaskar in morning and evening. Get your thyroid tests done. The complete treatment differs for every individual.

Dear lybrate-user you can reduce your weight by avoiding high calorie food, fried food and junk. Try to follow small and frequent meal pattern. Drink plenty of water, take fruits and salads. You can replace your dinner with Obesigo powder. And if you want to follow the Garcinia cambogia; have a tablet before 15 minutes of lunch and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar diluted in a cup of water after 30 minutes of lunch as it would prevent the fat absorption. And you can follow 1 tsp of amla juice, 1 tsp alovera juice and 1 tsp wheat grass juice diluted in a cup of water every early morning. Go for rigorous physical activity. Team Nutri health.

Really its unfortunate dealing since long. please consult in person with Gynecologist as its concern with Reproductive age n system. Till then Reduce your salty n sour food n drinks. Use V wash or Trifala+ haldi+ Lodhra boiled water for washing your perineun/groin. Twice aday.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
