I am male I am very thin and short but I want to tall strong and fit my body now what should I do.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Do not do the breakfast cereals or ready to eat breakfast. Do whole nutritious food that you are eating. Yes he can have rotis for dinner.

From last 5 days I started workout 30-40 min walking and thn 30 mins ex my weight is 65 kgs height 157 cm and m 21 years of age. In morning I drink 2 glass of warm water then oats in evening I take my lunch one chapati and sbji at night sometimes I tk my dinner sometimes not This is my routine I want to ask with this routine can I loose weight and how much and in hw many days? 1.Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2Control diet 3.Avoid sweets,sugar,oily,fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol,saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads.Drink plenty of water. Avoid Junk food, Bakery items like pizza/Burger/Cookies, soft drink etc 4.Do yoga,pranayama, deep breathing exercise Continue with your exercise.Don't drastically cut down your diet.It will take some time to lose weight.It should be gradual.Don't take severe exercise and don't take any pills to reduce weight.

Hello Lybrate User, Travelling does create problems to follow a diet... .but what is life without some challenges.. We just need to look for alternate solutions. 1. Since you are travelling a lot.. always carry your tiffin from home. 2. Keep 2-3 apples with you so that whenever you feel hungry you can have them. 3. Keep low cal snacks like Peanuts or chana which you can eat when hungry. 4. Drink a glass of water every hour 5. Reduce all fried stuff like parathas / puris / samosas / kachoris etc. 6. Instead you can take poha / sprouts / fruit salad etc 7. Instead of Colas/Juices just take plain water. 8. Stay Fit stay Happy

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. - do surya namaskar 10 times daily to reduce extra fat from body

I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Never take supplements, its like slow poison , these doctore, coaches and supplements will never tell you the truth about these products as tey want is profit, our food has no substitute, eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, banana, almonds to gain weight naturally, start doing surya namaskar, also start doing prithvi mudra to gain weight naturally, dont harm your bodies with these man made proteins, its cancerous.

No actual nutritionist/ dietitian advice how to eat correctly & source of calories apart from total calories to be consumed. Locally available fruits vary with season & location. One can have all seasonal locally available fruits & vegetables. Among lentils- soyabean, nutrella, sprouts, rajma, chola, chana are more nutritious as these are whole legumes (unprocessed).

Mr Narendra Kumar, If diabetes is diagnosed then it is necessary to start treatment with appropriate anti diabetic drugs either oral or Insulin injections or both if needed. Selection of drug will depend upon severity of the condition. I am sure treatment must have been already initiated. In addition to that patient has to take a balanced and restricted diet that gives exact calories based on ideal body weight, sugar levels and extent of daily exercise. Plus consume a good deal of green leafy vegetables and salads. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walking is good. Plus avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. If you want any specific suggestions or prescription then please come in a private conversation where I can give specific suggestions. In this communication we are supposed to give only geeneral guidelines.

Hello, Destress yourself, stress affects Fertility massively. You should Ideally be weighing between 52 to 55 kgs. Start brisk walking or power walks for atleast 50 mins everyday. Include extra servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, whole grains, pulses in the diet. Set up realistic deadlines for yourself, that helps managing stress. Be positive.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
