Be physically active, exercise for an hour cut down on junk and trans fat include salads in every meal, drink plenty of liquids follow small meal pattern sleep for 6-7 hours do not follow a sedentary lifestyle have a check on your thyroid values.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Okay lybrate-user these may help you (1) do exercise regular (2) drink water about 3 lit/day (3) take high calorie high protein foods like lean chicken, cottage cheese, almond, peanut, mushroom, unprocessed foods, dry fruits, nuts etc (3) take fiber rich foods (4) eat milk shake (5) use weight gainer supplement (6) add cream with tea/coffee (7) take a bigger plate (8) eat more frequently (9) no water before or during meals.

I am 21 years old I am fat and I want to decrease it stomach are is fat. Please hrlp me to over come.
To decrease stomach fat, you have to reduce an overall fat. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Dear lybrate-user, you need to loose around 5-6 kgs to b fit we can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.

Dear lybrate-user there are no major side effects of contraceptive pills but they are to be taken only after gynecologist's recommendation as the type of ocp varies from patient to patient. For that she has to be in gyne clinic in person so that correct ocp can be prescribed.

You should take enough meal. And also take rest. In diet you should take dates c ghee in the morning. Take banana, pomegranate, papaya. Curd rice exercise wkly 3 days only. Your weight will improve within a month.

Hello, Lybrate user, U are obeased, obeasity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Yes, if direct sugar, rice, potatoes and other carbohydrate ingradients are well controlled, milk without sugar can be taken. If triglyceride levels are normal then milk can be consumed but if TG level is high, then remove cream from milk and then use it.

To loose weight: step 1-stop taking sugar & fat e. G. Ghee/fried stuff. Step 2 take a plate of salad before meals step 3 reduce no. Of chapatti gradually.

Hi, include protein rich food in your diet. Take calorie rich food. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate i" ll give you diet chart.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Afrezza - the only inhaled insulin for diabetes.

Afrezza® is an inhaled human insulin indicated to help improve glycemic control in adults with diabetes mellitus.

 

Afrezza is a rapid-acting, inhaled insulin used to control high blood sugar in adults with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. The product consists of a dry formulation of human insulin delivered from a small and portable inhaler. 

Administered at the beginning of a meal, afrezza dissolves rapidly upon inhalation to the lung and delivers insulin quickly to the bloodstream. Peak insulin levels are achieved within 12–15 minutes of administration. Afrezza is available in 4-unit and 8-unit single dose cartridges of insulin powder that can be used, as prescribed by a health care professional, in combination with other diabetes medications to achieve target blood sugar levels. For afrezza doses exceeding 8 units, patients may use a combination of 4 unit and 8 unit cartridges. Other sizes of cartridges are being considered. The disposable inhaler can be used for up to 15 days, should be kept in a clean, dry place with the mouthpiece cover on and may be wiped with a clean, dry cloth if needed.

Limitations of use

Do not use afrezza as a substitute for long-acting insulin; 

Afrezza must be used in combination with long-acting insulin in patients with type 1 diabetes.

Do not use afrezza to treat diabetic ketoacidosis. Afrezza is not recommended in patients who smoke or who have recently stopped smoking.

Important safety information for afrezza

Warning: risk of acute bronchospasm in patients with chronic lung disease

 

Acute bronchospasm has been observed in patients with asthma and COPD using afrezza. Afrezza is contraindicated in patients with chronic lung disease such as asthma or copd. Before initiating afrezza, perform a detailed medical history, physical examination, and spirometry (FEV1) to identify potential lung disease in all patients.

Do not use afrezza if you have problems with your lungs, such as asthma or COPD. Do not use afrezza during a low blood sugar reaction (hypoglycemia). If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in afrezza, do not use afrezza as this may cause a significant and severe allergic reaction.

Healthy diet plan and changing life style can help you. Do some basic things like avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use supplement in this regard. You may require altering eating pattern, exercise for proper result because individual needs specific guidelines.
