According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. You can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice

Increase your intake of proteins particularly vegetables, eggs, lean meat and nuts. Carbohydrate intake need a to decrease but not to be deleted completely. Replace serving of cereals with vegetables and fruit salad. Physical activity every day is essential since it is already 2 years. keep plenty of Cows Ghee in diet,Milk & Milk products regularly,fresh fruits, Take dry fruits,green vegetables,cereals,pulses,high protein diet,calcium rich foods, Take proper rest,stress free life,be happy always,dont take too much stress , Do regular exercise,yoga,pranayam,aerobic workout As your body becomes fit you will be looking handsome, dont worry

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem.

I'm trying to loose my weight. Have started my daily routine like this. Early morning empty stomach lemon and honey luke warm water a glass, brisk walking 1 hrs, breakfast brown Floor roti with honey, mid day 10 am Tea one plate without Sugar, lunch at 1: 45 on 2 roti with veg, 3 pm some handful nuts, 4 pm Tea without Sugar one plate, 6 pm some diet marie biscuits 3 pcs, dinner at 8 pm two roti with chicken curry and at 9: 30 pm pepper boat juice of glass and by 10: 30 pm I sleep and wake-up by 5: 30 am. Please advice Will this really help me.
