Hello, slowly stop smoking and drinking, mean time you improve your health I suggest you take vitamin-c supplement. Omega-3 and prtein in your diet. If possible add vitamins and minerals. Let me know I can suggest you the best nutrition to keep your health very optimal. One of my personal patient was also becoming weak day by day due to heavy free radical release in you body. I have one main problem in my life that is suffering me lot ,problem is what happen if I marry my sister in low (my mothers brother daughter), actually I'm in love with her I want to marry her ,plz tell what happen if I marry her, all are saying that by marrying sister in low children will born with handicapped, and there will be some affects in children ,and some says it is scientifically proved, I can't understand which is true ,but I want to marry her, I'm asking you because you r a doctor you will know which is true and which is rumor, till now I searched I all web sites and books but I never read that in books or I even search in google ,no one is mentioned it is problem and so and so problems will happens by marrying her I never heard that ,i think it is rumor, is it so sir? first of all have you completed your study or has she completed her study if not then what will be your future.Loving and marrying each other is not a problem but after marriage there will be a lot of responsibilty in both of you which i am afraid you cannot take it in your present age.Secondarly legitibate age of marriaage in our country is 21 year and 18 years for boys and girls respectively.So first complete your study,be focused and later think of marriage.

Sir, mera weight pehle se bohat kam ho gaya. Din mai 2 bar hi khata hu 2.00 pm and 12. 00 am. Thoda sa khane ke baad pet bhar jata hai. Aur raat ko neend bhi kam ata hai. Subha late uthta hu. Aur dpaharr ko khane ke baad bohot neend aati hai. Thakaan bhi bohat mehsus hoti hai.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

What is the level of serum vit D level presently. Medicine can not be advised on this format for medicine contact on private chat. In the mean time expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily between 10 am and 2 pm.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

6 to hrs sleep must balance your sleep as per times you want to wakeup. Ya physical excercise in evevning may give good sleep in do not take dinner late night do relaxing yoga for sometime in evening.

What is the real reason behind the surgery?

The decision to have breast augmented surgery should be a woman’s alone. Friend’s advice or pressure from your partner should not play a role in this. Since this is a complicated procedure, getting the surgery done with external pressure can lead to disappointment.

How expensive are these surgeries?

Breast augmentation surgeries are slightly expensive compared to other plastic surgeries. However, the price of the surgery varies depending on the procedure chosen and the doctor who is performing it.
