Hi, this treatment alone will not help. You will need to aggressively look into pcos & take necessary treatments. Also, lifestyle changes are a must. Please get your amh done to know your egg reserve & accordingly go forward.
If your cycles r irregular due to pcod, alone these tabs will not work. You will need tabs for cycle regulation.
Hysteroscopy will not help you in getting pregnant, but will asist the doctor in diagnosing any pblm in uterine cavity. But alone this treatment is not sufficient for treating pcos.
There are newer & better drugs available for endometriosis now. Get a latest scan done to review the size of the cysts & also the extent of the disease.
Please get your complete viral markers tested. Not just hsv, get your hiv, hbsag, hcv, vdrl also tested. Get hsv, igm tseted too.
