You can check your pulse by keeping your finger over radial artery for 1 min by youself. Device might show error or you can take professional help for the same. Normally pulse ranges from 60-100bpm but if any time you have ghabrahat, breathlessness or sweating consult for the same.

Genital herpes has got tendency to recur, once you stop antivirals. He should take oral antivirals in adequate doses and use condoms while having sex. Genital herpes can spread by sexual contact to partner. Best wishes.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

this much enlarge prostate is not a big problem, what are the symptoms patient have is important if you problem with that you need treatment otherwise not, and you need to do urine R/M and urine C/S and serum PSA to be done.

Hi Diabetics need to avoid mango, chikku, banana, custard apple, grapes, canned fruits. However with very good control of diabetes these fruits can be had occasionally. Nuts like almonds(2-3 a day) and walnuts(1 a day) are good for diabetics.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. ���. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day ���2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals ���. 3) don���t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal���4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods���. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits ���6) avoid coffee and tea. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

If a person is having chest pain, even if there’s a chance that he might not be suffering from a heart attack, he deserves the benefit of doubt. The first step is to help the patient relax. Loosen their clothes and open the windows. Next pop a tablet of aspirin into their mouth. Don’t give it to them with water. Ask them to chew it instead. If that’s not possible crush the tablet in a little water and give it to them. Another medicine you can use is sorbitrate. Place the tablet under the patient’s tongue. You can give up to three sorbitrates in five minutes. Both aspirin and sorbitrate have anti-coagulant properties and help dissolve blood clots. However DO NOT GIVE sorbitrate to people who have low blood pressure or/and are sweating profusely.’ Apart from that, you shouldn’t let them lie down flat. Ask them to either recline on a sofa or sit upright. Another thing you can do is ask them to cough out. This helps force air into their lungs. Also, a heart attack victim should be taken to the hospital as soon as possible — at least within one hour (also known as the ‘golden hour’). Since, during a heart attack, a person’s heart stops pumping blood it can damage the person’s organs. Like a stroke, a heart attack has a golden period during which recovery is faster. Quick tips for heart attack patients Never neglect a person with chest pain Make the person sit in a slightly reclined position Move the person to a more ventilated area Administer aspirin or sorbitrate If person is sweating profusely or pulse is low do not administer sorbitrate Ask the person to cough Seek immediate medical attention A person suffering from a heart attack should receive medical care within one hour.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take painkiller like tab ketorol dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.
