Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few multivitamin tablets can also be prescribed for the same. When ever you miss your periods rule out pregnancy. If it's negative then ok if positive need to take care. And try to have sex during. 12-16 days of your periods if you are planning for pregnancy.

सुंदरता की चाह और ख़ुशी अपने आप में नायाब होती है। पर चेहरा चमकता दमकता रहे इस ख्वाइश को पूरा करने की कोशिश भले की जाए पर कामयाब हर कोई नहीं होता। बाहरी सुंदरता में फीकापन आने की कई वजहे होती है, जैसे शरीर में किसी तत्व की कमी। अनियमित खानपान, व्यसन, लगातार कास्मेटिक्स के इस्तेमाल और प्रदूषण अदि। और हम तरह तरह के तरीके खोजने लगते हैं कि किसी तरह हमारे चेहरे पर आकर्षण हो कसावट दमकता चमकदार हो। बाजार में कुछ तरीके उपलब्ध हैं, जिनसे अपनी खूबसूरती बरकरार रखी जा सके पर यह खर्चीले और समय खर्च करने वाले होते हैं। लेकिन अब चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं, क्योंकि बाजार ही नहीं बल्कि आपके हाथों में हैं कुछ उपाय। कुछ आसान उपायों से आप अपनी त्वचा की खोई हुई कांति लौटा सकती हैं। ये सभी कारगर होने के साथ – साथ कोई नुक्सान भी नहीं पहुचाते। हालाकि आप इनके बारे हो सकता है कि पहले से ही जानती है, पर अब इसे अपनाकर भी जानें। 

1. ऐलोवेरा जेल
ऐलोवेरा जेल हर रोज चेहरे पर लगाने से त्वचा में चमक तो बढ़ती ही हैं साथ ही त्वचा संबंधी अन्य समस्याएं भी दूर होती हैं। 

2. तुलसी
मुहासे होने का मुख्य कारण है युवा उम्र में होर्मोन्स बनते है, इस से शरीर और ख़ास कर के चेहरे की त्वचा में रहे तेली ग्रंथि तेल का ज्यादा निर्माण करते है, चेहरे से झाइ और मुंहासे के दाग मिटाने के लिए तुलसी की पत्तियों को पीसकर उबटन लगाएं। लगातार प्रयोग से दाग ख़त्म होंगे। त्वचा संबंधी रोगों के लिए भी तुलसी बड़ी गुणकारी है। तुलसी के पत्तों के साथ पकाया हुआ तिल का तेल त्वचा संबंधी रोगों में फायदेमंद होता है।

3. आलूबुखारा
डार्क सर्किल्स की समस्या है तो आलूबुखारे का लेप आंखों के नीचे लगाएं, फायदा मिलेगा। आलूबुखारा चेहरे की चमक बरक़रार रखने में भी मददगार होता है। इसका गूदा चेहरे पर लगाने से चेहरे की दमक बनी रहती है।

4. कच्चा पपीता
कच्चे पपीते का गूदा चेहरे पर रगड़ने से कील, मैल व अन्य दाग-धब्बे दूर हो जाते हैं। इससे त्वचा में निखार आता है और वह कोमल और लावण्युक्त हो जाती है।

5. रास से मुंहासे झाइयां मिटाएं 
गाजर का रस, टमाटर का रस, संतरे का रस और चुकंदर के रस को लगभग बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर रोजाना पीने से चेहरे के दाग, मुंहासे और झाइयां मिट जाएंगी। त्वचा के पोषण के लिए टमाटर बहुत अच्छा है। टमाटर के गूदे में बेसन मिलाकर चेहरे पर मलें। सूखने के बाद इसे गर्म पानी से धो दें। चेहरे पर चमक आ जाएगी।

6. जायफल
जायफल को कच्चे दूध में पीसकर एक-दो घंटे के लिए चेहरे पर लगाने से मुंहासों में तुरंत फायदा होगा।

7. मूंगफली तेल
एक चम्मच मूंगफली के तेल में एक चम्मच नीबू का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाने से ब्लैकहेड्स और पिंपल्स से बचाव होता है।

8. प्रोटीन मास्क
एक बड़ा चम्मच उड़द दाल और पांच-छ: बादाम रातभर पानी में भिगो कर रख दें। सुबह उन्हें पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। फिर चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं। बीस मिनट बाद चेहरे को गुनगुने पानी से धोएं। इससे चेहरे पर फे शियल जैसा निखार मिलता है और रंगत भी निखरती है।

9. हानिकारक केमिकल्स से बचें
हानिकारक केमिकल्स से युक्त मेकअप इस्तेमाल करने से बचें। जहां तक सम्भव हो त्वचा पर प्राकृतिक पदार्थों से बने उत्पादों का ही इस्तेमाल करें। कई मेकअप उत्पादों में भी हानिकारक केमिकल्स होते हैं, जिनसे त्वचा को भारी नुकसान पहुंचता है।

10. चन्दन पाउडर
चंदन पाउडर को गुलाबजल के साथ मिलाकर चेहरे पर फेस पैक की तरह लगाएं। सूख जाने पर पानी से धो लें। रोजाना प्रयोग से चेहरे की त्वचा चमक जाएगी।

11. मेथी
अगर आपकी त्वचा सेंसिटिव है तो मेथी के पत्तों को पीसकर सुबह-सुबह चेहरे पर लगाएं और हल्के गुनगुने पानी से धो लें। त्वचा की कांति भी बरक़रार रहेगी और एलर्जिक रिएक्शंस से भी आप बची रहेंगी।

12. पुदीना
चेहरे पर झाइयां हों तो पुदीने के जूस में हल्दी पाउडर मिलाकर 20-30 मिनट के लिए लगाएं। सूख जाने पर पानी से साफ करें। इसके बाद चेहरे पर मॉयस्चराइजर लगाएं। लगातार इस्तेमाल से फायदा होता है।

13. केला
पके हुए केले को मसलकर उसमें एक चम्मच ग्लिसरीन मिलाकर अच्छी तरह फेटें। इस मिश्रण को चेहरे व गर्दन पर लगाएं। सूखने पर इसे मास्क की तरह ऊपर से नीचे की दिशा में निकालें। ऐसा करने से त्वचा में कसाव के साथ-साथ चमक भी आएगी

14. पानी 
भरपूर मात्रा में पानी पिएं। पानी से न सिर्फ आपकी त्वचा को आवश्यक नमी मिलती है, बल्कि साथ ही यह शरीर से अपशिष्ट पदार्थ बाहर निकालने में मदद करता है। इससे सेल्स को होने वाली क्षति की भी भरपाई होती है। 
तो उस तरह दोस्तों चेहरे से झाइयां रिंकल पिम्पल हटाएं काले धब्बे कील मुंहासे मिटाए और लगातार सावधानी के साथ इन नुस्खों का इस्तेमाल करें फिर अपनी दमकती खूबसूरत चेहरे के साथ इतराएं।

My mother, aged 78, has been diagnosed with ca pancreas with liver and peritoneal metastasis. She has gross ascites, which is presumed to be due to the malignancy. She had developed jaundice about 2 months ago and underwent ERCP / MRCP with introduction of stent in the CBD, which was blocked due to a growth. Doctors have advised against chemotherapy and suggested a palliative approach with symptom management. Considering this, is there any way the quality of life can be improved by home care etc.

Dear lybrateuser, -to take care of your mother is very important for which you can employ a professional nurse, but she will require your support as well as other family members & friends support as managing such a patient all alone is a difficult task -start by making a list of the tasks & dividing the tasks among you, other members, friends, professional help -you should be proactive that means taking charge & planning to prevent last minute emergency -on your part communicate with her, check on her stock of medication, arrange appointments with the doctor, accompany her there -focus on her emotional, physical, spiritual needs -be positive, set a routine for her & encourage her to follow it as far as possible -keep her involved in activity in whatever way you can.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine folliplus tablets (adven) (3 tabs) twice a day for one month and revert. Sometimes the filling remains a bit high. So while chewing when teeth come in contact. You feel pain. Or otherwise if the filling is very near to the tooth inner structure we call it pulp. Then also you may get pain. X ray will reveal the truth. Go back to your dentist n get it checked properly if it is high. The dentist will trim it off or otherwise will do the x ray n will do the treatment accordingly. For time being if pain is not bearable. Take one painkiller like. Brufen. Take care.

Please suggest a diet which is healthy and help me in losing stubborn fat on my waist .
You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

- Hormonal changes – Hormonal changes and imbalances can cause temporary hair loss. This could be due to pregnancy, childbirth or the onset of menopause. Hormone levels are also affected by the thyroid gland, and thyroid problems may cause hair loss.

- Medical conditions – Scalp infections and diseases that cause scarring can result in hair loss at the scarred areas.

- Medications – Hair loss can be caused by birth control, along with drugs that are used to treat cancer, arthritis, depression, heart problems and high blood pressure.

Hair loss can be frustrating. Getting to the root of the problem is the first step to finding a solution.
