Do jogging for atleast 1 hr daily instead of walk. Take a diet rich in protein and vitamins. Less carbohydrates eat more salad, citrious fruits black chana and sprouts. Warm water in mrng daily. Drink 4 litres water per day. Avoid oily and junk food. All things do for atleast 2 months for gud result.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your neck and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

1.Take natural protein food like fish (salmon), walnut, white meat, brown rice, vegetables like broccoli, tomato, beets. Fruits, green leafy vegetables 2.Avoid processed/spicy/fried/junk food 3.drink at least 2 liter of water daily 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light. Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 5. Clean your face with cold water twice daily (washing more than that can cause dryness) 6.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise, do yoga/ pranayama 7. Have adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 8.Take vitamin C rich food like grape, strawberry, guava, indian goose berry (Amla), lemon, papaya, sweet potato, cucumber, orange 9.Avoid smoking/drinking 10. Go for weekly facial massage 11. Consult skin specialist for advice and treatment.

8 natural remedies to get rid of under eye dark circles

Dark circles under your eyes can be a result of lack of sleep, depression, stress, aging, dry skin or hereditary problems.

People often ignore dark circles and try to conceal them under layers of make-up but that is not the real solution. The commercially available creams that calm to reduce dark circles are expensive and the results are not that great.

So, here are some easy home remedies that can help you get rid of dark cycles naturally:

1. Almond oil

Almond oil is very beneficial for the delicate skin around your eyes. Regular usage of almond oil will help fade your under eye circles.

How to use: before going to bed, apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage it into the skin. Leave it on overnight. Wash it off with cold water the next morning.

2. Cucumber

Cucumbers have skin-lightening and astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally.

How to use: cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Use twice daily for about a week to see results.

3. Raw potato

There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes.

How to use: grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks.

4. Rose water

Rose water is an incredible ingredient for skin care. It rejuvenates the skin and has a soothing effect on tired eyes. Due to its mild astringent properties, it also works as a great skin toner.

How to use: soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. Leave them on for about 15 minutes. Follow this remedy twice daily for a few weeks.

5. Tomato

Tomatoes have bleaching properties that can lighten skin to a great extent. They are rich in vitamin c and lycopene that are excellent for healthy skin

How to use: mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on the dark circles and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy twice a day for a few weeks. Simply using tomato juice will also work. Alternatively, you can also drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt twice a week for best results.

6. Lemon juice

The vitamin c present in lemon juice can also help remove dark circles under the eyes due to its skin-lightening properties.

How to use: use a cotton ball to apply fresh lemon juice around your eyes. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and rinse it off. Do this once daily for a few weeks.

7. Coconut oil

Due to its moisturizing quality, coconut oil also promotes smooth skin and prevents wrinkles and fine lines under eyes.

How to use: massaging with coconut oil is an effective natural remedy to lighten dark circles

8. Tea bags

The caffeine and antioxidants present in tea can be highly beneficial for getting rid of dark circles as well as puffiness under eyes. The tannins, in particular, help decrease swelling and discoloration.

How to use: chill two used green or black tea bags in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Place one tea bag over each eye and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the tea bags and wash your face. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Be careful not to get the tea in your eyes.

For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Are you on hormonal replacement therapy because sometimes their may be weight gain due to hormonal replacement therapy. If that may be the cause then the weight gain may continue till you continue the therapy and stop after your therapy stop.

As per your complain dark circles can occur due to causes like -Excessive stress. -Malnutrition. -Overuse of mobiles and laptops. -Sleep deprivation. -Allergies etc. I would suggest you to first of all reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid excess use of gadgets. You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid and Vitamin E. Grapeseed extract containing creams are helpful. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects. You can also place grated potato over the eyes. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet. In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advised lazer treatment for removing the dark circles.

Hi lybrate-user You need to ensure that your calcium and Vitamin D status is good. In case there is deficiency the bones become porous and are prone to fractures. Go in for a blood test and see the values if they fall within range. Take supplements for vitamin D and calcium if they are low. Focus more on strengthening of your bones and muscles by doing weight training. You can walk, do yoga and some basic sit ups and crunches at home.

Hi. Hi Lybrate user … Pl. Do not depend on medicines only. Pl. Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion.

Hi clumsy you should go for CBC, MP and urine routine and micro. These are basic tests. If these are negative than you can go further for widal and dengue fever.
