For Dark Circles- Apply Biluma Cream/ Kojivit Gel/ Kojic Cream for application once daily for 2 weeks. Then apply. Cernor Kit everyday For 1 month. Check Hemoglobin Advised- Fruit Peels with Lactic / Glycolic acid at clinic. Increase water & citrus fruits intake.

FOR WEIGHT GAIN - 1.Consumes additional calories: start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food. What I mean is that you can consume extra calories by eating food which have high content of calories as well as nutrients. This will help you in preventing from health problems. 2.Eat more Drink more: you should start eat a total of six times a day, taking a small meal at a time. If you can not each much, you could add snacks in between your two meals. 3.Include carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is very essential to increase our weight. Accordingly, various starchy food like rice, wheat, oat, rye etc. Fresh starchy vegetables such as potato, carrot etc. And fresh starchy fruits like banana, apple, pears etc. Should be included in your diet. You need fat. So include chocolate, ice cream etc. But note it should be consumed limited. 4. Take sufficient rest and sleep at least for six hours daily. Not only sufficient eating is enough for gaining weight (muscles), you have to digest it properly too FOR GOOD EYESIGHT - 1. Eat carrots, they are filled with vitamin A, which helps your eyes. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices 2. Do eye exercises such as rolling your eyes, looking down, up, side to side. 3. Sprinkle a little water on your eyes at least 3 -4 times a day. This will help you to relax your eyes, and eventually improve eyesight. 4. Wear Sunglasses 5. Use Safety Eyewear. 6.Look Away From the Computer Screen- 7. Vitamins A, C, E, beta-carotene 8. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish 9. Zinc in eggs 10. Eat almonds 11. Dairy products- Dairy products such as milk and yogurt can be good for the eyes. They contain vitamin A as well as the mineral zinc A healthy diet is essential for eye health. Maintaining a diet high in antioxidants will prevent the development of serious eye conditions and ensure your eyes work their best. Try to eat a variety of whole, unprocessed foods on a daily basis FOR HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES, CONTACT US.

Hello everyone I am in army and I start suffering with the serious body weakness after 6 months harsh training (not during the harsh) but we run alot 12 km daily with weight. Body weakens got little bit skinny and slowly the problem increased like left knee lock after toilet one thing I would say I masturbate alot and my sperm got watery and everyday it leaks most of the times. Please help I am losing my confidence. Help would be appreciated.

Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts ,6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. For medicine contact on private chat.

To gain weight, eat food with extremely high caloric value. Try to increase your food intake without consuming too much fat and sugar. Regular meals, especially breakfast are important if you find it difficult to gain weight. Eat late - having snacks at bedtime may help to gain weight. Relax after having meal. Eat frequently- eat five or more meals a day. Do regular exercise. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take pranacharya krishata nashak capsule twice a day. Drink milk three times a day.

Hello- skin rash due to sea foods is known as pitta dushti in ayurveda. Use this treatment to cure your skin rash- 1) tab gandhak rasayana 1 tab twice daily. 2) paripathadi kashaya 2 tsp twice daily. 3) avoid excess of salt in take and non veg diet during the treatment.

Dark circles can be due to hereditary, oversleeping, nasal congestion, Excessive smoking or drinking can contribute to under-eye circles, excess exposure to sun, age, skin pigmentation and many others. It can also be due to hypothyroidism, liver disease and other. You can reduce them by: 1) avoid excess exposure to sunlight 2) mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes. Let it remain for about 10 minutes and then, wash it off with water. Repeat this remedy at least twice a day. On a daily basis you can also drink tomato juice mixed with some lemon juice and mint leaves in order to get rid of dark circles. 2) take a cotton ball and soak it in the potato juice. Close your eyes and place these cotton balls on your eyes. Make sure they cover the entire area of the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. 3) Yoga and meditation if practiced regularly will not only decrease your dark circles will also balance the body clock whilst calming your mind, body and soul. 4) Rose water helps in rejuvenating skin and is well known for its beauty qualities. It can also be used to get rid of dark circles fast. Just soak cotton balls in rose water and place them on the dark circles. Leave for 15 minutes and wash with cold water later. Repeat every night for a month for best results. You can also opt for laser therapy for the same. Consult a dermatologist to rule out for any underlying pathology.

Almost every alternate days I get red patches on my body mostly on shoulders and chest I take allegra 180 medicine. The red patches disappears but now daily I used to have this medicine. Please suggest some permanent remedy for this. Slight itxhing is always there when patches appears.
