Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

After a year if the scar still persists, you need to do some form of intervention like scar revesion surgery or dermaroller or fractional co2 skin resurfacing. It needs to evaluated by a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for which mode will be best for you.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to increase your protein intake in diet, such as milk, pulses, grams, etc. On top of that, you can also start taking protein powder too and start going to gym or swimming. These gym and swimming, both helps to increase strength of your muscles and blood vessels too. Ultimately, it will give your desired result.

Hi, its tension headache. When you have a tension headache, you may feel like there is a tight band around your head, squeezing tighter and tighter around your temples. You may also experience pain in your scalp or neck. Though tension headaches are the most common type of headache, their causes aren’t well understood. Experts believe they may be triggered by responses to stress, depression, anxiety, or injury, with the right treatment, you should be able to find relief. Rest in a dark, quiet room. Stress is one of the main causes of headaches. And once you have a tension headache, you may be sensitive to light or sound. To counteract this, sit or lie down in a dimly lit room. Close your eyes and try to relax your back, neck, and shoulders. Turn off sources of noise like a television, computer, or cellphone. You can also close your eyes and cup them with the palm of your hands. Apply light pressure for two minutes. This will help to shut down your optic nerves and relax you. In a dark, quiet room you can also try a neck exercise. Place your palm on your forehead. Use your neck muscles to lightly press your forehead against your palm. Make sure you keep your head upright as you press your forehead against your palm. Do a deep breathing exercise. Deep breathing can help you relax and reduce any stress in your body, including your head. Take slow, even breaths and try to relax. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Exhale slowly, relaxing any areas in your body that feel tight. Picture a beautiful scene, like a sandy beach, a bright sunny garden, or a country road. Drop your chin toward your chest. Slowly rotate your head in a half circle from side to side. Take another deep breath and exhale slowly. Continue picturing the beautiful scene in your head. Repeat this exercise until you are in a state of relaxation. Hydrate with water or herbal tea. As soon as you feel tension in your head, drink several glasses of water. Or make yourself some herbal tea to put yourself in a relaxed state of mind. Dehydration may trigger headaches. Avoid consuming caffeine or alcohol as these will only dehydrate you more But ofcourse it is very important to remove the cause of stress or learn better ways to deal with it. My girl (21) is suffering fr high headache (headache come and go), she is not able to think anything, shes not able to feel any thing, she is there with everyone in family still not with us mentally, shes getting broke every time and its too hard to she her like this. Situation she is going through is like hell every second of her life. As day passes she's getting depressed its been more than a month as first she got high fever as we conducted test we found typhoid. She already got healed fr typhoid as of now (healed 15 days back so not taking medicine). Fr the past 25 days this things started after typhoid 3-4 days later (mind not working, headache, not in sense, she is not feeling people thought/talk) when shes talking to anyone, every time she want to be alone. Is anyone know about it please help me as its me too whos dying daily (trying hard to motivates her but seriously tougher than as we say) see her like this as thrs no help fr doctor. Whenever we go to doctor they ask stupid questions (cmon please understand patience pain rather than telling her not to think any thing, I know she thinks a lot earlier too she used to and there is no point for depression. But now she is coz of no sign of improvement its only coz of her issue she is facing) her health condition is good but mind is not with her to think anything or sense it getting. Now she does not like to eat as well but she feels hungry. She sleeps a lot whole day Hemoglobin was 10 (time of typhoid report) which is low but now she's not feeling weak. Doctor 4 days back she was back to normal (she was happy like never before) for 2 days, after we read about migraine and she started having coffee three times a day but it lasted only for 2 days only then again those sense less, can’t feel anything, headache started Her words, how she is going there day by day “its like sabke saath hote hue b I feel im alone. Sab samajte hue bhi I can’t feel ki whats going ard me, everyday every second is going thr hell. Does not want to talk anyone jst be alone” complete history. 1. headache fr past 2 years (it comes nd go but not this one which is going there right now for past 25 days) 2.there's no exact place where the pain is, it occurs everywhere *it happen whenever she is tired or she has travel alot then too it started 3.it seems like nerves going to blast, the impact of the pain she go there 4.she have allergies with medicine "metrogyl" whenever consume she got loose motion as well stomach pain. AFTER 3-4 DAYS OF TYPHOID 1.Irritation started *she had experience vertigo after typhoid as well when she got headache (sometimes it happens not always) 2.main problem she is not in sense (evrytime) moment it started and mentally its too hard… its not like when she got headache then she can’t feel or sense anything 3.whiteness on her face as well on her body she things a lot zarurat se zyada it can be becoz of her routine change for past 2.5 yrs, late night sleep. Ard 3 am. No breakfast she had loose faith on everyone whether doctor or anyone that she will ever get back to normal life because of this, ol kind of stupid thoughts (i’m soo worried) We are looking homeopathic treatment What should I do please advice.

Generally I use lotus spf 40 once per day. 1-2 times scrub per week with lorial 360 which contains salisailic acid. Face wash use clean & clear or vlcc twice per day. Night cream used nivea lite, manually mixed with vitamin e capsule & vitamin c tabtel dust. Sometime used egg white & lemon mask. Is the routine good for skin? I know black skin can not be white. Flaunting a fair and flawless complexion is everyone's dream. There are many readymade fairness creams that can lighten your complexion instantly. With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. It can happen once or twice in the night that your sleep gets disturbed don't think much about it you should go back to sleep immediately after that.

Control your pp and sugar by balanced diet. Take low carbohydrate, high protein, moderate fat, high fibrous diet. Take small and frequent meals. Take your dinner before 2 to 3 hours from your sleep. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner and also in the morning for an hour. Always keep your hands clean and do not leave them wet.
