Dr. The patient has taken pills. Due to which she has many side effects. She is not overweight. But she has gained weight gradually after taking medicine. She also has swelling of her legs sometimes She is also concerned about one thing also. Her right breast is just a bit bigger from the other not much. But a bit. Is it also a due to some hormonal imbalance? A lady doctor told her regarding her breast size that it is natural. And not a serious cause of concern.

Keep your face clean. Use a mild face wash at least twice a day. Drink lots of water.
People with oily skin avoid oily food, butter, cheese and other dairy products.
Don't rub your face whenever you sweat, dab it.
When acne are present, do not touch them, press them or pick on them, this doesn't help at all. On the contrary, it leaves marks which are difficult to clear.
Avoid rubbing and scrubbing your skin.
These simple tips make the further treatment easy and more effective.

Hi, I would suggest you to increase your water intake to at least 2-3 liters a day, take high fiber food, eat papaya, take skim milk only, take honey instead of sugar and slowly decrease the sugar intake, 4 green teas a day is advised. Do not forget to increase your physical activity as well.

These are causes of dark circles: • Due to low Hb (Anaemia) • Stress • Due to lack of sleep • Due to excessive consumption of caffeine • Due to lack of proper diet or malnutrition Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark circles: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily.
