Hello, You mean open pores? Open pores can be the result of lack of proper cleansing resulting in the deposit of oil, dirt or even dead skin in your pores. It is extremely important that you follow the ritual of a face clean at least once a week which includes a massage with a cream, exfoliation for the removal of dead skin cells and a face pack to close the pores opened while the process of exfoliation. This basic routine makes sure that your skin is always prepped up, cleansed and clear of impurities. - Lemons are one of the most widely used herbal remedy to shrink the open pores as they naturally tighten the skin and brighten it too. -Fruits like Papaya are best known for their exfoliation properties. Using a papaya for cleaning the face not only scrubs away all the impurities but also helps in removing black heads and other impurities of the skin. -Egg whites work as natural dryers of the skin and thus they greatly help in shrinking the pores and helping with the problem of open pores. -Another way of dealing with the problem of open pores is yoghurt. -Fuller’s earth is an excellent medium to control excessive oil and cleansing the skin gently and deeply. -Natural Astringent: there are several other natural astringents which can be used on the skin for the treatment of open pores like peach, pineapple, orange, strawberries and other citrus fruits. Apart from these, you can also use rose water and aloe vera gel for open pores.

The most big pblm with me and I think most of them and that is dark circles how to get rid off. I have used garnier under eye cream. And 2 more cream whose cost are more than 600 but then also no effect so please Dr. help me and many of them for this basic pblm. I have to disappear it completely. I am only 23.

Hello, you have used many creams but there is no effect so now use these home remedy.Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1.Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. 2.Raw Potato:-There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. 3.Tomato:-Tomatoes have bleaching properties that can lighten skin to a great extent.Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on the dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy twice a day for a few weeks. Simply using tomato juice will also work. You can also drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. For maximum results, be sure to drink this juice immediately after making it. Drink it once or twice a day for about a week. :- Rose water Rose water has incredible ingredient for skin care. It rejuvenates the skin and has a soothing effect on tired eyes. Due to its mild astringent properties, it also works as a good skin toner. * Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. *Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. *Leave them on for about 15 minutes. *Follow this remedy twice daily for a few weeks.

Homoeopathic treatment- mag phos 6x -4 pills 3 times calcivita syrup 2 spoonful 3 time. For 8 days and revert back.

Tachycardia refers to a high resting heart rate. In general, a resting adult heart beats between 60 and 100 times per minute. When an individual has tachycardia, the upper or lower chambers of the heart beat significantly faster. When the heart beats too rapidly, it pumps less efficiently and blood flow to the rest of the body, including the heart itself, is reduced. Because the heart is beating quicker, the muscles of the heart, or myocardium, need more oxygen. If this persists, oxygen-starved myocardial cells can die, leading to a heart attack.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

I can only answer about joint pain many factors could be reason first of all your age, gender and your physical nature of work sedentary work, poor life style and deficiency of vit and minerals poor mechanics could be few factors and resolved.

do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. Avoid -late night work, overexertion,excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,chilled water,foods kept in fridge,fast food,bakery foods.
