Hello lybrate-user According to Ayurveda this condition is named as khalithya, caused by aggravated pitta dosha. Excess of Pitta dosha in the body is increased by hot climatic conditions, excessive intake of spicy, salty and sour food, hot and sharp food, tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Eating too much fried, oily, greasy, and acidic foods also aggravates Pitta. Pitta balancing herb (Eg: Shatavari —Asparagus) effective in treating hair fall. There are a number of other causes for hair fall like acute illness, scalp infection like dandruff, high stress, and thyroid imbalance, certain drugs, sudden weight loss and high fever. Best tips to prevent hair loss Massage scalp weekly twice with Durdurpatradi taila. Do yoga and meditations as these are stress buster and mood elevator Adequate amount of water is essential for proper growth of hair One shouldn’t comb when the hair is wet Sound sleep for 7-8 hours is utmost important Avoid beverages like alcohol, coffee, excessive smoking Give more weightage to seasonal fruits and green vegetables Iron rich and adequate protein diet is good for hair loss The juice of carrot, lettuce is good for hair growth Avoid Pitta aggravating foods like spicy, fried and oily foods Applying the juice of coriander on the scalp proves very fruitful in preventing of hair loss. Apply hair pack of amla, Neem powder with warm water for 40 mins weekly twice before head shower.

Acne / Pimples Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in Female are some of common cause in this Also it’s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment’s / OTC Products n medicine’s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue So find out where you have to correct? Dear lybrate user, you should take alfafa tonic thrice a day for one month with rich diet and cal. Phos 12 x four tablets in the morning and natrum amur. 12 x four tablets in the evening daily for one month.

The best way to lose weight is exercise and controlled routine. You need not think about the calories and what you are eating if you keep yourself active. Keep on doing at least 1 hour exercise (including weight training, cardio and yoga) and small meals at every 4 hours. Also make sure to restrict the quantity of food at any particular time before you feel full. Any crash diets and supplements never help in the long run. Its also very useful to get a detox (panchakarma treatment) done. A classical panchakarma helps in regulating the fat metabolism and thereby can control weight gain. Thanks.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients. Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. Excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry and brittle. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Hi, I think you want to ask about how to maintain our health so acc to that I give you ans. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hi, sore throat is usually accompanied by pain. Here are a few steps that you may follow in general to cure and prevent getting sore throat. Try avoiding constipation at all costs. (a) healthy & balanced diet with focus on fresh fruits/ leafy greens. Avoid yellow banana. (b) consume flesh foods in moderation. (c) take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. (d) regularize life style, reduce stress/ strain and stay relaxed. (e) protect yourself from intense heat/ cold air. (f) do not take extremely hot/ cold/ spicy/ sour drinks as well as foods. (g) warm saline gargling 2 - 3 times daily. (h) gargle made of tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric or fenugreek seeds and honey are also beneficial. (i) avoid overcrowded places. (j) take a glass of warm filtered water to which a pinch of turmeric and a tsp of fresh honey is added properly, twice daily after food. Hope this helps.

Have good food and exercise daily. It helps in increasing body strength which helps in better mind and concentration. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. Dengue is caused by bite of infected mosquito. It causes muscle pain high grade fever headache petechial rash joint pains prevention of dengue requires control and eradication of mosquitoes. Wear covered clothes keep surrounding clean to prevent mosquitos. No vaccine is available to prevent dengue. Hope you got your answer.

Get a urine routine examination and drink plenty of water. Make sure the urine test includes bile salts and bile pigment tests also. Just having yellow urine is not a disease. Many food and medicine additives can cause yellow urine. Eating beetroot can cause red urine.
