Nothing to worry , we have excellent medicines in homoeopathy to stop hair fall. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables which contains rich zinc and iron foods. Apply fresh lemon juice to scalp, leave 20 mins and wash with lukewarm water. Are you taking any medicines for this?

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. On computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! management: eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of bakson's suncare sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's alfalafa tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply bakson's under eye cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and medicynth's whitch hazel cream and bakson's under eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

They are many methods to reduce belly fat, but the best way is through weight loss plan and regular workout routine that burns fat and strengthens your abdominal muscles. Techniques to burn belly fat techniques to burn belly fat aerobic workouts aerobic workouts increase your heart rate. The cardiovascular exercises help to blaze calories and fat from your body. To reduce belly fat follow the rule. Do aerobic exercises for 30 minutes, 5 days per week. If you follow the program, you are sure to burn calories resulting in weight loss of 2 lbs in a week. Now, transfer your weight to forearms and toes and slowly lift your body off the floor and you are on the straight line from head to toes. When lifting your body off the floor, breathe deeply for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time once you gain abdominal strength.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Take amla juice, 30 ml in warm water, empty stomach, twice a day. Take swarna basant malati rasa and praval pishti, 1 tab each of dhutpapeshwara pharma, after meals with a cup of milk. Continue the regime for 45 days. Take khichdi, moong daal and daliya, regularly with 1 tsf of cow ghee. Relax and good luck.

I am 40 yr old last 8 yr diabetis but no control on sugar fasting 200 ; pp 325 variation so please consult.

It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch.

7 year old daughter needs lots of proteins like milks curds plus nuts for good fats and proteins, carb, fats and vitamin and minerals through fresh fruits and vegetables plus lots of exercises to grow tall and to digest healthy food. Do give her a tablet of bandy for deworming so that food benefits her only and not the worms if any in the food pipe.

I have itching on my neck n getting irritated by that. N my hands n legs both got small small pimples. Even on my back it's very dark. What it is. One of the doctor said to use ketafung cream one year ago if it appears on my neck. Is it good to use. When I asked about pimples rather than giving medicine he said it is hereditary problem. I'm so pissed off. I really wanna get rid of this. And my leg nails are yellow in colour I'll do pedicure every month I'll keep my leg very neat but why yellow colour appear n in the edge black dirt. Help me to get rid of this please.
