First of all please drink hot water for three days (lukewarm). Take 1 tsp taruni kusumakar churna with warm water twice a day for three days. It will throw away mucus from intestines out. Then I ll start energising and anti lethargic formula which will be given for four weeks. Rest steps after that. Pl inform after three days.

I had have very bad diet since 3 year of age due to which I have been suffering from various digestive system problems. Though I consulted with a gastronologist he told me I have ibs I took medicines for a month or two but then left to have medicines my all testes like colonoscopy seem to be normal. Please give me the right advice.

You know it is because of bad eating habits and you will have to change them to get over the problem eat more fresh vegetables and fruits soups and salads homemade food avoid fried spicy and junk food drink plenty of liquids including water everyday.

Hi, while you continue with your medications as already prescribed, I would advise you to take care of your dietary habits and lifestyle simultaneously. Should you be taking more of oily, fatty & sweet foods, do cut down your intake of such foods, and focus instead on more of green leafy vegetables & fresh fruits on a day to day basis. Include foods rich in protein, in your diet too. At the same time, do incorporate daily exercises, yoga & walking for at least 30 to 45 minutes irrespective, unless you have any physical constraints that do not allow you so. Relaxing and de-stressing yourself regularly is equally important for your overall health. Hope this helps. Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. Dear take 1 tab fluka 150 alternate day four times... Keep that area dry and clean it properly. Apply clotrimazole dusting powder twice daily on affected area.. Wear soft cotton clothes. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Avoid oily and spicy food., and tea coffee and aerated drinks. Eat 1-3 garlic cloves or take garlic oil capsule daily.

Regular exercise or any activity, and a healthy diet (low calorie but high in fibre) helps one stay fit. You can take proteinex every evening if you do atleast half an hour of brisk walk/play sports etc.

It is suntan, you need to cleanse and remove tan from the area, you can use bleach to de tan the area. You may use yogurt everyday. Cover the area in sun. Apply sun screen while bling out.

Hello, Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health.And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2.
