Hi lybrate-user, When we do exercise we burn calories or stored fat and rupture our muscles and after the session when we take some good protein supplements our ruptured muscles heals and get multiply. So, if you want to improve your built ,increase intake of food throughout the day (either increase frequency or amount in every meal. Along that, take protein source in 3 meals of the day (early morning, during day time and after 30 minutes of gym). You can take natural protein sources or Supplements. If you are taking via supplement take care of the quantity. While exercising our body requires 1.5gm protein /kg body weight. In your case, you require 78 gm protein /day. So take care you consume 78 gm protein in whole day. Don't exceed it or it will strain your vital organs.

Don't go for short cuts, eat food that are rich in proteins like cow ghee, paneer, milk, almonds, banana. Start doing prithvi mudra everyday for 20 minutes.

You may not be depressed right now but if you continue to sit at home, you might get depressed. Besides physical problems such as weight gain, joint problems can result. So go out, meet a few friends and relatives everyday. make sure you take at least a 30 minute brisk walk daily. Dont think about what has happened so far, focus on what can be done to get your dream job!

hello lybrate user, circular eruption with itching is tinea corporis. it is a fungal infection, commonly known as ringworm.it is contagious infection transmitted by fomites such as towel, hotel bed sheets etc. it often have reoccuring tendency even after applying antifungal ointment. Maintain proper hygiene, keep affected area dry, use separate towels, avoid tight clothing, avoid synthetic cloths. have healthy diet.avoid stress. Take homeopathic treatment for fungal infection. it's safe, natural and holistic way of treatment. natural homeopathic medicine strikes at the root of problem to ensure complete cure. In chronic cases, medicine is selected on the basis of thorough details of patient like medical history, causes, temperament etc.; such well selected remedy gives permanent cure and stops the reoccuring tendency of infection. you can message back for online homeopathic consultation.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout.in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the best

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to increase weight for you.

What should we do to constantly be healthier? Without doing much expense on food?
Hello, We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.
