You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You cannot target one body part but you can try to do singular exercises in your workout routine. Working out your legs, thighs and calves will help improve muscle mass and make your legs look more toned.

Supplements and medicines work in isolation with diet. To have muscular body you have to be careful about food food choices & protien intake. Include good sources of protein in your diet such ad low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses along with supplements to achieve desirable goals.

A proper workout is very important. Exercise will help you to improve a proper appetite and make you feel fresh. Take a healthy diet.(protein, vitamins, carbohydrates) and take 1 cup of milk with add 1 tsp of almond paste into it will definitely gain weight. Eat fruits like banana, mango etc.

Yes, take nutrilite protein powder 1spoon in a cup of milk in morn and eve noni 10 ml chilled water in glass stair well consume in 3 minutes after 30 minutes take your lunch and in night also for month report to me. For a glowing face Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Night shifts disturbs biological clock, so do not continue it for long period. For healthy living. 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2. Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3. Donot skip breakfast. 4. Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5. Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6. Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy. While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Lack of proper sleep over weight weather high temperature low bp low hb diabetes lack of adequate food, water intake. Try to rule out above causes if any. Just change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, rich proteins, vitamines, minirales, eggs (if takes), sweets, fruite juice, milk end milk products will helps you. Give 30minuties for arobic excersices, yoga to fit for complite day college study's end activities. Foundention is stong building will strong to become engineer.
