Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab twice a day. And pranacharya atisarantak capsule twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.

Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. For further assistance concern me privately.

“Cold and Flu” season is right around the corner, and it seems that everywhere you go you run into someone sneezing! How can you boost your immunity so you can stay healthy this Winter? Getting sick is not only uncomfortable, but it also impacts your productivities, your energy level and even your relationship (Have you ever got snappy because you have a sore throat or a headache?) Luckily, there are some easy ways to strengthen your immune system by adding some common yet nutritious foods to your diet. They have high immunity boosting nutrients (e.g. vitamins A, B, and C, zinc), anti-viral and/or antibacterial properties:

1.Yogurt (ideally plain yogurt as added sugar can suppress immunity) – probiotics help strengthen immune system.

2.Pumpkin seeds – high in zinc and omega-3, both essential for a healthy immune system.

3.Cold water fish – good source of protein and omega-3.

4.Fresh fruits and vegetables, especially carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, tomatoes – they are rich in beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A.

5.Ground seeds, lentils, beans and whole grains – good source of B vitamins and protein.

6.Ginger – has anti-viral properties.

7.Garlic – has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties.

8.Honey (raw) –has anti-viral properties.

9.Green tea –has anti-viral properties.

10.Mushrooms (maitake, reishi, shiitake) – elevate flu-fighting agents.

Yes, You can have sprouts. Add them as snacks between main meals. Here’s a list of alkaline foods you should be eating more of: Fruits Vegetables Greens (spinach, broccoli, cucumbers) Avocado Beans Raw nuts Vegetable juices (carrot, beet) Sprouts (moong dal, chana, soy, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts etc.) Apple Cider Vinegar seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia etc.)

Knee pain- both legs, since nov 2016 Reports - xray, protein, calcium, vitD, vit b12 all good. Previously vit d nd b12 deficient ESR is 10 Inflammation level - fine took medicines for that in dec for one month IRON LEVEL 38 Diagnosis - muscles weak, doing stretching exercise now Please suggest for what could be d possible reason for such severe pain. Is tht lubricant not forming. If yes, how to get ths checked. It starts after walk n standing for more than 15 mins.

Hello Lybrate user. It seems that you hav done the related diagnosis. As you mentioned above ther r possibility you have developed early osteoarthritis in both knee. Increase intake of natural sources of calcium n protein. Reduce all activity which r pain aggravating. Apply cold packs or icing for 20 min 2 time a day .do quadriceps static n slr exercises. Put towel roll under your inme ,press roll down using knee ,it's surrounding muscles. Hold it for 15 sec for 10 repetition for thrice a day n do hamstring stretches. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1.Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2.Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3.Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4.Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5.Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10.Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery.

Daily I'm eating whipped cream (it comes over milk after boiling) from my childhood, is it increases weight, is it have fat contains, And daily I'm going to dance class and also have busy life, in my Whole body in stomach there is little bit fat, otherwise I'm a fit guy, but I want to reduce that fat, so shall I stop to eat whipped cream.

Hi lybrate-user, Whipped cream contain fats and that cause flab and weight gain. If you want to get rid of fat from the stomach area, I would suggest not to have cream every day. However, you can have it once in a while.

Sir/ madam, as my brother has a height problem and his age is 10 years, and his height is too short related to others according to his age. He has a very short height. Please suggest me some thing.

There is no need to worry about your brother at this age because sometimes it happens that our height dont grow initially and after 1-2 year increase all off a sudden, so I will suggest you to wait for another 3 years before coming to some conclusion.

I hve bit of pimples, black marks nd smal spores on ma face its been quite long time. before in my smaller age I use to have pimples al over my face luckly now its very few now a days. But still few are left, black marks and small spores are there on ma face what do I do to get rid of it.

Hello Roshan, Now that you are getting very few pimples, you can apply Erytop cream on the pimples in morning, Calosoft lotion at night all over the face and Moiz face wash to wash the face. These three things will reduce the pimples.

I have pimples I have tried many creams but I can understand what should I do. I have stress?

Do away with stress. It will not remove pimples or scars. Deep breathing and meditation will oust the stress. Then purgate a bit for two three days with tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at night with warm water. Also start taking fresh aloevera pulp and smear on face after normal wash. Keep for two hrs or whole night. Wash again. After three days mix daruhridra powder, turmeric powder and kesar powder pinch in it and mix well. Smear again for next week. It will start benefiting safely. If you have scars or blemishes or need toning up face.

I am 17 years old and my height growth seems to be stopped and feel weaknesses most of time.

Hi. As you are left with 3 yrs. more to gain height, so start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). To get black hairs follow these instructions & methods : * Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself . • You can apply amla powder , Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it . • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo . • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also .You can eat cheese or soya protein . • Eat healthy diet fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .you can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent brown hairs . •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.
