Hello Mr Haneet. Due to constant friction u get hyperpigmentation. U need to use medicated creams and undergo few sessions of chemical peels to reduce pigmentation.

Any wound sutured will heal quickly. Sture scars diminish to some extent over few months. Scatches abrasions vanish depending upon their depth. Very deep abrasions take months to heal and leave bad scar which does not depend much upon dressings. But quality of dressings do male little bit difference in final outcome.

Dear user. The best way to tighten the sagging breasts without any side effects, is definitely physical exercise. Nutritional diet, ice massages, massaging with lemon grass oil and vegetable oils, etc. Another method is: Make a paste consisting of yogurt, vitamin E and egg (in the ratio 1 tbsp: 1 tbsp: 1 egg). Apply this paste over your breast and rub it in nicely. Let the mask settle for about half an hour. Rinse it off with cold water afterwards. Take care.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. You can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the the oil, whiten and moisturise your skin. Blackheads may have to be removed mechanically or peels need to be done.
