Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Hi, I have delivered on August 4th 2016. On January 28th my mensuration cycle has been restarted after that till date I didn't get my 2nd period. Actually I had faced this problem previously also due to hormonal imbalance & sits in abdomen. At that time my gynic advised me to reduce weight. I came to 49 from 54 which improved my condition. But now due to pregnancy my weight is 56. Now can you tell me is that the same condition which I faced before & cured by reducing weight. please suggest me.

Please You are not overweight Lactational amenorrhea occurs in lactating mothers Don't follow strict diet chart as you are breast feeding your baby. It may affect lactation Please avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take dry fruits regularly Reconsult after 3 months.

HI, If you have not got sterilized after your second delivery, then please get your urine tested for pregnancy at the earliest. There is every chance of pregnancy.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapati also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis

Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate. Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin If you mean black spots , then Apply Bio- vally's skin lightening cream.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Caffeine can keep you tossing and turning in your bed for hours due to its temporary stimulating effect. It has also been found to alter the normal stages of sleep and compromise deep sleep. If you are thinking about switching to decaffeinated coffee, be aware that most decaf coffees are not completely caffeine-free. Instead of clinging to your coffee, try an herbal tea. For example, you can enjoy a soothing cup of chamomile tea, which will also aid digestion and promote sleep.

If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos. Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight. Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain. Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.
