Hello lybrate-user, it seems your are doing a lot of work. Working time also is more. Seems like you don't get much time for your self. Work load seems to be more than you can handle. Coming back to anger management. People don't know what you are going through. And it's not their fault that you are working so much. You have to take care of your self and your health. Anger mostly arises from some deficiency of and not others. You have to learn to handle stuff and people. Regarding your bp you should definitely visit a doctor and get it checked. The body has the tendency to adjust to your stress. But if your stress level increase to such a level that the body cannot adjust anymore more and starts giving signals in the from of bp, diabetes, headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, stiffness etc. That the time one should understand that it's time to change our lifestyle and eventually our thoughts. Please try to talk to people whom you love the most and explain them that you are not able to take the burden of their expectation and see how they react. If you also feel that the expectation are bare minimal that you are not able to cope then take psychological help.

Dear lybrate-user Thank to for consulting. Treatment of anxiety consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Sometimes, stopping lorazepam can cause rebound Anxiety. I do not know whats wrong with me I feel like to cry I am not happy with my job any psychologist over here. Dear Lybrate user thanks for the query ,every thing happens for reason so there must be some reason for your sadness, may be due to any reason or lonliness or bitter exprience with friends or anyone. We can not make everyone happy its just impossible what maximum any one can do is to make himself/herself happy, and its everyone's right is to be happy we cannot change the thinking of people or situation around us but we can get the things or reasons which make us happy. We get only one life after that we don't know what will happen in future, what we can do is to live every second of life, what do you want to be, what do you want to eat, to do, your career, your friends, your likings etc. Develop some hobby, make some good friends, make yourself busy, as much you will think you will get frustrate and will gain nothing, live only for yourself, and this can be possible when you will involve yourself in some other things first start from joining any hobby class and make any good friend with whom you can share everything .you can take help of any counsellor ,you can also contact me regarding this. If you are required to answer phones and drop-in’s immediately, schedule work when the office is less busy. 2) Structure Your Environment The place you work can have an impact on your ability to focus. Try to locate yourself so you are facing potential distractions such as doors, phones or windows. This way you can take a glance to assess sounds that would otherwise break your focus. 3) Clarify Objectives Know what your goal is clearly before you start. If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

हमारे शरीर में होने वाले कई प्रकार के दर्दों में से एक है पिंडली का दर्द. पिंडली में होने वाला दर्द अक्सर कई लोगों को परेशान कर सकता है. घूमते-फिरते पैर में दर्द होने लग जाना या सोते समय भी पिंडली में ऐंठन होने की वजह से हमे काफी परेशानी झेलना पड़ सकता है. यदि आप इससे बचना चाहते हैं तो आपको कई तरह की सावधानियाँ बरतनी पड़ सकती हैं. दरअसल आजकल व्यस्त दिनचर्या में लोगों के मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव होना बेहद आम है. मांसपेशियों में होने वाला खिंचाव ही पिंडलियों में होने वाले दर्द का कारण भी है. आपको बता दें कि ये परेशानी ज़्यादातर रात में ही होती है. इसके अलावा पिंडली का दर्द उन लोगों में होने की संभावना ज्यादा होती है जो डेस्क जॉब से जुड़े हैं और कसरत नहीं करते हैं. आइए इस लेख के माध्यम से हम आपको पिंडली के दर्द के कुछ ईलाज के बारे में बताएं. इन उपचारों को जानकरके आप अपनी समस्याएं काफी हद तक कम कर सकते हैं.
1. नियमित रूप से पियें पानी
यदि आप नियमित रूप से पर्याप्त पानी पीते हैं तो आपको न केवल पिंडली के दर्द बल्कि कई अन्य समस्याओं से भी छुटकारा मिल सकता है. दरअसल हमारे शरीर में नमी को बरकरार रखने के लिए पानी बेहद आवश्यक है. जाहीर है नमी की मात्रा में होने वाली कमी से मांसपेशियों में जकड़न, दर्द इत्यादि समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं. इनसे आपको वर्कआउट करने के दौरान भी काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है. यही नहीं पानी हमारे शरीर से कई प्रकार के अनावश्यक और विषैले पदार्थों को बाहर भी निकालता रहता है.
2. मालिश देगा पिंडली के दर्द से राहत
मालिश की पूरी प्रक्रिया ऐसी है कि इससे न सिर्फ सुकून मिलता है बल्कि कई प्रकार के अन्य फायदे भी होते हैं. आपको बता दें कि मालिश, हमारे शरीर की मांसपेशियों में रक्त संचार को तेज करता है. इसके साथ ही मालिश से मांसपेशियों में गर्माहट भी आती है. इससे लेक्टिक एसिड भी दूर होता है. मालिश करने के लिए आप पिपरमेंट समेत कई अन्य प्रकार के तेलों जैसे कि अदरक, लैवेंडर इत्यादि का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं.

4. हीट थेरपी
पिंडली दर्द के दौरान हमारे शरीर की मांसपेशियों में जकड़न, मोच, ऐंठन इत्यादि समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं. हिट थेरेपी इन समस्यों का बहुत सुलभ उपाय है. हालांकि बहुत गंभीर चोट लगने पर ही इसका इस्तेमाल करें वरना इससे सूजन में वृद्धि भी ह सकती है.
5. प्रोटीन का सेवन करें
हमारे शरीर को बनाने और इसकी रिपेयरिंग में प्रोटीन की बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है. इसलिए शरीर में इसकी कमी कई प्रकार के समस्याओं को जन्म देती है. प्रोटीन की कमी पिंडली के दर्द के लिए भी जिम्मेदार है. इसलिए हमेशा जब भी आप कोई बहुत परिश्रम का काम करें तो प्रोटीन का सेवन अवश्य करें. क्योंकि ऐसे काम के बाद शरीर में ऊर्जा की आवश्यकता बढ़ सकती है. इसके लिए आप स्प्राउट्स, दालें, अंडे इत्यादि का सेवन कर सकते हैं. यदि आप इस तरह से प्रकृतिक तरीके से प्रोटीन का सेवन करेंगे तो आपको किसी अन्य प्रकार का नुकसान भी नहीं होगा.
6. लाल मिर्च से लाभ
ये सुनकर आपको थोड़ा अजीब जरूर लग सकता है लेकिन आपको बता दें कि इसमें कैप्सैसिन नामक एक ऐसा तत्व होता है ऑर्थराइटिस, जोड़ों और मांसपेशियों के दर्द को दूर करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. इसलिए पिंडली के दर्द के दौरान इसका पेस्ट बनाकर दर्द वाले जगह पर लागाएं. आप चाहें तो और बेहतरी के लिए इसमें जैतून या नारियल का तेल भी मिला सकते हैं.
7. नियमित व्यायाम है पिंडली दर्द का निदान
नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करना कई रोगों को दूर करता है. क्योंकि व्यायाम करने से रक्त संचार तो नियमित होता ही है इसके साथ ही मांसपेशियों की जकड़न भी दूर होती है. जाहीर है इन्हीं दो कारणों से पिंडली दर्द की समस्या भी है. इसलिए नियमित व्यायाम आपको इस समस्या को दूर करने में मदद करता है.
